Beware with this place, I went for a synthetic oil change and notice the Mobil oil are not sealed. I asked the employee and he stated that they come like that, not sealed. Shame on them. What guarantee do we have that it's actually Mobil authentic oil or even synthetic oil? Keep an eye and report it.

Very disappointed with the service. I paid $20+ for Gold Wash, spent an extra $10 for air fresheners at this establishment hoping to have a nice clean car to enjoy after a road trip. They did not even attempt to clean the interior. What was the full service paid for? At first glance, outside looked great! They guys said they were done after the tires then I got in - nothing was cleaned inside or attempted. After leaving, I pulled over to look more closely at the exterior and even that was not worth what I paid. Still had bug splatters from the road trip, fingerprints on the window, dirt still on the mats and a new footprint dust on my back seat. Will definitely go somewhere else with better and quicker service. Have gotten better car washes at small local handwash spots and I regret giving Allied a try.Services: Polishing, Auto detailing, Car waxing

Spent $16 for car wash did not even wash the whole car Guy was so fat he couldn't even clean the bottom of inside door he was lazy no pride in himself and job. Had to give 1 star that was to post

Had to finish my car wash when I got home . The problem are the guys finishing the wash too much horsing around. I asked if they clean floor mats he says VIP only.

Wrost car wash around, I paid $22 and they didn't even vacuum the inside, I talked to the attendant and she said that I had to ask for that first. Dont waste you money here

I only gave it one star because that's the only way I couldSubmit a review. I wouldn't give them any stars! I have been going here for years because they are in my area. The only time my car is completely clean is when the woman who owns the company is there. And my car has to go through wash twice! She makes sure my car is cleaned as it's suppose to be. I stopped going for a few years and happend to go today again I had to go through the wash 2 times and they still didn't wipe the car well. All my windows are still dirty even the windshield. It lookes like they didn't wipe before the chasis bath they just rubbed oil on it because ts still dirty. I'm officially never going there again. I always have to wipe my own windows clean. The only thing that looks like it was done well was applying amor all to my tires.Services: Polishing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

The wash isn t that great. I have never been pleased.It is never worth the amount of money you have to pay. The car is always dusty inside and the car windows are never cleaned and dried properly. There are always water streaks on the window.Do a better job please. Every time I look at my car it just looks like a rushed job.However the workers are all very nice and friendly. The waiting area is filled with all these cool stuff you can buy for your car.

Paid for VIP, no armor all on the dash or doors, nothing wiped down, left dusty, and debris on the seats. Had to vaccum when I arrived home. Don't waste your money at this place.

I've been there 3 times in the last few months and never had a problem till this past weekend.I have a share tire on the back of my car with a tire cover on it. It was blown off by the air dryer. It has a design on it and when my vehicle came out,the cover was upside down. I know this is minor, but I was always told if you're going to do something, do it right.They would have gotten a nice tip but because they didn't care about my property, I didn't care to tip them.

I have recently moved to Jersey City and pass by this car wash all the time. I decided to stop finally and was extremely disappointed and disrespected. Bryan who is in charge when the manager is not in became disrespectful when I brought to his attention that as my car was being washed a new dent appeared on my hood. On top of that, I paid for a Gold car wash and honestly, does not live up to the name. My interior was not vacuumed, cleaned, or wiped down. For my inconvenience, I was given a free VIP wash and was told I would receive a call by the manager. I never received a call nor do I ever want to go back here again. NO ONE should go to this business of disrespect, vandalism, and false advertisement.The WORST PLACE EVER!

Like some previous comment I would give 0 stars if it was an option.Shame on me for continuing to give these people my money, buts convenient with home home.I have go good expectations from this car was.Guys on there phone while drying, exterior and interior always dirty. How hard is is people to dry a car well when this is your job. Spoke with owner of bad service and he he make excuse. I think he finds anyone off the street to give work to as long as he make money.I brought my new truck to get detailed as something spilled inside so I decided to have full truck detailed. Left it with them all day and came back to the same truck. All I can say is they washed it and some of mess inside was removed. I move chair forward, mess missed running board, mess missed, under seat, mess missed.Listen, someone need to do something with these guys poor performance and lack of attention to detail.Again I have no expectations, just go a quick exterior was and do all the rest myself

Been going to this place for over 10 plus years. You get an oil change and free car wash with the purchase of the oil change. I owm a 2015 Honda pilot and the oil change is about 90 dollars. If you don't get the car wash the same day you have 30 days to return.

Used to come here all the time and they did a pretty good job. Recently though has been very poor. Got the 30 dollar vip wash and what a waste. Sure the outside was clean but the interior looked like nothing was done and I noticed all windows were streaky later in the day.Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuumingServices: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

It is not worth your money. They have quick service yes, but do not wash your car clean. There was a problem with a lady that bought her car back, and the guys went and took her car to get rewashed. They left my car sitting without wiping it. Now, I have watermark stain, and this would not be the first time it happen. It s time I change my car wash.

This is the absolute worst car wash. Had my car washed today, ended up with a dent and scratch... asked for the manager, the lady instead of apologizing was very rude and combative... was trying to get her name, but instead got yelled at, she said call cops. Cops came 30 minutes later, was very courteous, but said could not help. Avoid this place at all cost!

DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGED HERE!! Let me start off by saying if I could give zero stars, I would! These people have NO idea what they re doing when it comes to oil changing. I was stranded on the turnpike today because my car overheated due to the mechanics putting in cheap/low quality oil when they did my oil change. I got my oil changed end of March, it s supposed to be good for 3 months! This is HIGHLY irresponsible, careless and needless to say DANGEROUS. Now I m looking at serious damage to my car that s gonna cost in the 1000s. Do yourselves a favor, AVOID!!!

Worse car wash ever they couldn't figure out how to clean my car and I paid the most expensive menu choice.My windows where dirty even after I had them re clean them. The outside was poorly cleaned and the answer the attendant told me was: "you should have got a detail job".No man maybe is should have gone somewhere else!!!Never again...

Prices are a bit steep. They could do a better job cleaning rims; they did a half- assed job on mine. Overall, an ok place for a quick wash just a little hard on the pockets for anything more than a basic exterior wash. The crews are good and they help you out especially when they can. The service is good as long as its not to busy.

First time it this placeGot the gold washed $22They didn t clean the inside wanted $7 for cleaning the insideDidn t wash the inside met said is $1.5 extra for eachLove to know what is included in the $22And they spiel coffee on my front set and don t offer to even clean it send me home with wet set small likeCoffee!!!!!!! Spend $30+ $5 tip and the car is not even clean ..

Paid for VIP wash. Got a half-baked job. Barely cleaned the interior, barely washed my car, rims and tires got a quick once over still leaving soot and dirt on the rims. Not worth the trouble.Will not be returning

THEY STEAL FROM YOUR CAR!Took my car here to be washed. Later I realized my moms airpods were missing from my car. I used the find my app on iPhone and it showed the location was at the car wash (picture attached) I called the car wash to explain the situation, spoke to Patricia and she did not return my call. My friend went to the car wash to explain the situation but the associate Patricia was very rude, and would not put us through to the owner. Despicable business practice. AVOID THIS PLACE

Very bad service and bad attitude. Got oil change here and car wash. Spend $53.30 for it. The car is same dirty as it before washed. The guy is like yelling at me that I shall pay for more money to get more better service.

Very unprofessional I would not recommend you go there. I been there 4 times never had a problem until the last time. All 4 of my rain guards came off and were put in my backseat. It's supposed to be a handwash. The guy said it was the blower and their not responsible. I had those rain guards on the car for over 2 years and I can understand one coming off but not all 4 at the same time.

Went here for the first time New Year's Eve morning since it was the closest carwash and shortest line in the area. I thought it would be better than my regular hand car wash place since it looked fancier. I watched them wash my vehicle with a brush which I thought they were only going to use to get the bigger dirt because it went from my wheels/tires, rockers then to the windshield and all over. They did a quick pass with it and I thought they will follow it up with a sponge...nope! Then I waited outside thinking maybe the guys drying will most of the dirt/spots that was missed...nope! The two guys basically just held the towel to the body and walked around. On the hood? the guy wasn't tall enough so he just smacked it with a towel a few times. After seeing that I just got in my vehicle and left since the only thing that got cleaned on it was the broad areas of my windows. Never going there again.

Waste of time and money I can do a better job at a gas station vacuums for $2 and I paid $25 for vip which spouse to be a $5 wash. Hard to find honest workers now days

Decent job cleaning the car sometimes they miss portions of the bottom of the car, if it is not too busy it's pretty quick. Not my favorite car wash. Good detailing.

Very unprofessional car wash!! Paid for Gold and my car wasn t even Vacuumed neatly talk more cleaning. I had to remind them to apply the tire oil which I paid for.What s the need of paying 20$+ and all I got was pouring water on my car and I did the cleaning... will never return.

As car washes go, it did the job. I had to ask to have the inside back window cleaned but of all the other car washes they still vacuum.
