Needed a battery for my '16 Toyota. Dropped into AutoZone on New Year's day, to have mine tested (free service) first. There's plenty of parking. The store was clean, neat and well stocked with a variety of car needs and accessories. Zaymir, the AutoZoner that assisted me was very professional and personable. He explained the process of turning in the (core) old/ dead battery, the warranty, etc. He made the whole experience a breeze. Any questions that I had were answered without making me (I witnessed the same treatment, by Zaymir, with other customers) feel stupid, lol. Thanks Zaymir!

Always a busy day at AutoZone. But they got the right guys that ll take care of you. Whether it s swapping out your battery or switching out those Windshield Wipers, Lloyd will take care of you. Truly stand on business.

Ronald O is amazing and deserves a raise. I know nothing about cars and needed help trying to figure out what tools I needed to change my rear tail light. Not only did Ronald help me find the right tool, he taught me how to use it and made me feel safe to learn a new skill.

I wanted to thank the assistant manager Isaiah who went above and beyond to help me fix the problem with my car yesterday afternoon. This is my second time at this specific Autozone in Jersey City, and he was extremely professional, efficient, and knew exactly what I was asking about when I asked him for help. The first time I came here (which was about a week ago) I was very unsatisfied because the last manager that I dealt with for help was completely clueless and unprofessional when I asked her for the product that I was looking to purchase. Luckily, Isaiah has completely changed my opinion and I can t thank him enough for the patience that he had even though there was line of customers in the store behind me. Did I mention that he actually made me feel welcomed??! Highly satisfied with his service!

Kenneth and Odit have horrible customer service and it started with Kenneth standing at the desk and I asked if he was available to check out. He wouldn t even speak to me. Then Odit asked me to put a shirt on and I complied. I did not have a shirt on because I have asthma and the weather conditions were extremely hot which I explained. This is the worst autozone. If it wasn t for Jaleen assisting me with my issue I would have had to had to call a tow truck. I am extremely grateful for his customer service. He needs to be used to train the others on delivering quality customer service. By his level professionalism I recommend his promotion promptly.

Great exchange done by Peter C and Neron. Got wrong wiper blades with incorrect hook. Came back and got the store credit to replace them. While I was doing that another employee put them on for me! Amazing customer service

Amazing management that makes the most of high traffic, limited staff, and a difficult customer base. They always bring the utmost kindness, patience, and expertise. Positive attitudes all around, which you don t see as much these days especially in JC. This jersey city location is exceptional, not just for an AutoZone, but for a retail store in general. THANK YOU to all the staff!

Today I went into autozone looking for windshield wipers for my car due to the rain. The assistant manager Isaiah was honestly great at his job. I ve been to this autozone multiple times before and have never received customer service from here like I did today. He found the right wipers for my car and installed them for me in less than 5 minutes! His service earned this review! Thank you again Isaiah.

Today, I walked in to autozone and was looking for headlight bulbs. I was confused with so many different lights and the assistant manager Isaiah came to help me. He was very helpful and explained to me the differences in bulbs. The customer service and knowledge was a 10/10.

Check engine light popped up on a rainy day heading home decided to stop by autozone on the way. Came in there having no idea what was going but came out with everything i needed and some extra knowledge. Isaiah was extremely helpful and patient with me having no idea about cars haha. Great customer service !! I ll be stopping by there whenever i have an issue.

This AutoZone was my last resort Sunday and my experience started off on the wrong foot with the manager who works there she was extremely rude and had no knowledge as to what I was asking her for when it came to finding parts for my car. She was dismissive and nasty. Thankfully another manager Isaiah stepped in to help me find everything I needed as well as changing my battery!! They need more people like him!

It seem like a bunch of people give service over the phone. I heard about 3 customers pay over the phone and each time the cashier put them on speaker. I would never pay over the phone, everyone can hear your name and your card information. Be careful

Excellent service! I called and spoke to Oscar who answered every question and made me feel good knowing I chose the right place for help. It was just a headlight bulb but I didn't know how to change it. Got to the store where Oscar promptly assisted me and even went outside to replace the bulb for me. We clicked right away and had an awesome conversation! I know to some people that doesn't matter but I'm from the south and have not felt any warm, friendly hospitality here very much in 6 years of being here so it was very nice. He was professional, fast, and friendly and you guys are very lucky to have him! Thank you Oscar for showing me there are some friendly people up here!

I want to give a Great Rating To Bobbi at the AutoZone location in Jersey City NJ on Communipaw Avenue.I had a major issue with my car and my daughter in law n granddaughter was in the car.I called AutoZone while trying to make it there safely and when I arrive she was ready and prepared to help me..After doing everything she can I was able to get my car home safely with my family in it...Mrs. Bobbi has helped me in the past and now when I need anything I call to make sure she's available because I know she's going to give me her full attention and recommend me the best products I need to ensure that I have all that I need.Her level of knowledge is excellent and her Professionalism is suburb.I also brought my daughter there to get the same type of customer service that she bestowed upon me and my daughter now goes to AutoZone as well for all her needs.Thanks Bobbi for being kind, warm and understanding to the customers needs and your patience has made it much easier for me to come to AutoZone to ask any and all questions and concerns...

The Autozone on Communipaw has the worst customer service. Was such a hassle for them to look up what wiper blades I needed. Then said that the ones they had were 'probably' it. I took my business to Pep Boys.
