Patrick and his team were exceptional.He was very detailed in explaining the necessary repairs, professional with his communication, and had immediate availability for repair services. He provided an accurate timeline of when the car would be completed & as well as constant updates throughout the repair process. He answered all questions & guaranteed the work of his service. I could not have been more pleased with an auto repair shop & I would highly recommend their service to anyone. Exceptional experience overall!

Nothing short of amazing!!! All the guys at Paolercio's deserve high praise for their top quality work. I had taken the family's Jeep Grand Cherokee for Insurance work when we had an accident and you could not tell the car was ever hit from the back. For that reason alone, I took my 97' e36 M3 over to them a few months ago to have a rear spoiler paint matched and installed. Safe to say that they killed it this time again. The paint match is perfect and the spoiler looks great on the car. Patrick was amazing as always to talk to and deal with. He is very knowledgeable about the work that needs to be done and very honest as well. Kept me updated every step of the way. Job was also very fairly priced as well. There is a reason why they are always so busy. These guys are just that good. Once I am ready, I am taking my M3 back to have a full respray done on it. Give them a try! Best autobody shop hands down. Patrick the owner is a very professional and honest guy. He does not try to rip you off. He is very informative you have any questions just ask him. He doesn't try to rush you off. He makes you feel comfortable about what is need or going to get done to your vehicle. He work is awesome. He also fights with the insurance companies to make sure you get quality parts for your vehicle. Your car doesn't leave his shop until its perfect.

I was directed to Paolercio Brothers by Plymouth Rock my insurance company. Patrick was able to assess the damages for PlymouthbRock and provide a reasonable time-frame for the repair. They did a great job, the car looked great upon return. Patrick dropped me to the rental car company when I left the car at the shop. The whole process was amazingly seamless. I highly recommend. Patrick was professional and pleasant. When I left my car with him I knew it was in good hands. He said a week to fix it and it was exactly a week. To my surprise when I saw my car the car look like new. Not only did he fix the dent, he also had it cleaned inside and out, rims and all. The shine was incredible. The service, I received from, "Paolercio Brothers Auto Body", was outstanding. Patrick, superceded my expectations. Patrick and staff were professional, friendly, provided clear /detailed information and the willingness, to accommodate, as needed. Constant contact/communication (via:text or call) was initiated by Paolercio Brothers, which eliminated all stress and anxiety, for me. Paolercio Brothers, did a excellent job on my vehicle. I'm overly pleased, with the way they pay, such close attention, to detail. I would rate this establishment 100%, if I could. Restoring my Lexus back, to it's natural beauty, in a timely manner. It was truly a blessing, doing business with them. I'm forever grateful and will recommend this company, to all. I'm happy to report. I was highly recommended to use Paolercio Brothers and at first I was skeptical but Patrick put me at ease with his great personality and professionalism. He assured me my car was I good hands. There is no other place to take your vehicle if you want a professional job!! Patrick is the Best!! My car looked better after the accident as opposed to when I drove it off of the Honda lot. Paolercio Brothers is the best. I've been to them twice on two separate occasions. First time was for a small dent front wheel panel. That was rubbing against my passenger door. Fixed it for me free of charge. Second time was to paint my side view mirror. Quoted me a price which was a fair price for the work. The color match my car perfectly. I appreciate his business and how friendly he is to his customers and walk-ins. They will be my go to for auto body repair if I'm ever in accident.Thank youAnthony

I don't want to come back to Paolercio Brothers any time soon, but that's only because I want to remain accident free, LOL. As far as quality work, this had to be the best experiences I've had when getting my car repaired....from the receptionist and her welcoming personality, to Patrick and his stellar customer service, expertise, and the pride from him and his staff. I was very pleased with the work that was done on my car and would recommend them to anyone that asks. My plan after getting my car back was to get it detailed to match the outside, but upon opening my car door the inside looked brand new. STELLAR JOB!!!!

If anyone needs any auto body work repairs on their car Paolercio is the place to bring your vehicle. They done an excellent job on my car, my car looked beautiful. The repairs was perfect, nicely done, professional work and the paint job was to a excellent. I have to say, they only have 5 stars listed, but Paolercio gets an additional 5 Stars, they do A+ work, the employees are professional, friendly and punctual. They can get my business anytime. Note: Many years in the business, and the only went out of his way and did a little extra. Good people, and good service.

Ask for Patrick, never met a person like him who keeps his customers first always.He has worked with 2 of my cars, never had a single issue with it.Will definately be my first point of contact in future for any work related to my car

Patrick & his team are PHENOMENAL!!! I ve came here about 3 times, 2 of the times were minor, a mirror fix and a key fob replacement but the 3 time was the big boy. My entire front end was knocked off after a car accident. Entire frame shifted and everything. Patrick was honest with me about the workload and the cost. A hefty price so he gave me time to think about what I wanted to do. Everyone told me to get a second opinion but I was sure I was getting the absolute best price. (I trust Patrick completely, he definitely doesn t give off scammer vibes). After getting the second opinion, I knew that he was the only person I would let touch my car. He originally quoted me for 10 days in the shop, but he finished within a WEEK!!! A WEEK!!! My car looks brand new! Literally fixed what the accident caused, along with the minor scratches that came with the car. I cannot thank Patrick enough for keeping an open line of communication every step of the way. It s very reassuring to know you re in good hands. Patrick even detailed/cleaned the car. I loved that so thank you! I wish he did regular maintenance too because I d never go anywhere else! Had some damage to the side of my vehicle from a hit and run accident, This shop got my vehicle looking like the accident never happened. They respond to calls, kept me up to date on my vehicles progress, and they had my car detailed and fresh when I got there to pick it up. Awesome dude named Patrick made this a smooth experience. Excellent service from a very friendly family run business. My Lexus was in bad shape before it got there. They made it look as great as the day I bought it brand new. Communication with Patrick who runs the shop made the process so easy. I highly recommend this place for all jobs big and small.

Went to Paolercio Auto Body today and had the best experience! Patrick was open and honest when assessing my fender damage. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating and best of all the job was well done! I actually was able to pick up my car the same day. UNHEARD OF! I would recommend this shop to anyone! Kudos!

I went today to get an estimate of my paint peeling car the gentleman at the front desk was very informative. I told him how I took it to another shop and they did that shotty job he told me as long as it was under an insurance claim I could take it back to the original body shop and get them to refix their work. He was right he saved me a good grand by telling me that information in itself. I would recommend this place because they are honest people. They could of easily took my money and did the work. But they didnt, they have integrity and for that alone I give them 5 stars. The cars on the premises looked good too so I believe they do exceptional work. Thank you

Was in the car accident after buying brand new Honda. Was so devastated because it was new car. What this shop did was outstanding!!! Patric was amazing and extremely helpful.I didn t have to deal with insurance or rental car. They went above and beyond to ensure that my expectations were exceeded and succeeded.Great service!!! Highly recommended.

My car was parked and someone hit it. I called my insurance to file a claim and they suggested for me to come to paolercio brothers. After reading all the reviews, I'm so glad I did! When I got my car back, looked like nothing ever happened! I was beyond impressed with their quality work and detailing. I tell my friends and family, now you know where to go for all your auto repairs :)
