Great, wonderful, care about safety (checked my breaks, located my tire sold elsewhere, (that is an odd size) and got me back on the road in a reasonable time. Thank you so much

Stopped in to buy a few parts for my 2000 FXSTS. The owner Wally and I discussed why my bike wasn t running well and gave me a few invaluable pointers for the task at hand. My bike is back on the road and has never ran better in the past 23 years. Thanks for your guidance Wally. Definitely will be utilizing his shop in the future for any work above my skill level. Guy D

I own a Custom made West Coast Choppers motorcycle.A Jesse James masterpiece.I had needed some routine maintenance work performed so I delved into the computer to see if I could locate A reputable shop to perform the tasks. So I found this shop, IRON CYCLES. I telephoned see if I could get the the opportunity to speak with the proprietor, to get an idea as to the level management level of professionalism that I could expect. 1 of the questions I had asked was "Is the shop Insured?" My concern was what would I do if the business should catch fire? What would happen if the building was demolished and my bike was inside of the building? What would happen if the bike was stolen?? The Owner got really indignant and proceeded to curse and attempt to be little me. But the obvious answer was "NO".

Wally is the best ! One of the most honest mechanics you will ever meet. He's worked on my older bike several times and has advised me in what is worth doing and what's not . You can tell by the amount of bikes he has, just how qualified he is. He might get backed up during the season, but he always takes care of me. Would highly recommend him .

I am a newer rider and got sick of being nickle and dimed at the dealer every time I needed even a simple oil change. A buddy of mine who has been riding for much longer suggested I take my bike to Iron Cycles when I decided to change my bars. The owner Wally was glad to answer my questions and bullshit with me about some other ideas I had for my bike and gave me good advice regardless of my age and the fact I haven't been riding very long (only about a year). The shop was packed with bikes but he got me in and out in a couple days and did excellent work. I will go back for sure and suggest them to anyone who rides a Harley

The owner has been very patient. I brought him an old Harley, half taken apart and not starting. It did take a while but he got the bike running smooth. He replaced a laundry list of parts and didn't give me a hard time when he had to take it apart again to add a new starter button and blinkers. You can tell that he cares about people, not just bikes.

Dropped my bike off for new tires and to get some other work done. I went to go pick it up this morning, started it up and something didn't sound right. The owner came out because he heard it running funny from inside. Turns out it was running on one cylinder and without hesitation he put new plugs in and I was off on my way. Great customer service, great work... I will definitely bring my scooters back for service!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Called this place to get a quote on mounting and balancing 2 tires and replacing wheel bearings. Something any bike shop should be able to hammer out in 1 hour... Easy money if you ask me. The "gentleman" on the phone asked me for my bike info. As soon as I mentioned that I was not riding a "Harley", he promptly cut me off and told me that his shop was a "Harley Shop" and hung up the phone.---EDIT 6/25/19 - I am not the person in which you are referring to. Our conversation had no mention of me bringing in my own parts. Thats fine that you want to be specific to one make. Reason for the review was for the way it was relayed. As soon as I said it was for a Suzuki, before I could get another word out... "We're a Harley shop." and you hung up the phone.

Have been goin to Iron Cycles for a few years now since the Harley dealership did horrible work and charged me 3x s more than it should have. The owner Wally is a no bs kind of guy and will save you $ instead of upcharging you like many shops would. No matter what he s done to my bike, I am ALWAYS fully confident that when I drive off from Iron Cycles the work is top notch. Also...stop by to pick up the best oil in the market for your Harley Dynacycle .

Be Beware of this GUY calls himself Willie His attitude was extremely rude as if he doing me a favors selling me a Harley s Part. I just wanted to buy a small part for my bike and he gave an attitude the first time.Second time, I went to buy another part he not only was rude he said racists things to me. I would never TRUST this guy with my motorcycle. He dislikes people and he lazy claims he is very busy but he never has any customer, or any help working for him.His SHOP is one man s SHOW and ONLY for PEOPLE LIKE himself.Good Luck if you visit his shop for repairs cause you gone need it.

Awesome job in installing an air-horn on my 1995 883 Sportster Hugger. Could not be happier with the service and final product.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the shop work done on my 1967 FLH. I dropped off the heads and cylinders for re-work, left a deposit and then waited two months rather than the two weeks projected. After picking up of the refurbished parts and installing them, and going for a spin, I was not happy with the lack of power and after only 60 miles, the bike was smoked...After pulling the heads, the new front piston (also purchased through Iron Cycles) had a hole in the top. Upon examination of the heads, I noticed that:1 - The new valves shafts were not tight allowing excessive amounts of oil to pass. Either the valve guides or the head work was sloppy.2 - The heads and the valves were not seated correctly as noted from the signs of blow by. This was bad workmanship on the heads or faulty valves. Either way they should have picked it up and corrected the work.3 - There was excessive wear on the rockers. Lord knows what that's about but it was just one more issue.Shame on me trusting the work of this shop, and shame on them for charging me $1800 for poor craftsmanship.I believe there are better shops down the road, so just ride on by.

Was quoted a proce of 670 to replace two tires on my electra glide. He had my bike over two weeks and then charged me 789. When i picked it up. Claimed there is a store sportage and they charged him more than expected for the tires. Meanwhile I can have the same tires delivered from amazon in two days, and 140. Cheaper than he overcharged me.

Took my harley here for oil change and some service. This place was recommended from freinds with Harley's . Seemed fair and the work was done quick . I don't live that close but it's hard to find a good place. I plan on returning there when I need to .
