I had the pleasure of meeting Rocco today. He was so helpful, welcoming, and professional. Assisted me with the parts I needed and got me in and out in a timely fashion. First time here, and I look forward to returning for the great service.

This place doesn't honor Receipts and there very rude and unprofessional.. don't go unless you want to get ripped off...

I ordered a part ordered about 9am. Was told will it be here in 30 min and found out 2 hours later that the part was being delivered from another location and would be here within an 1 hour. Thats after reachimg out to them a second time. Lack of communication and professionalism. So frustrated right now waste of my time and money for there lack of communication, professionalism, and consideration. Does not get my recommendation or future business.

I dont come here too often, but I have visitied several times now. The service is a bit half and half. On one side, you'll get great, knowledgeable service. Assistance with making decisions on what parts to order, etc. On the other side, you'll get inattentive people, acting very unprofessional, and seemingly on break at all times. Not saying its not okay to break into jokes and laughter, but there comes a time when you compose yourself in front of customers in order to listen to their concerns, and give educated help, theres about HALF of the employees there that did not grasp that concept. They were, of course, assumed to be on the younger side of the spectrum, but not young enough not to know better. All in all, DO NOT CALL, You'll either get no answer, just endless ringing; An uneducated, or unwilling employee to "help" you by making you think a part is not available/needed; or you'll get a wonderful employee, who's knowledgeable, and can offer ACTUAL insight on your car issue. You can tell these people apart immediately because as you pull up to the location, most of the "problem" people are hanging out on the docks joking around so much you think they're fellow customers stuck in the wrong store.

Wow this place looks like it's fully stocked, very knowledgeable crew, it appears they have car parts and heavy truck parts, one stop shopping, yes I'm going to recommend this place to family and friends.
