My experience at M Sport Motor Car was great , at least that s what I thought at first. Until I had to return the car to them in three days time. $6,000 plus of markup, was buried in the deal without my knowledge, while I was busily talking to insurance company. I trusted the salesperson, when I shouldn t have trusted nobody there. I found out after I ve traveled home to Virginia and plugged in the flash drive they gave me with the signed documents on.This terrible experience was made possible by Monse, a salesperson who saw me through the entire purchasing process; Aron, the sales manager; and Jared, (who pretended to be a finance manager to seal the deal).I was able to get out of the contract, only when I contact the financing bank that I was duped by the dealership so I won t be able to pay the loan but if they go ahead to finance it, it s going to be a lose-lose for all of us. Because I will default.Even the down payment I made, they declared only $3,000 to the bank, instead of $4,500. I think the bank called the dealership to pull themselves out of the deal. So after my conversation with the bank, the dealership called me to bring the car from Virginia to NJ, which I did. But I lost $500 to them from my down payment of $4,500. They were still trying to use my signature against me when I returned the car. That if I want, I should take it to court But in the end I stood my grounds firmly and got $4,000 back and cancelled the deal.I m sorry to misleading everyone with my first review, painting a nice picture about the dealership. Do not go there trusting anyone. Do your due diligence and triple check anything you are signing before you leave. Also be sure of the amount you are being financed if they are exactly how much you are agreeing to.They may confuse you after the fact with a gift, which they did to me with a 65 inches television. They knew what they have gained from me. $6,000 plus mark up, on top of buying all the additional warranties and services they offered me to purchase.I wasted my time, I lost my money, and got my trust betrayed.I will never recommend this dealership to anyone, due to the horrible experience I had there. But if you decide to go there, please be careful and vigilant!

Andy made my purchase super easy and was very accommodating. Assisted me with making sure everything was exactly how I wanted and there was no pressure or feeling of being rushed. That being said he was able to make it super easy was in and out within 1 hour. I highly recommend this dealership and seeing Andy to anyone who is looking to get into a new ride. The selection of vehicles was nice and the waiting room even has a little movie theater like experience. Thank you again Andy will definitely be back for all future vehicles

This dealership is A-tier, I came in for one car and ended up with something better and newer. Lisandra was nice, helpful and made the process super easy, I would definitely make another purchase when the time is right. A+ service, not pushy and I felt at home the whole time. Again, thanks again to Lisandra, my 2022 BMW M850 gran coupe is beautiful

The entire staff is very professional but Keisen is the best! He put my mind at ease especially since it was my first time financing a car. He was kind , honest and very straightforward with pricing and extra fees.

I recently purchased a BMW M550 from this dealership and had an incredibly smooth and pleasant experience. The pricing was excellent, delivering great value for the money. I would not waste my time . This dealer throws bait at you with a phoney price . Than they charge you more to finance it and blame it on covid . The intrest rates were so high that I ended up financing a brand new bmw for the price they were charging me for a 2021 . It use to be different back in the day bmw was the expensive one but these shops are not transparent and treat you as if your undereducated and don't realize what your paying for the car.

We just had worst experience ever with little brick sale person Larry. After letting him know we don t take any deal before checking other dealerships to compare, he started yelling. That s not how I work, I m giving you really good deal and you are going somewhere else, that s not right etc. He was repeating himself like a broken robot and did not stop harassing me and my son. He did not listen anything I said. He was literally mad. It looked like nice dealership but I m never coming back until they have salesman s like Larry.

To anyone who knows me knows I m not one who does reviews good or bad. I stopped in this dealership randomly to just see what they have, I was approached by a gentleman who introduced himself as Aron. When I tell you that within the first five minutes of talking with him I was taken back. He had two younger men with him Jared and Jose these three gentleman were the best sales team I ve ever dealt with. From start to finish, they showed me exactly what I was asking for and didn t try to just sell me. They were well rounded in all the cars I looked at not just horsepower, but the good and the bad things. I left a few hours later in a Range Rover and I could be more happier with my purchase. I will never go anywhere else other the MSport motor cars to seek out Aaron and his team. Great job gentleman

I had an amazing experience with M Sport Motors. Not only did they have the best price on the east coast, Larry the sales guy was very professional and easy to work with. The process went so smooth and I was in and out. I traveled from Maryland to purchase my car and would do it again. I had to deduct one star because the gas tank was on E when I pulled off.

Purchased a 2021 Nissan Armada from these guys. The service here is great. Jared is extremely friendly, professional and patient. He was able to answer all of my questions and really a pleasure to work with. In general everyone, Aron, Monse, Jose and Heymi are great to work with, very ethical and extremely helpful.

Would've been a 5-star review based on 99% of my time (2 different visits, and ~5 hours of time) with the salesperson, Oren, and manager, Manu. However, leaving 1-star (and wish it was 0 stars) due what happened during the final 10 minutes before the deal collapsed. I was hit with a barrage of additional costs and fees that inflated the out the door price by $10k!!! Including multiple thousands of dollars for the M-Sport Certification (7yr, 100,000 mile warranty), which was advertised on the website and discussed in-person as if it was included in the advertised price, and additional thousands of dollars because I was paying cash instead of financing. At the end, they would not accept a cash offer with an out the door price that was for the advertised price plus sales tax, registration costs, and their documentation fee. Even when I agreed to finance part of the deal, it was still not good enough. Definitely shady practice where the listed price was not ultimately honored, and they wouldn't provide an out the door price until I was sitting in the back room after I had gotten a cashier's check for the full advertised cost of the car.

DO NOT GO HERE! Was interested in one of their Camaro s that they had for sale, went to look at it and it had a few MAJOR issues that I wasn t even told about. I was promised that they would fix them in the upcoming week so that I could come back to look at the car, after wasting my time the car hadn t even been looked at and was not fixed the next time I came to look at the car, after saying that I was interested at a lower price they wasted my time and wouldn t budge on the price after I was told multiple times that there was some negotiation and that I also wasn t interested in the full price AT ALL. I also want to complain that they use a sales person and THEN use the manager when talking about negotiation, if I had been speaking to the manager the whole time they would have known that we were not interested in full price from the start because of the issues. Not to mention the car had missing lug nuts . THEN the manager tells me he has to go to his boss to talk about the price. Probably the most unprofessional business I have ever seen, a kids lemonade stand runs better. If I could give 0 stars I would for these scammy people, oh and watch out for their stupid dealer fees

I came to this dealership to obtain a car however I was using my credit union. I was very upfront with what I wanted and my salesperson Oren warned me there would be an upcharge of $3000 since it would be a cash price on the car. I understood that however my credit union needs an invoice from the dealership in order to issue them a check. A finance manager said he completely understood and would have the invoice sent once I provided the info on how to get it to them. I provided the info the next day and was promised it would be sent over. This was Wednesday. I have been calling, texting and emailing Oren to confirm it was sent. As of today, my credit union did not receive anything and I have not heard back from the dealership. This is bad business so unless you are trying to finance with only them, they will not help you.

If we could rate 10 stars, we would. Aron, our sales representative was not only professional and understanding, but he was knowledgeable and friendly! Jose, the assistant ensured we were taken care of at all points. They made biting a car easy. Thank you Aron and Jose! 10/10 recommend purchasing a vehicle from Aron!
