Very sweet guy. He s been at that location for almost 40 years I was informed. Very detailed about everything he does. Very passionate about his profession and time. Didn t take long to fix my car and it looks brand new. They kept the car clean, even updated me the whole time. The souvenir is so sweet. Thanks

I found out after i left my car that Joe wasnt there anymore had i known that i wouldnt have left my car the new guy is rude and hes a liar he told me my fender didnt match the door and it would cost me 500$ to repaint it i said no then a few days later when i picked up my car he claimed he did it for free he dosent value his clients like Joe he said my car was ready when i arrive i had to wait a hour then when my car came out my door was poking out and the tec had to come out and put a clip on it after they tried to bang it in place this place is a no go !!!! Were is Joe? This guy didnt even give out candyy !!!!

Joe is the best, just got my car back today, in 15 days he got my car done AND LOOKING BEAUTIFUL, highly but highly recommend, Hyundai sonata burgundy with tints, JOE YOU THE BEST THANKS, NEVER LOOSE THAT SENSE OF HUMOR

My experience with Joe Binko was excellent! My car looked brand new after an accident! As an additional plus, my car was ready for pick up in just a few days. The service from start to finish from Joe and his team was perfect. Overall, it was a great experience. These guys are super-fantastic. They did a very nice job on my car. Upon that they washed and detailed my car, it was super clean and even gave me complimentary gift. I haven t seen a so perfect auto body shop like this before in my entire life.They also gave real time update about the progress of your car from start till finish. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! This is not a paid review, no they don t pressure you to rate 5 stars! The service speaks Volumes! Joe is a sweetheart very reasonable guy and KNOWS HIS CARS! I went in because the reviews were positive, my car was stolen needed work done on the ignition and window, paid out of pocket and it was not an unreasonable price, he even fixed up the minor blemishes my little baby had. I barely noticed my car when I went to pick it up! Did I mention it took less than a month to fix don t play, take your car to a person who will not only take his time, but actually get the job done correctly and efficiently and not take advantage of your pockets! I ll recommend this place 10x s over ! Thanks Joe

Park Grove did a great job on my fender. My fender had no shine when I bought it. Obviously was in an auto accident. Looks brand new now.

Now don't let all these good reviews fool you because they gave me an estimate and kept my car for 5 days and still didn't change my front bumper grill cover and when I called them they never denied it now they claim it's on back order since July 23 rd gave me the car pretending everything was replaced when the front bumper grill is still old and dusty and damaged I paid $2,100 for a job not done they are Toyota dealerships everywhere and they are giving me the run around to replace my front bumper grill cover shame on Joe and his employees

Joe and the guys at Park Grove did a great job repairing my BMW. They kept me advised of the progress of the work and made the whole experience as painless as needing repairs after a crash could be. They even touched up a nice scratch that was not part of the damaged part of the car, which was a nice surprise! Highly recommended!

JOE the car, Pro..........Gave me a great cash deal for my 2013 Toyota Highlander when it looked crazy in the front. He also fixed up a couple of other bumps and bruises at no cost. My car is good as new! Thanks, Joe

I take my Hat off with a Thumbs up to Park Grove Auto Body , staff very friendly, they did an outstanding Job on my Nissan Altima with the rear end Body Damage. On 8/21 my car was towed to park grove due ot being hit while parked. It took a while to get get my car back because of back order with my car parts. I received my car back in oct. I was very pleased with their work. Joe is such a sweet heart and like to tell funny jokes. I recommend everyone to come here for autobody service

Came here to find out if they could replace my bumper. Half of my bumper on my car is missing. I spoke with Joe and he was upfront with the cost and process. He made me realize it is not worth it for this type of repair on such an old car. I really liked his honesty.

I absolutely love this place and I love Joe. He was amazing.He fixed my car a few months ago and made it look brand new after an accident and charged me less than what I anticipated.He gave me an estimate and did the job even though the price should have been more due to the fact that I have 3 layer paint on my car. Any other auto body would have spiked the price but Joe kept the price the same. He was also nice enough to fix other small scratches I had on the car from when I bought it for no extra cost as well. I would recommend any and everyone in need of his services to come here. Joe was kind, quick, and fair and I appreciate him and his team for making my car look brand new.

I can't think of a better place to have your vehicle repaired after an accident than Park Grove Auto Body; their work is impeccable. Thanks Joe!This has been perhaps the fourth or fifth time I've brought a vehicle to Park Grove. Joe (the owner) is always super friendly and understanding to the situation occurring with a vehicle. He knows it's a headache for us and does his absolute best to empathize and formulate a reasonable solution for what can be done with it. Now I have a fairly new Mini Cooper and had some minor damage to my door and paint on different parts of the vehicle. Joe squeezed me in literally two days ago right as the 4th of July weekend was coming up. I just picked the car up today and couldn't be happier, and he didn't screw me on a price like a few other auto shops I've dealt with in the past. Very reasonable and quality workmanship in all that is done at that shop. Do yourself a favor and at least stop in to check him out, you won't regret it, and I promise you'll leave happy. Joe's also a real character, so you'll enjoy your time during the process very much. As always I appreciate the great service, and enjoy your 4th!

Joe is my go to guy for all my auto body repair work for the last 10yrs. Highly recommended. If you'd never heard of Park Grove, take a look at the cars in front of u at the stoplight. Bet they'll have a Park Grove Autobody license plate frame around the plate. Lol. He's been in business forever for a reason! Go to spot for all your auto body needs!

Park grove auto did an excellent job on the body work of my Jeep! It looks like new, and joe was very nice and super accommodating even though I was a little aggressive and unhappy about the time frame it would take to fix! All in all they did a wonderful job and I m super happy to have my baby back

I just posted over on yelp, but the service was that good and I want people to know when they go to Park Grove that they can expect the best.I have had the pleasure of getting t-boned and backed into all within the past here years. Joe at Park Grove came recommended through a friend and despite having to get my car out to Irvington, it was completely worth it.Joe at Park Grove quickly repaired my car to like new. You wouldn't have known, in either case, how bad my car looked going in. I can't speak highly enough of the work they do at Park Grove.Almost as importantly, Joe worked with me and the other person's insurance and made sure I wasn't taken advantage of. No matter where I get into an accident, I am always going to get my car to Joe at Park Grove because I know I'm in good hands at Park Grove auto.

I had a great experience with Joe at his body shop. My 14 Honda Civic driver rear window was broken and i needed a brand new window. After doing some research and saw all these great reviews I took the chance to make that phone call. Joe answered the phone and first thing he said I need to see it . Joe is a honest man & you can tell he loves what he does. His shop is very clean & professional. I will definitely recommend his shop & I ll be back soon...

I will never go to another auto body shop! Joe Binko has been there FOREVER & knows cars! Every time I m there, it s a quick easy drop off. They deal directly with the insurance company- which saves me the head ache. And my car always comes out looking like new! It s only a couple blocks off the parkway- super easy location! My go to autobody guys!!!! What a pleasant and fun atmosphere with efficient and very caring employees which all starts with Joe. You got to love how thoughtful they are with their funny greeting cards with the car air freshener gift to their little surprise jar of candy left in my car post repair. Their service surpasses all expectations!!!!! Thank you to all there who make that establishment exactly what it is, you make it unique and hard to resist repeat business.
