I had a leakage in my tire and I got quick service right away. They were able to remove the nail and plug it up so I was on the way within an hour and they were getting ready to close within the hour . I appreciated them, squeezing me in !! great place great service.

DO NOT subject yourself to this place, as it's not worth it. Very disappointed!!!! They say one thing, do another and then justify their actions. Clearly, the customer(s) mean nothing and it's all about the almighty $$. I would recommend finding another place to buy a vehicle. Typical sleazy, lying and scheming sales / finance department. Make sure you read all the fine print, otherwise you will be sorry.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing a car at Nielsen Nissan. Rhee was a pleasure to work with. She so patient with us while we test drove numerous different car trying to decide which was going to best for us. She took the time to show us every special feature on the vehicle and how they worked. Rhee checked in with us a few days after our purchase to make sure everything we were enjoying the vehicle. We will definitely come back again!!!

Mary at Nielsen Nissan was a pleasure to work with in my last service. The service department took me in the same day I called, and was able to temporarily fix my issue. The part I needed was delivered quickly and when I arrived to have it installed I was done in 45 mins. Great crew!

The service department did an awesome job on my 2015 Pathfinder. They fixed a problem with the engine, idling and did an overall inspection and advise me On the condition of the car, which had 140,000 miles on it. And it was good news! Thanks again to the service department and Anthony.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! They have no ethics or morals. I bought a used vehicle from them. I at the time was leasing a Nissan Altima with 3 payments left ($749.00). I asked them to come down that amount on the price of the used truck. They advised they would and they would pay off the lease and I can bring my Altima to them and they would turn it in. I live in PA 2 hours away and always thought I had to turn my vehicle in at the dealership I bought it. They advised me no. I asked are you sure? They said yes. I asked if there will be any fees I will have to pay bc I don't want to get a bill a month from now. The salesman and finance guy ASSURED me everything will be taken care of with my Altima lease. A month later I get a $421 disposition fee. The dealership gave me their word I would not be out of pocket any money if I turn my lease into them. The manager calls me back and states, "everyone knows there is a disposition fee." If everyone knows there is a disposition fee, ESPECIALLY the "expert Nissan salesman/finance employees," then why wouldn't they tell me that before hand? The manager was so condescending and said I should of read my lease contract almost 2 years after I leased the vehicle before I traded it in at their dealership

I usually do most of my own maintenance but in the dead of winter I don t much feel like scrambling around on the driveway, so I ll usually get a local shop to do the quick stuff. But after receiving an email coupon from Nissan Stanhope, I had my 10 year-old Xterra s oil (synthetic) and filter changed for $59.99 with a complimentary tire rotation. While they were at it, I got them to do an alignment and adjust my handbrake (manual trans). The work was completed within a couple of hours and included a wash.I even got to take a good look underneath while the truck was in the air, as well as a chat with the technician. The total cost was about $220. (My usual local shop would have priced this at $330!)In summary, I had a great experience over all. The work was timely, well priced and completed well. Sometimes, a main dealer IS the place to go, even for an old, high mileage rattler.

Nielsen Nissan - one of the many greedy car dealerships with a disrespectful manager who agrees to one thing today and contradicts himself the very next day. They are there just to suck as much money as they can from their customers. "Minimal inventory" and the 2022/23 market scenario didn't help either. All their quotes were marked up well over the MSRP despite buying two brand new vehicles at once.As a first time car buyer, be willing to walk away if you're not getting the deal you wanted. I'm sure you'll find a dealer that's willing to offer you the vehicle for MSRP at least.

My 2024 Frontier was brought to the dealer on a flat bed truck. It was not the dealer where I purchased my truck but the one nearest to my breakdown. They couldn t have been more nicer helpful and thorough. They gave me a loaner with no issues and diagnosed my trucks problem. Ordered and installed a new throttle bottle assembly. The dealer where I purchased my truck failed to do so when it was brought to them via flatbed. Nielsen Nissan was top notch service. Thank you again

This was my second visit to Neilsen for service of my Nissan Frontier . Much as my first visit I was greeted immediately upon arrival and courteously informed of the process for my scheduled service Both scheduled service times were on time and all accommodations, including rental car, were exactly as planned. The time frame for both service appointments were again, exactly as I had been informed, on time as I was told prior to the appointment.The overall experience was such that I have no intention of taking my Nissan Frontier anywhere other then Nielsen Nissan In Stanhope . Thank you

Price for an oil change and tire rotation (a special currently) was good. And they open at 7:30am for service, which is grand. I had a 7:30 appt, but it took one hour and 20 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Just too long for such basic service. IMHO they need to speed up their checkout, because they are so busy making 8 recommendations and printing you a booklet about your car, you can t get out. 3 stars.

I was recently at this Nielsen Nissan and looking to get into a new lease. This particular time we worked with Tyler. He made the process so easy for us. Tyler was very personable and a true joy to work with. This was our second time leasing from this location and both times we were very pleased. I highly recommend both Tyler and Nielsen Nissan for anyone searching for a new car!!!

Tyler West and Steve Romain were a joy to work with. Very happy with not only my new Kicks but, the car buying experience as well at Nielsen Nissan. I plan on having my new car serviced there even though I don't live nearby. I highly recommend this dealership.

Nielsen Nissan service does good work. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because I came in with a coupon specifically for my Titan which locked in the price at 79.99 for an oil change, tire rotation, 10 points inspection and fluid top off. Only at the time until at time of payment was I informed of the price increase to $100 when I went to pick up my truck. I was told that the mechanics had to use more quarts than the coupon said and charged me more. The coupon even states up to 7 quarts which Is adequate for the titan based on OEM specifications and the paperwork confirmed that 7 quarts were used. On my quote sheet I specifically said the maximum allowed payable to perform the work without my permission was $80. Also, I never did receive a call that my truck was ready. I had to call the day later to find out it was ready the day before. Putting this aside, the mechanics really do great work and would bring my truck back there

Wonderful experience at Nielsen Nissan in Stanhope. Everything was reasonable. The mechanic that worked on my car, Tristan, I believe his name was, was extremely knowledgeable and it was one of the first times I didn t feel I was being oversold on parts at a car dealership. Mary handled my service and she was outstanding. So positive and welcoming! I felt like I was at home the moment I walked through the doors. When it was time to pay, Edwin made the blow a little softer with a smile and some amazing customer service .

Our dealer Jesus was extremely helpful, polite, and professional throughout the entire process. He made sure we were satisfied with everything even after all the papers were signed and was able to give us a great deal too. My wife especially loved his attitude without pressuring us, she was worried about it but ended up enjoying the experience the whole way through. I recommend him highly for your next car purchase!

Facilities were clean, employees were very friendly and accommodating. Time to complete an oil change was a bit longer than expected. Attendant said my car was being washed when handed the wrong keys. My car however was not washed. Not really a big deal to me but thought it would prudent to mention. Overall had a very good experience and will return in the future

I've been coming to this dealership for a decade now and I've never had a bad experience with Nielsen Nissan. Had something on lot that was a perfect fit for me, and literally was in and out the door with it. Especially with the new tablets being used they have there, makes less paperwork and easier to deal with. And their with you step by step and making sure that everythings good before you drive off that lot. Car still has that new car smell even now!

I have never been more disappointed by a dealership. I purchased a certified preowned vehicle from them and have regularly had the car into the dealership for service. The car was still under powertrain warranty, and I started having trouble with it, the engine would not consistently start. I brought it to the dealer and was advised to complete a $800 service to clean out some values and a perform a fuel injection service. Within a month, the problem resurfaced and I returned to the dealer, this time I was told the engine was shot and that I needed a new one. I was still under warranty for transmission/ engine so asked to have that completed under my warranty. They opened a claim and started the process, I provided full documentation of all the consistent service I had done on the vehicle. Nissan denied my claim and said the it was due to carbon which is not covered. The tech that worked on my car, shrugged his shoulders and said that excessive carbon build up is normal for these direct injection engines and there was nothing to do. The service department confirmed that they had no ability to help, essentially admitting either the engines do not last, or that the warranty is useless. I am left with a car that is not paid off, and requires an $8,000 repair of a part that is under warranty. I have had Hondas, Hyundais and Toyotas, all of which at some point need repairs that were under warranty, all of these other companies were helpful, accommodating and ensured that the car worked as it should. Nissan and this dealership did nothing of the sort. Crapy car, useless warranty and disappointing help from the service department. I would never buy or service a car with them again.

I recently leased a car from Nielson Nissan had the absolute best experience! Our sales person, Jared, was very personable and exceeded our expectations in helping us find the right vehicle for our family! Also Tyler from the finance department was great! He guided us through all the paperwork via a full size desk tablet that you sign all the paperwork through then they send you home with the flash drive instead of piles of paperwork, which I always end up losing!Overall I am really glad I decided to go to Nielson Nissan as we had tried so many other dealerships prior and had terrible experiences or were quoted insane prices. If you are looking for an affordable deal definitely check them out! Thank you again Jared and Tyler, you are both awesome!

Marcelis Harris was a pleasure to work with and made my leasing experience quick, easy and pleasant along with the pretty Christmas tree displayed and the Christmas carols playing in the showroom. Marcelis went above and beyond to expedite the delivery of my beautiful new SUV. Manager Brad introduced himself and I was impressed with not being pressured into a sale. An extra bonus was a visit from Santa as he made a pit stop at the dealership along with the Byram Township Fire Department while I was there. Excellent experience trading in a 2012 frontier and purchasing a new one. My sales person Gary was exceptional, informative, quick, friendly and VERY efficient .. Steve helped set our deal and the entire staff was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. No hard sales, but all questions answered quickly and TRUTHFULLY!!! Price was excellent as well! Gary was very easy to work with and went over and above to make this a very positive experience.
