Out-of-towner camping in the area discovered my RV chassis battery had died. Found this NAPA on Google. Called this store, got helpful advice, and took my battery with me. They tested and confirmed it needed replaced, advised on a good replacement and confirmed the new battery was fully charged and ready to go. Great Guys!

This store was perfect! The nice people who work at this store are knowledgeable and offer fast service, and will help you find what you need.Its located just a minute from route 80, and had adequate parking for many customers.They sold me a headlight for $20 less than the other place tried fo charge me, and that was awesome.

The Hopatcong team have treated me fairly and with honesty. Compared to Rockaway's napa this place is perfectly professional and has accurate stock of parts on hand.

Called to see if they had rotors and pads for my vehicle. The gentlemen on the other end if the phone was super unfriendly and treated me like I was stupid. I went to pick up my order, he was grouchy and unprofessional, but wanted my money. I think he needs to take a class in customer service.

This place is absolutely amazing people working there are so nice and helpful recommend it to anyone who need any parts for their vehicle to visit this Napa store. They have oil for your car as well

Terrible site! Purchaded an item, got lost, put a claim over 15 days of processing at no ending, no repalceme or refund response. No representative wants to help you, give you the run around. Plese dont trust this site

The service at this Napa store is ridiculous and I will stand behind my first complaint....they replace my bad battery and I upgraded to a more expensive one but I should have take my money back and go to a different store but now after 2 months the new battery whit 4 years Warranty is bad again....not holding the charge......but the fake owner don't want to replace it.....I just want to warning the public about this store....I will go buy a new battery out of my own pace......shame on you NAPA...in Hopatcong new jerseys...I went to 3 different stores to have the battery tested and all 3 said that was defected

Update:I managed to get a hold of the paint guy and he was very friendly and helpful. So big plus there. Also purchased a couple other things since then with no issue.Reason for change:Guy in review felt he was being personally attacked, so I tried to tone it down to accommodate. Sorry, review was not meant to be personal, but it did need to convey to your management how you make customers feel; hence the tone used.Original Review:Good:High quality products and a decent selectionBad:Not so friendly and knowledgeable sales team (at least today - sat)Long story:I bought a couple things from this store before and wanted to use it to purchase all my paint supplies for a project car. I went to the store to buy a good quality primer (as they seem to sell them) but I wasn't sure what I needed. So I waited the 10 minutes for their "paint expert" to finish up with whoever he was helping.I don't think it was their real paint expert but this is what the guy behind the counter called him. (Some young kid) So I tried to explain what I'm doing and what I was looking for in a product. It became clear very quickly that he was not listening and that he knew very little about painting a car. I got no help, only a condescending tone.Anyway, at this point, I probably wasn't the most pleasant person to deal with as I just got told off by a self important millennial with zero experience and a healthy "I don't give a damn" attitude. However, I tried to save the conversation because I really wanted to purchase at least a gallon of primer to keep the project moving, but got nowhere.So at this point, I'm just gonna go ahead and purchase my stuff off amazon or whatever online store. I am very unhappy with my experience because I like having this store close by and really wanted to support them. However, I don't' have time to make a bunch of trips in hopes of finding someone that can help me.Let's be honest, thanks to the internet, I can buy my supplies without every leaving my house and for probably a little cheaper. I was willing to pay a little more to ensure I get the right products and to maybe receive some friendly advice. Instead, I got the same answer I could have gotten out of a Walmart clerk served with the attitude of a ready-to-retire janitor.

This place was so unfriendly, and no mask were wearn will not be returning, sorry I ever went there, but it was close to dollar General were the staff and especially the manager just wonderful place and people, maybe you guys should take some personality tips from my friends at dollar General

Its fine but they don t wear masks even tho the sign on the door says they do. If they don t care about the health of their neighbors I don t care about them.

This store is a scam.....I buy a truck battery 4 months ago and is not working now I stop at the Napa store we're I buy it and they ask me for a receipt.... but I dint saved because when I buy they ask for my name....... they told me no ...no receipt no warranty.... shame on you NAPA
