This is a highly professional group. Danielle is the consummate administrative assistant. Her professionalism puts you at ease as soon as you enter the premises. Jerry walked me through the entire repair process from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient and understanding . I was extremely pleased with my car repair.Hopefully and prayerfully, I ll never have another car accident. However, if I do, I m going straight back to Caliber Collision, Irvington without hesitation.

I went here for repairs and had an issue where my tire was flat the next day after pickup & Mike helped me out no questions asked! In & out :) He s the best & I highly recommend! They left my car like new.

One of the best experiences I have had at any kind of shop. Everyone was so helpful and extremely nice. I wouldn't recommend any other shop to have your vehicle be brought back to life. 10/10!!

On Unfortunate circumstances I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Jerry and the rest of the staff at CALIBER COLLISION, I definitely will recommend them to friends and family. I love the fact that I was informed of what was going on as well as what was the next step to getting me back in my vehicle, I LOVE THEIR HOSPITALITY BECAUSE IT WAS GENUINE, instead of FIVE STARS IM GIVING THEM A TEN ALL AROUND THE BOARD, THANKS GUYS YOU RE ONE IN A MILLION
