Thank you to Sal and the rest of the team that worked with me! They made my process simple and smooth. Any concerns I had they addressed them right away for me with no questions asked. As a nurse that takes care of clients for a living, they really had a heart for me. I cannot say this for other dealerships.I will be back for future purchases and I definitely highly recommend you checking them out as well. I went in on my own as a woman and didn t have any issues that many women think they ll have with the car buying process.

I want to thank Boby, the salesperson, and Seemore, the general manager, for their incredible work, patience, and ensuring we left the dealership beyond satisfied with our purchase. I helped my son buy his new 2023 ford bronco sport and they made this purchase as seamless as possible. They understood exactly what we were looking for and worked diligently to ensure we had the best deal possible. They have a very diverse collection of ford vehicles that can appeal to everyone I was amazed. Sam was extremely helpful and getting all the necessary paperwork done and explaining everything about financing the car. My son is extremely satisfied with his purchase and I couldn t be any happier. I recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new ford or any car you set your heart to.

The sales team at this establishment is nice. If you have the opportunity to work with Florida, she's great super responsive and cares about her clients.However, my experience with the finance manager, Sam (I think that's his name) was profoundly disappointing. I strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to exercise caution regarding pricing. Do your own math, ask questions, and double-check everything.When I called out discrepancies, Sam didn't take it well. Instead of fixing things, he got defensive and tried to make it seem like I was in the wrong. He seemed more interested in 'teaching me a lesson' than rectifying the situation.We crunched the numbers ourselves and found out they were off in their calculations. Instead of addressing these issues transparently, they opted to manipulate the car's price to obfuscate our discovery. Regardless of the monetary value whether $10, $100, or $1000 that's just not right.Bottom line: watch out for pricing tricks and make sure you're getting a fair deal. Double-check those figures and don't let them pull a fast one on you.

This ends up being positive...I swear. I went in to buy out my lease that I had gotten from them a few years ago. When I got my two previous leases, it was at an old location. The times I had gone to the previous location I did not have good experiences. They screwed me out of my rim and tire protection, setting up my ford pass app which nobody there could figure out, not caring or helping when I got locked out of my car with the key inside which isn't supposed to happen, and lying to me about the amount of miles I could get on my lease. I was told the highest amount of miles they offered was 10,500. They told me since I had gotten my previous lease at 15,000 miles per year that they did not offer that anymore because if you're going to drive that much you might as well just buy the car. Which I found out to be false. THIS TIME.....a very good experience. I started off my experience with Victoria over the phone who was beyond helpful and compassionate, literally the only thing thay originally brought me back. She went the extra mile to help me. When I went there I was helped by Bobby. He was so so so helpful. He ran all of my possible options and prices by me to make sure I truly am getting what I want for my money and something I was actually happy with and wasnt "settling" for. He also ran the different options between buying my lease, getting a new lease and even getting a new lease possibly in a different model. I ended up still buying out my car because it was the best choice that made the most sense but he made sure I got what I wanted. I did my final paperwork with Jonathan. Another beyond helpful employee. He also ran my options when it came to my bumper to bumper coverage and the amount of years. He was so helpful and personable. We realized we were both cat people also which just put the cherry on top. Before today I probably would have not come back to Ford, but these employees truly made it a great experience and helped so much. I will be back here again!

My original sales rep was amazing, and I would have loved to work a deal with him, that's until I talked to the used car manager. He was not personable at all, very negative, and insisted on not working out a deal when the vehicle I was looking at was in much worse shape than shown in photos on their site. Insisted they had the 'lowest price within 150 miles', which was not true, and certainly not true after they add their insane dealership fees. If you're going to buy here, stay far away from the used car manager if you would like an enjoyable buying experience.

We were very skeptical about leasing another Ford until we came to this dealership. Coming from NY we wouldn t go to any other place. Mike the GM, and Diego s service was impeccable. they went above and beyond and met our needs. They made us feel at home. We highly recommend. Thank you so much!

My son and I walked in this showroom looking for his first car. We were immediately greeted with a smile by Miguel which by the way doesn t happen often, Ive done the leg work who put us in the hands of Jeff, who was patient and so kind in exploring the many options they have available. We left that evening with a big shiny red bow on top of an awesome new car! Thank you to your team for making us feel like family!! My son is driving his little heart out in a really nice and super safe car with the help of these guys! Thank you sooooo very much for everything!

Spoke with a Jessica in the morning. Wanted to make a purchase at asking price. Asked for a sales order so that I could get the check ready and no response all day. Called several times and spoke with different people who said I should be getting a call and nothing. They wanted me to go in before giving me the numbers on paper. I assume to upsale me on something. Waste of time place.

This is a tough one because the folks at this dealership are making their life hard for no reason they price the cars on the lower side but then add on around $6000 which makes the cars priced out on the higher side which if they had just advertised that from the beginning, I either wouldn t of come or at least I would ve known what to expect . David was a gentleman and an excellent sales person. I ended up leaving without a car.

Came to this place to inquire about a used car. The sales man we dealt with (Diego) was friendly, but his sales manager was really nasty when trying to negotiate with him or ask him about random fees they would add to the sale. I wonder if he knows he is in the sales industry and there will be some negotiation and questions asked by a potential buyer, without getting his feelings hurt within 1 minute of interaction. Very terrible experience we left right away after speaking with him.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Whatever price you see online for a car, add $6,000+ when you go there to look at it. When you ask Miguel why, he will tell you "That's the price we use to get you in the door". They'll give you some excuse that it's because the car is "certified", however my "certified" car wouldn't even pass inspection three days after I purchased it because the car had no front and rear brake pads, needed front and rear rotors, and had one tire that had almost no tread on it. I was presented with a Carfax for the car that said there was a pre-delivery inspection performed prior to the car being listed for sale, so clearly, they didn t check much. I called the dealership every day for a week and got the run around from everyone, was told someone would call me back by twenty different people and no one did. Finally, I was able to arrange for the repairs to be done and to get a loaner car. I was told by Miguel that the vehicle would be going to another dealership for the repairs due to it not being a Ford make. I put a tracker on the car and imagine my surprise when I saw that the car was not at the dealership where I was told the work would be done, but at Woodbridge Ford Service Department. When the repairs were completed and I asked what was done, I was told the brakes and one tire, however the car is all wheel drive and all four tires needed to be replaced, otherwise the transfer case and transmission would be damaged. When I said that to the Used Car Manager, I was told "I don't know where you got that information, but that's incorrect, and at the end of the day, the car only needed one tire to pass inspection so that s all they did . After leaving the dealership, my brake pedal was sinking to the floor, which it wasn't doing before I dropped it off, so now I have to pay my mechanic to fix the issue on a "certified" car that I purchased only three weeks ago because I will NEVER return there and have ZERO confidence in their service department.Jamie Rusignuolo, before you respond with your generic please reach out to me at a moment of your convenience to further discuss this like you say to everyone, save your breath. I have nothing more to say that I didn t say in this review.Point made. You don t even read these and have the same response to everyone on every platform.

If you are looking to purchase a vehicle look no further then Woodbridge Ford. I searched through many apps and visited many dealerships, in most instances the people I was working with we re not very nice and quite rude. NOT HERE THOUGH. Here they want to help you get what you re looking for, obviously it s a two way street but the difference is they are willing to hear you out and they are genuinely good people. Ask for Savannah if you want outstanding service and someone who is a pleasure to work with. Eric the sales manager was also a very stand up guy and I am glad I had the pleasure to work with him. Buying a car can be stressful or it can be a fun interactive experience. Thank you for making my experience a truly awesome one!!

Worst experience I ve ever had at any other dealership obviously it s the person which the person the bum rushed without introducing himself or even asking my name or my mom s name or even just offer water. His name was Eric I believe two seats right from the entrance door he rushed my test drive was grabbing the driver seat with his coffee breath was pressed when I said okay before we drive I want to see what s under the hood he implies it s a new car why do so that s a red flag because if it s a new car why should I a problem okay we come back and he tell me my credit is horrible like I never knew 710 credit is horrible okay okay takes and extra 20 min to run credit/talk to manager tells me the best apt rate he can do is 17% with a 700 credit score is crazy because my old vehicle I got that percentage with no credit or money down sooo I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHOOSE A DIFFERMT PERSON OR DONT GO I HOPE THEY SEE THIS AND FIRE SOMEONE SO INCONSIDERATE AND MONEY HUNGRY SOMEONE WHO DOESNT SEEM TO CARE TO ACTUALLY HELP THE BUYER

I'm trying to buy a used car but the dealer just makes it so hard, trying to get in contact with anyone is the most difficult thing. I'm proving them with all the information they need + more. I didn't think buying a car would be this hard. I also saw the other reviews, none of them are good in anyway. I want to talk with the general manager to help me with this issue.

From the sales guy to the managers and everyone in between are a whole bunch of crooks. From changing the truck prices back and forth everyone telling me a different story on why. To them lying to me about how the banks does not accept me. Then magically does. To trying to make me pay 800 a month for a truck that s 2016. After everything was set and done. Got the truck parked it home. Next day which is today. Got in and the truck does not start at all. Dead. Seymour which is the manager told me specifically that the truck had to go through inspection before selling it to me. The worse place to buy a vehicle. Been calling them since they opened. All they been doing is dodging my calls or sending me to voice mail.

I visited this car dealership yesterday and Chris was nice and polite, he answered all my questions about the car I was interested in. However, I was disappointed that the actual price deviated significantly from the advertised $20,998 on their website. After a peculiar calculation, the final price I was quoted was almost $25,000 which I found to be unfair and unexpected. I got really upset because I liked the car. Also I was refused to take a piece of paper where the final amount was provided. Not sure what s the reason but it was weird when I didn t even have a chance to take a picture of it.

The worse car dealership I had to do buisness with. Jeff Geller was my sales person and has no respect for customers and Nikki the manager does not care. I am telling everyone who wants to listen do not go to this place they are the worst people they think only about your money .That is it. I spend $60,000 for a Van and told them over a dozen times I want commercial plates when they register my car what do I get in the mail regular plates so I call them to see how they can help me get the right plates for my van for two weeks they tell me the manager will call you or you got to speak to your sales person which I did he tells me he will call me back. No one called back after two weeks I went to NJDMV and had to register my van for commercial plates and had to pay $380.00 again. And NJDMV told me to fill out a form for the refund of the first registration in order for them to give me a refund they need a original letter from Woodbridge ford saying that they made a error when they ordered my plates and then I would get my refund. Well I have been calling Woodbridge ford and they are doing the same thing the manager will call you back I made dozen of calls. Text the sales person Jeff Geller and told me he retired from Woodbridge ford when I called they told me he is working and does not pick up the phone. So with out there letter NJDMV can not refund me back the $380.00 that they made an error on. They are people with no heart ,no class. DO NOT GO THERE!!! PLEASE

I went with my gf to this location this afternoon and we were pleasantly surprised with the selection of beautiful cars. We were greeted By Kathy who was super friendly and helpful. She broke down everything for us and we were able to get the car we wanted for the right price. Not only did we save a bunch of money; we were given an amazing deal even in this economy! The trade in was completely hassle free and we love our new car!!! Thank you!!! Hope to come back soon for the next one!
