My first time here I was greeted by two staff members very helpful very nice. The car was in for an oil change after dropping off the car I got a phone call stating of the car needs more maintenance. The only additional thing I added was the tire rotation few hours later I wasn t able to get no one on the phone to check the status so I went back picked up the car. Everything was OK. Got home check everything out, I was given a inspection report stating that everything was at level. Everything was operating specs, but it wasn t even the washer fluid was topped off, so why give me a report stating that everything was checked and topped off and everything was in good specs what kind of technicians do you have people pay their money and don t even get the service but let s forget about that so if I would ve never checked and if I would ve continued to drive or go on a long road trip because of my mind and the report that I have, everything is good, but it wasn t so you could ve put me my car in danger for your negligence SHM

Honestly I wish this place was more punctual for their customers because there is no reason someone should have a 12pm appointment but leave at 2pm just for an oil change. Seems as if when you speak to your serviceman and do not purchase whatever they offer that you end up waiting an extra hour. You do get what you pay for as well because they sometimes give it a wash before returning it to you.

I went inside to see if I can get my car serviced and when I was approached by Adrian , he sat me down and informed me of everything I need to know regarding getting a car. He was patient and kind and I appreciated the information that was provided. Definitely going back.

I ve been working with Nelson for yearssss now and honestly he has always been AMAZINGGGG everytime I needed my car serviced He s such a people s person, friendly and treats everyone with respect! Haven t seen this guy mad or stressed ever! Since he s been working on cars today, he introduced to me to Valery, who is also been very welcoming and kind! Both are fabulous! Thank you both always! Slowest service department i ever been to in my life. I had a 7:10am appointment i just left with ky car right now at 9:00am ridiculous wait times. And the service advisors dont review any notes they handed the paperwork and sent you to the cashier

I didn't feel any satisfaction. You know why? because nothing is fixed. He had already fixed it once and did the same thing again. and they tell me I have to wait. Wait for what ? that. Let something else get damaged. I'm sorry but I find it so stupid. At least keep the car and follow up on the problem. and not wait for it to get worse or could damage another piece. You can keep the car and look for where the engine problem is. and not let it get damaged anymore.

Picked up parts. Pleasant counter staff. Price was competitive. They charge a fee for using a charge card but I guess suck is life nowadays.

They are Liers and cheats. You go for something and spend $1000 plus and the problem exists. You go again and the next sales person takes no responsibility of what the previous guy did. Service manager absent.They want to charge me $1000 for all 4 TPMS and Costco charged me $250It makes me not want to get another Honda and definitely stay clear from these liers and cheats.

I have a Honda and was interested in getting myself a new one. I went in and I felt comfortable and was provided a really good customer service. I spoke to Adrian and he was very helpful and now I m satisfied with my new 2024 Honda accord. I recommend this Honda.

Hello guys I just come back here for oil change after years and it s unbelievable how this guys still the same they joking around the entire area like when you pull up the car and then in the back where they do the service also playing around you q hear the laugh of everybody there this is hilarious because like long time ago when I use to come with my personal car and I ll remember the same its happen I crazy hope they can change the personal or someone in the company come here and do a capacity to teach this people how to work also the timing just for th oil change took me like 2 hours with appointment it s crazy personally I m not coming back here

If you need anything done on your car and need to go to a Honda Dealership PLEASEE DO NOT GO HERE!!! There customer service is horrendous. They'll have you waiting FOREVER. They have little to no communication skills. I was lied to on the phone by 2 employees. I went there to do a specific recall that they told me was available for my carI gave them my Vin and they assured me that that part was a recall. When I arrived they told me they had no record of that then tried to charge me for just looking at my car.AGAIN PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND GO TO A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP.

Spent $2100 and you couldn't even fill my antifreeze. My car was overheating because there was no antifreeze. I don't get how you can miss that when I told you guys it was overheating.

the worst place to order parts I don't recommend it to anyone, I ordered one piece and they sent me another totally different one and when I went to return it they told me they didn't accept it because it is an electric part and it was open, of course it is open is the only way which I realize is not the correct part comp I say I do not recommend anyone order parts from this place. At the same time that I was there, another client was with the same problem as mine.

I had a terrible experience at this place. The representative Joshua was absolutely terrible. In my final bill there was a charge that was added under misc fees. He said it was "shop fees". I spoke to multiple customers who were waiting at billing counter, they had no such fee in the bill. I am never visiting this location again ever!

The worst service ever I wish I could put 0 stars and I never leave reviews for anything. I had an appointment scheduled for 7:10AM, the first one here and I never got called up by an advisor. One of them was nice enough to explain what happened with the mix up of my car but told me it was being taken care of & that the advisor would call me when it s done. People that got here AFTER me are paying for their services and leaving and I m still here 1 hour and 20 minutes later I went to speak to the advisor about how much longer and every question I have, he quickly cuts me off and give me a bland answer. This is exactly why I never even come to the dealership service centers for any work on my car .both the dealership & service center in HILLSIDE have made my experiences horrible.

Horribles service. Always takes at least 2:30 hours for ANYTHING including oil change, even though an appointment was booked.Now I have to return because my brakes were replaced and my car is making weird sounds that didn t make prior to the repair. Brakes are also making unrecognized sounds.On top of this, the service managers don t answer phone calls not return them when leaving voicemails.They clearly don t care.

I can honestly say that I ve never had such a pleasant experience at a car dealership as I did here. Adrian was such a great help. I came in expecting to service my car and ended up leaving with a brand new CRV. I tend to hate car dealerships because of its reputation but Adrian was very patient and he took his time to explain the process and made it less dreadful. I ll definitely be recommending him to my friends and family. Thank you!!

If I could give a 0 star I would, that place is horrible when it comes to customer service. I had an 11 o'clock appointment sat there until 3 PM and no one ever even approached me even after I went up to someone to figure out what was going on I was then told that when the staff come back from break my car would be the first one to be seen but that did not happen until I end up leaving and no one even cared to apologize after I sat for 4 hours with a baby on my lap waiting for service that I did not get what kind of business is that.

Good Honda Service center. They work with you to prioritize which service is most needed. Have dealt of a few of the different service members and haven't had a bad experience.Work done can get pricey so always ask if they are running a promo or if they can do anything on the price. Never hurts to ask.Only knock is they implemented a 3% credit card fee when you check out. Can really add up if you are getting lots of repair done. Keep it mind. Bring cash or use a debit card if you want to avoid the fee.

Don t get you car serviced here. Service manager Paul quoted me one price, sent texts about a different price, and ultimately had me pay a much higher price even though I had a discount. Said he worked the discount into the price. Just scam after scam

I specifically asked for the fuel system to be looked at because the car failed inspection and they said it was the fuel system. I was told the fuel system was fine originally but it was other issues they found worth $1700. 2-3 later the car engine light came on, brought it back and of course the fuel system that I asked to be looked at and originally told was fine, all of sudden has $5000 worth damages. They told me that some warranty would cover it even though they tried to get me pay for it first before I complained .. now it s been 3-4 weeks since. I heard back once that the part would be in on the 16th and they would call of course that didn t happen. But I did get a message the following day saying still no date and they would let me know as soon as anything changes. Sounds like I m being given then run around and it s not right because I already spent $1700 and still can t get the car to pass inspections. I m not the type to even leave a review but this is honestly ridiculous

I purchased My 2017 Civic in 2020, and by 2023 the AC went out. 2022, I was informed by the service center that the AC would eventually give out because of wear & tear . They pushed for me to get a line of credit to get the work done but I declined. A year later, Honda HQ sends me a letter stating the AC condensor is faulty, across ALL Civics from 2016-2018. Honda is no longer a reliable or reputable manufacturer, but they are definitely swindlers & completely unethical. I had To drive in 100 degree weather while I wait for someone from HQ to decide if I m eligible to receive a portion of the services covered. It s fall & my AC still isn t fixed. Do not trust these people, ALWAYS get a second opinion & speak to people who know more than you or you ll get ripped off!!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and had to wait 40 minutes to check my car in. Then I was escorted to get an explanation (tech was very rude) of what can be causing the problem and was basically told that because of a crack on a sensor cover it's my fault and didn't bother to see if the error msg on my car can just be reset. Only here because its where the Honda dealer sends me for manufacturing problems. I will be taking my car to Mahwah Honda to get it serviced. They have Great Service and awesome people skills.
