I used to like going to that place, but I stopped until I realized they kept stealing my changes in my car. The first time I noticed that my quarters were missing after I finished washing my car at Spotless car wash, I did not have any evidence therefore, I did not report it. I went back again and this time I took pictures of my changes. After they finished, they handed me the key and I said hold on, I checked inside the car and found no quarters, they were all gone. I asked for the manager to report this incident. When he came, as I started to explain what happened, he quickly said, "Oh the air blower may blow the changes out" and he said "let go and check on the ground to see if.... When we got there, he started picking up few dirty pennies, LOL. I said to him that these were not mine, my pennies are still in the car. I said to him that the air blower could blow out my quarters but not the pennies. I said how come all pennies remained in the car but not quarters, which one is lighter than the other, the pennies or the quarters. As you can see in the pictures below I had very few pennies there, all were quarters and one $ coin but all quarters were gone. The manager who is the son of the owner has no management skills and so dishonest including all his employees. I will never go there again for any service. He offered me $2 reimbursement which I rejected but not an apology. All I was looking for was a good customer service, an apology, and ensuring me that that will not happen again, and that would be it. But the manager who was the son of the owner was the greatest dishonest. I want to warn everyone to take off your money or any important items before you hand your car to those guys. The oil change spot is still good, but the car wash is horribly dishonest.I know that he is going to make up a story so he can reply by lying. He is so inconsiderate and that is why this business got so many one-star reviews.

First, as a new driver who doesn't know much about oil changes, this has to be a terrible first time. For my first time doing one, it has to have been no worse experience. My father recommended this place because of the advertised $38.99 oil change with three free gold car washes. So naturally, seeing a great deal, I decided to try it out. I wish I didn't and just went somewhere else like Jiffy Lube, as my brother suggested. I arrived a little before 11, not expecting it to be that long of a trip, but man, I spent over an hour waiting in line for the oil change for them to overcharge me. So I approached the cashier and asked if the oil change comes with the car wash. She asks me what the man outside told me. I didn t know I had to talk to the guy, who, when I got out of my car, was already speaking with another angry customer who was given premium oil instead of synthetic, which he s used to getting. So the man paid me no mind, and I just went in. They called up my car. I go to the cashier, and she says the price is 56 and some change. I m confused about why the price is high because the sign outside said 38.99; that s a significant jump in price. And what if I only came with 40 dollars to pay? I showed her the sign from a picture I took in line while I was waiting, advertising the oil change price, and she said that it was an old sign and the prices went up. WHAT A SCAM!!! They need to remove that sign because you guys are luring people in with the hopes of paying less than 40 for three free gold car washes with the purchase of an oil change that s valued at 53.99, BUT I PAID DAMN NEAR 60. Honestly, this deterred me from what would ve been a joyous core memory of my first oil change. It would be best if you guys did better. The lady at the front was rude. I spoke softly and didn t raise much of a fuss, but that s not how you treat people.

Haven't been here in years because they scratched a previous car I had. Brought my car yesterday and it ended up getting scratched. Can't come back ever again

I like coming here, never a bad experience. The oil change service is quick and efficient and the fact that you get two free car washes is always a plus. The girl at the counter is always nice and informative and they give a free car scent. They not only vacuum out your car but they blow it out,l in between the cracks and corners. What more could you ask for from a car wash / quick lube. And the prices can not be beat for the quality and service. They also do detailing which I have heard is very good !

No matter if you choose the gold service or VIP service the just don t clean well , they always leave my seats wet , if you are not there checking out they will just leave dirty footprints , wet seats , they will wipe/dry only by request that s a shame since you paying more thinking they will care and leave clean that s why you go for , unfortunately I always have to clean after.

I always pay for a VIP wash, but I don't like the service provided by the guy who picks up the car at VIP because his service is very bad, my car arrived as 1 and he always leaves my car last, I'm a customer here for both oil changes and washing my car, but this type of employee who doesn't know how to treat customers.

Been coming here for years, always did a good job on my car. Today they scuffed the side of my car swinging doors open, because they park the cars too close. They take pics of ya car before the car is washed, so i say go to the pics, i need to see what time he took the pic, they refused to show me. I asked for the time, because when i brought it to there attention, he walked around the numerous times holding the phone up, and appeared to take additional pics, so they refused to show me the time. I was told to call the police. They will never get a dime from me again, and will not recommend anyone to come. Integrity is everything!!!! All he had to do was show me the time on the pic, it would have cleared everything up.

Usually I'm super satisfied with the way the clean my car.. But today I wasn't..!! For a combination of obvious things, especially bc I 50 for the VIP service..

Unprofessional I went to get my car wash, the cashier said I could not pay with card; I asked why then she said because they have a note in my car in the system that I asked the bank for money back for a service I was not happy about. I said no I have never done that. I asked to speak with the manager, the manager did not even take time to hear me but insisted that I did call the bank. I asked for what service and when did I do that? both said they don t know. I found that very weird for a well known place like that. So they just pick a random car because they feel like that. I was so upset and I would never return to that place again.

So that we're clear, the name of this business is Spotless Car Wash and the detailing center under its umbrella is Detailing Wey. I visited both of "these" businesses (since the claim is that they're separate) on July 24, 2023. The manager quoted me a price me of $320.00 to have my car detailed. When I told them it was way too much, and to bring my car back around, the clerk at the counter claimed that they had already cleaned my car and mats. She called the manager back in, did some calculations on her cell phone, and they charged me $53.31 for a car wash! She claimed it was $30.00 alone for the mat cleaning. It took another 25 minutes to get my car back.I spoke with the owner's son today (7/26/23). He was much more courteous than the cashier who answered the phone, but he tried to justify the pricing. This is unacceptable in a distressed area where ten other car washes offering comparable services (as shown by past reviews) are charging half that at max. And $53 for a basic car wash...again, unacceptable.Doris, if you are still pedente lite (saw your review from 11 months ago), please contact me via Facebook. You are right, it must stop.

I go every other week. They do an awesome job. There have been times where my car was skipped or i had to wait over an hour but my car be CLEAN. I still go, i just make sure its on slow days or early in the am

Even after I told him to use synthetic oil the idiot told me to leave coz I didn t agree with him to use synthetic oil when I got there, he act as if he owned the business he has just made the owner loose money I come there every 2 weeks to change oil coz I do Uber the same manager always ask me if I want to use regular oil or synthetic for my 2008 Acura MDX even if I disagree with him not to use synthetic oil why did he tell me to leave after I agree with him I love the fact that I put my finger in his face

Got a full detailed with engine clean..the results was way better than what i thought considering my truck was in bad shape....the mangers was professional and understanding in what i ask for and needed to be done ..will be coming back

Don t go here they steal stuff out your call all the time. See usually I let it rock cause it s small stuff like change or a dollar or two I would give to them anyway. But this last time I went they stole my Apple Watch charger. They barely clean your car and are thief s. I only was going there because I didn t want to switch places I get my oil changed at. But I will never go back ever!Of course you won t be able to see inside the car. They took my car around twice to wash because of a mistake they missed. But I m sure they know all the spot where a camera won t see. And again it s all good they needed it more then me I just won t ever come back

Went there to change my own car oil the pig that called himself oil changing manager said I have to use some certain oil and I have been using regular oil in the past and I told him with my middle finger in his face who the hell are you to tell me what to use on my car I don t recommend this business a lot of reports saying they steal something in people s car too,@the owner that replied this review even after I told him to go ahead with the synthetic oil the fool told me to leave and he made you to loose money I come there every 2 weeks to change my car oil coz I do Uber he s a foolService: Auto detailing

Carwash line is always super long during the weekends, which is not fault of theirs, as they are a busy place. but Oil change Pricing seem to have almost double over the last couple of years, every time I visit its a few dollars more. (you get 2 few car washes with an oil change, (1st one with 7days, and 2nd one with 14 days).

This is a great car wash near the parkway entrance. They can deal with a large volume of cars. There is quite a large amount of space for your car rk move around before and after the car wash. The service is comprehensive, and the interior of your gets cleaned well. It's a nice spot to give your car a good spa treatment.

I asked for my vehicle to clean inside and outside, and when it was finished I noticed the door was dirty I asked one of the staff to clean it and he said that wasn't included. How you're cleaning the flooring and mat and the door is not included??

I have to say when they first started they were great took time and cleaned your vehicle. Now they have no respect very rude almost like they don t like black people. It s very convenient for me because I live right there but I would rather drive elsewhere and now that I will be treated properly. Good luck with your business.

Horrible cleaning and poor service,came here a couple times and it s clear the only carter to high spending customers who only take the most expensive detailing package available because I can do a better job myself in 5 minutes,but I keep coming back hoping that this time might be better and it close to where I live so it s very convenient for me.Unless you don t get the most expensive detailing option here they don t even bother to even try.Left with half vacuumed interior and dust everywhere the car looked cleaner before I brought it in.What a shame!Im done giving this business chances I m better of washing my car myself and save my money.Would never recommend to anyone.Go elsewhere!!!!!Zero stars !!!!!

So this is my second time at this car wash,the first service I got I realize they did do the interior of my car but upon checking I realize it was not included in the $30+ dollars that I had paid.So today I came back and paid now $45.89 to make sure my car was properly cleaned. I started to talk to the guy who got mad and walked away,only to see another guy coming so I asked what was his problem,answer He doesn t speak English ,now who s fault is that now? Certainly not Mine,unfortunately this is a English speaking country,if you can t speak the language don t get mad at me. Because of his rude and angry attitude I ll take my business elsewhere.Services: Tires, Polishing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Got my car washed, and they stole my daughters brand new pair of UGGs Tasman s out my trunkI never even brought it to the attention of anyone at the car wash, so where did your assumption come from that I didn t know where they last were??? They WERE IN MY TRUNK AS I STATED!!! You don t even have a date to even look for surveillance
