Terrible service. Had a sign in the front that had a price & he tried to over charge me after saying with his own mouth the same price on the sign. Very rude & nasty. Don t come here, take your money some where else where the job will get done properly! You will regret it. Very unprofessional. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. If it is an old sign make sure to remove it instead of leaving it there for everyone to see on the front window. A/C service clearly states $120. Didn t even perform the service good, but still paid him because they are money hungry. I asked him to tell me what the issue in the car was, He told me it was a compressor issue resulting in a LEAK. Why would you lie & do an ac service knowing it would not even last. Money hungry. A good mechanic shop would inform you what the issue is first before doing any nonsense in your car. Also in the bottom of the photo it states in the state of NJ STATE LAW REQUIRES ALL LEAKING SYSTEMS MUST BE REPAIRED BEFORE ADDING REFRIGERANT Definitely reporting. Please stop playing people because it will catch up to you.

Alex is RIDICULOUS & he is very rude. PLEASE spend your money elsewhere. He does a half job and when you decide to bring it back for it to be fixed they try to charge you extra. I would never show my face in this establishment. Not to mention they HALF A** my vehicle & did not do the job to the best of their ability. I am APPALLED. They also said my car would be finished by a certain amount of days and took longer it s ridiculous. If you choose to go here good luck to you because you re gonna need it

Horrible people completely. Very racist Spanish people. They do very poor work. Their shop look like a junk yard. Place is very run down . Their prices are literally almost the same as car dealership prices to fix the car. Go somewhere else. They are rude, dirty and very poor work. Please don t come there. Let s not forget that the shop is also in a very dangerous area. Save your money find a real mechanic.

The worst Auto shop/Mechanic ever, I sent my car with a problem and in the Invoice tells me they spend "$186 in parts" and the rest was for the labor, $526 and over a week later I was finally able to get in contact with the "mechanic Alex". Was very rude over the phone and told me to send the car back so they can check it. I send the car back and a week and a half later I'm able to finally get in contact again and he tells me that is another $150 for the same thing the car originally came for, he proceeded to say is not his fault cars brake down. Ate me on the phone, basically called me a liar when I said the car was in the same condition it came in and that good/decent mechanic I spoke to was just an act to get my money. "I'm livid" Beware if they have your phone number recorder they wont pick up your phone call, I suggest to call from someone else's number so they wont be able to recognize your number. It's an embarrassment that our own community is only looking to take our money and don't care about their customers at all. BE AWARE!!!..

Ball St Auto has been a pillar in the community here in Irvington NJ , I dropped shipped my tire to the Shop made appointment to have them installed , the work staff took care of the job right away . The owner Alex handled the paperwork and I was back on my way . I look forward with future business.
