I brought my 2008 Chevy suburban in with a transmission shifting issue. Victor and the team diagnosed it quickly and rebuilt my transmission within the same week. You can tell Victor cares very much about his craft and his customers. I highly recommend him and his team to work on your vehicles. I also found out they don't just perform transmission services but can repair brakes, suspension, and other issues with your vehicle. Thanks for your help!!!!!!Service: Transmission repair

We got our car towed to Victor Dean from a different shop. He recommended a tow company, and added the cost to our bill without ever meeting us in person. He worked diligently to find us another transmission after the one we were promised from the parts shop failed through. Overall, he has great work ethics, and is straight forward. I would definitely recommend going to him for any auto repair needs.

Victor and his team have been working on my business trucks for years. I've always been pleasantly surprised at the reasonable cost and excellent quality of work. I typically don't get a chance to write reviews but it's hard not to in this case. Victor recently performed a large repair for a close friend who's had a tough go in the past year and he refused to accept any money for the work. I'd write a five star review simply on the regular business we've done. The recent generosity just shows the level of character that exists at Victor Dean's!!!

The best shop around. Not only for transmissions but for all your mechanical needs . Classics or newet cars.. the best hands down. Dont waste your time on franchises or big name shops . Victor Dean family owned shop will fix all your vehicle troubles..

Victor and his team did a great job repairing our Acadia. A bad lockup torque converter needed replacement and the transmission needed to be rebuilt due to the damage from the torque converter. Victor Dean was recommended to me by my mechanic I had my jeep towed to Victor Deans Transmission Victor informed me that I needed a new transmission and based on the age of my Jeep It wasn t a good idea to put all the money into it. He offered me $200 for my Jeep I said no, I asked Victor if I could leave my car there until Thursday and we agreed ,Thursday came and I wasn t able to pick up my car. I was trying to explain to Victor that I was going to go in the following day to have it towed he wasn t having it he said many mean things to me, and said that he was going to push my Jeep out onto the road if I didn t pick it up by the date that we had agreed on, I told him that I was a widow I was just looking for a little compassion and help and again he wasn t having it. He was very mean I have never experienced anything like it before I think he s desperate and he tried to rip me off of my jeep and by offering me $200 I do not recommend his services to any single woman because he will take it advantage of them .Service: Transmission

Buy Wise has gone above and beyond to help us on more than one occasion. When my husband's transmission unexpectedly failed, we were overwhelmed and weren't sure where to go. We went to Buy Wise and he was not only helpful and friendly, but rebuilt the transmission in a few days for a more than reasonable rate and the work was of the best quality. They are trustworthy and reliable, and always willing to help. When a second unrelated issue came up with the car, he took the car within hours to look at it and gave us a temporary fix on the spot. Once the needed part came in, he fixed it that day. I cannot say enough for how great they are, we would never go anywhere else. A transmission issue is the last thing anyone wants to deal with, but they made it an easy, affordable, and convenient experience!

My transmission was shot in my Silverado. Victor was on the ball and got me my truck back within days at a fair price. Highly recommend them for all your engine/transmission needs. I went to Victor when the transmission in my wife's 2015 Suburban blew. Victor not only repaired the transmission ahead of the time he initially thought it would take to get the parts in, he changed the transfer case and rear differential oil and used upgraded parts to repair the transmission so the rebuilt transmission out lasts the original.He is a straight forward and honest businessman. I will never go anywhere else for transmission service and highly recommend him to anyone needing transmission repairs or service.Thank you VictorService: Transmission

I have been going to this shop for many years. Not once did I ever have a Bad experience. These guys know their stuff. What most people don't realize that after getting a $7000 estimate from Toyota I could actually save much more than half and have the exact same work done with a much better warranty. I like to keep my cars for a very long time. And Victor Dean at Buy Wise transmission makes it all happen. Thank you guys sincerely appreciate everything you do. My last car just being a service when I thought there was a problem it was my sixth or seventh experience at the shop. He's batting 100% on my overly critical visits. The last car a 13-year-old Dodge Stratus I was sure had a major problem. Turned out to be a basic service that did the trick and it's back on the road. Always very fair always very straightforward what more can you ask for??

Great shop! Had my slave cylinder go bad and they got everything squared away quick! Cheap too, great service, people and price. I don't think you can ask for anything more when considering what shop to take your car to. I'd recommend them to anyone that needs transmission or clutch work.

Victor is pure class and knows his trade inside and out. He's done 2 transmissions for me on different cars and did great on both. Further, he was helpful answering my questions and stands by his work.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I recently bought a used truck that had a transmission built by Victor at Buy Wise Transmission. I was planning on doing a transmission flush and thought it was a good idea to see what brand transmission fluid Victor suggested I use. When I called, Victor had answered the phone. I introduced myself and asked if it was Victor I was speaking to. he replied yes so i told him that i bought a truck with a transmission that was built by him. Immediately he jumped down my throat and asked who gave me his number. He then asked who I bought the truck from. I answered his question and gave him the name of the guy I bought the truck from. He then said he does not offer a warranty because the guy i bought my truck from sells trucks to kids who beat on them. I told Victor that i got his phone number from his own website and that i was just looking for the type of fluid to use when i do the transmission flush. instead of answering my question he said that he was going to call the guy i bought my truck from because if he "gives out his number again he will break his legs". I strongly recommend you take your car to any other shop than Victor Dean's establishment. It is funny because the first thing you see on the website is "Customer Service is our number one priority". I have never dealt with a business owner who was as disrespectful as Victor Dean.

Absolutely the perfect place to do business. Victor diagnosed the problem with my CRV...had to junk it.... Victor wouldn't take a cent for all his efforts. This is the second time I've used their services.

Victor was very honest, very fair, work was done on time - no added charges as many mechanics do. Work was great! We are using him again for another vehicle and transmission - plus some other work on another vehicle. Prices were very fair!

Victor is the most honest, knowledgable and thorough mechanic/transmission guy I've come to know. He is very reasonable and does excellent work. I use him for all my vehicle needs. I highly recommend Victor Dean.

Victor Dean is a dishonest mechanic. Wasted $3k on a transmission rebuild after I was having issues with overdrive. I took my truck to his shop based on "good reviews" online. A day before the truck went to his shop, I pulled the trans pan down to change the fluid and inspect the magnet for any metal shavings. The fluid was not burnt, nor did it smell burnt. The magnet was 99.9% free of metallic shavings. Dropped the truck off to Victor's, received a call the following day whereas Victor had informed me that there were "chunks of metal in the pan". I was dumbfounded as I did not witness this upon my inspection and the trip to the shop was uneventful - the truck shifted fine in every gear but overdrive. Stupidly, I gave him a try. He had the truck back to me and told me he threw a "shift kit" and "3 disk torque converter" in with it. Upon taking the truck home, it continued to have issues going into overdrive. After calling Victor to explain the situation, he became agitated and told me "well I have to make money somehow!" and hung up. I HIGHLY do not recommend his shop or his family and friends fake positive reviews on google and Facebook. Do not go here if you expect an honest opinion and quality work!

Always great service with quality work. Update, I had a leak in a Ford Nine Inch rear differential. Victor fixed me up no sweat!! This is one hard working shop to always make things right! Thank you Victor!!

This place should be closed down for fraudulently representing themselves as transmission techs. Brought the truck once ... he didn't fix it. Brought it back ... still doesn't work. Had to bring him to Small Claims Court. He didn't even have the nads to show up in court ... he sent his wife! I won. the Judge awarded me every dime. He swore he'd go bankrupt before he paid the Judgment. We'll see ... now I have to go to the Sheriff. And I will. This guy is rude, uses vulgar language, refuses to accept the fact that he doesn't know what he's doing, and simply incompetent as far as transmission work goes. Do yourself a favor ... run quickly and very far away from Buy Wise Transmission.

The shop and it s owner are very competent. My experience with them was very Pleasent. After getting jerked around by dealer and other shops, I drove in my sons truck and they replaced the transmission for a very reasonable cost and lightning fast.I more than recommend this shop.
