This was the first time I ve ever used a Mavis but was recommended by family. I went in for an oil change, which was done very quickly, they also looked over my whole car and rotated my tires free of charge. The staff were very nice, quick and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them.

The staff at the Stanhope Mavis is amazing! They are all so friendly and accommodating! I was just a walk in and they were very honest about the time, but they were able to get me in 10 minutes for my oil change, 20 minutes sooner than expected! They are also knowledgeable and I will absolutely be back! You have a fantastic staff here!!!

I had a screw or nail in my tire on this nasty rainy day and I walked in with my little guy and they took me right away and fixed my tire for free. So thankful. They were quick and very nice and helpful.

Driving threw NJ on my way to NY I blew a tire. Stopped at the Mavis in Byram to have a new put on they seemed pretty busy at the time. I spoke with the manager Joe who was polite as ever great attitude. He said that he could get the car in a a new tire put with no problems and he had the tire in stock. Joe had my car in and out in under 30 minutes. Great guy and great service.

I had to get all new tires and some other work done and this was my first time using this store/ any Mavis. The staff were all super nice and helpful and I will definitely be going there again in the future. They also were able to take my car in right away and got the work done fast for me and my husbands car as well! Thank you!

Highly recommend!! Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. I brought my car in needing a long overdue check up and Eli was able to go above and beyond for me! He was incredibly clear and transparent about everything that needed to be done, which was definitely more than just the oil change I thought I needed originally. Not only was he incredibly helpful and kind, but he was so fast! I knew I needed an oil change but ended up needing a lot more done and he was done in no time. Eli went so far above and beyond for me I am incredibly grateful and appreciative :). Now, my car look amazing and drives better than ever, not only do I highly recommend Byram s Mavis Discount Tires but Eli was also so amazing!

Outstanding customer service by Bryan and his team. We had a tire pressure issue and stopped by to check it. The car was taken in right away and we quickly got update on the condition of the tire. Even though we decided not to do any work in the shop we were not charged at all and we were treated like best friends.

I was in need of a 90k service to my mother in law s vehicle and couldn t find time in my schedule to get my car dropped of the dealership. I stopped through at a Mavis in Byram on a Saturday and kept my fingers crossed. After speaking with Joe at the shop, he was accommodating and professional. I decided to drop off her car and was planning on picking it up at closing time. The car was finished way earlier than expected. Mavis explained they looked over everything, handled the 90k service and I was ready to go. When I went for pick up , he suggested that I consider new front tires before the winter and invited me back if I was in town. I wasn t getting pushed into anything and I wasn t hassled into buying something that I wasn t sure I needed. This is important to me. The other day, I called the shop and spoke to Joe. He remembered me and we scheduled a time I could get those tires. He worked with me when I was there and explained the tire choices and helped me pick what would be ideal for my car. I couldn t be more impressed with the service and small town care I received from the mgmt team at this location and recommend it if you re in this town. Thank you Mavis!

Fantastic- Brian and Jose are excellent managers and take the time to really get to know the vehicle needs and understand the situation. I ve been coming to this location for around 10 years and have always have fantastic service, but these two are seriously great at managing and taking care of the shop interface. Positive energy goes a long way! Wouldn t go anywhere else.

Bryan was very efficient at getting my vehicle back on the road. I m so glad I called today. I was made to feel like a valued customer. I will be back again and will definitely be referring Bryan and Byram Mavis to my family and friends.

My family is a Mavis tire family and we love Joe here. He s got so much experience and is really just an all around a big sweet heart. We ask for Joe every time we come now. Taking my car for maintenance is always a smooth transaction with him.

Friendly staff and my go to for car repairs. Employees Bryan and Jose always welcoming and get the job done well. Would highly recommend this place. Tires are high quality and replacements are done quick.

I ve shown up twice in dire need of help, with several things seeming to stop working all at once in my car. Both times, I ve been met with super friendly guys who showed me how I can take better care of my vehicle, without being patronizing. I will keep coming back for sure!! <3

Had 3 amazing experiences with this location. Whenever I'm in the area and need it done right now, I stop and see Caleb and the team gets it done.Definitely recommend stopping in if you need any work on your vehicle.

I have been using the Mavis Stanhope service center for all things tire related for many years now. The service managers and technicians are always very helpful. Needed to replace two tires today (early Christmas Eve morning) and they got it done quickly and at a very reasonable price. Thank you Mavis at Stanhope!

I was quoted $ 605 for front breaks, oil change and wiper blades. They said I needed a new battery ( I just had a new one installed in April ). I also had something wrong with my tires and they were sliding so I should get new tires. I declined both services.They said my air filters should be replaced I agreed to that. When the service was complete I was told it would be over $800. I reminded them of the initial quote and the dropped the price to $730. The one employee was arguing with me stating you are getting all the labor for free. I reminded him that he quoted me $605 for everything. I do not recommend this store to anyone !

Friendly staff and 5 star service. Eli is the best! No bones about it. Most mechanics are shady but these guys give you straight talk and no jive. Bork approves.

They tried selling me on new tires. They were so upset that I didn t get new tires. Just needed a plug. My vehicle is serviced at a dealership and the tires were inspected just 2 weeks ago while getting my oil change. . I have a sticker on my windshield stating the tires have plenty of life left. The whole time they kept taking pictures of my tires and huddling around the truck. These guys are a bunch of clowns! Complete joke and no wonder why they weren t busy.

Great place with caring and professional people. Caleb & Jose way out of their way to take care of a hole in my tire and got me on my way really fast. Highly recommend this place!

Had a flat tire. Noticed chunk of metal in it. Stopped at our local Mavis and they got it right in and patched up. Staff was very accommodating on a snowy day.
