Started coming here 20 years ago. Seems like the more I come these days I regret it. I came at 4:40pm and on Google it says close at 5pm and I wanted to get ViP Plus they refused talking about the workers have to catch the bus at 5pm. If that was the case then they should close at 4:30pm on Sundays to allow time for workers to finish in time so they don t miss there bus. I drove all the way from West Orange NJ to get my car washed and I m pissed off because I wanted armoral in the inside and they act like they couldn t assign 3 people to do it so it could be done faster. What a joke. I will gladly take my money elsewhere.

Great place been covered here for years very courteous fast service great prices wouldn't have it any other place great Car Wash get a free car wash what you doing oil change very friendly I wouldn't recommend anywhere else stop on by

Would give 10 stars if we could! They're always friendly here and the work they do is never disappointing. A friend and I showed up with a vehicle that hadn't been cleaned in several months and they did an excellent interior job! Car came out so fresh and so CLEAN, CLEAN! They didn't cut corners on anything. One of the guys vacuuming even took the time to vacuum the track part along the trunk, EVEN THO the trunk was packed full of stuff. Def a repeat customer here.** Also wanna make a note that my friend was carrying an envelope with cash in it, when he went to the register to pay. He somehow got distracted, went to walk over to grab a drink, accidentally almost leaving his money behind.... The owner was quick to catch this and give him a heads up and tell him not to forget it. He wanted us to be aware how quickly things can happen, so to be safe! Said his cameras are not working. Was nice of him to be a second pair of eyes, catching our mistake. This place def cares about customers well-being. **.

Don t fall for the free wash oil change but. They only wash the outside. Ever since the pandemic passed they took advantage and won t basic clean the inside of the car or vacuum , if you want that done it s about another $35 and don t even bother they won t clean it properly. Oil changes only went up $3.

Disgusted, went there for a wash i recently brought these tire valve online (not cheap) so it could go missing in this place of business. What a coincidence both on passenger side missing, i went back to complain waste of my time and money. Last time I ever step foot back in here.

Very upset stopped here to get oil and they never put the oil cap back on just saw this there is oil all over my engine unsure of how much damage this caused will have to take this to my mechanic to find out.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Don t waste your money here. Just have outside car wash only. Two times I have interior cleaning they did a very bad work cleaning

I have been coming here for years. Great bunch of guys. Family business run by two generations. Trustworthy and conscientious.I have seen folks stop by for an emergency repair, while transiting thru Hillside, and not being taken advantage of. As I don t live in town I haven t used their repair shop but definitely stop by for a quick wash when nearby.The establishment doesn t look polished nor shiny from the outside but heck you can t beat their value in a full service wash. Kobe in the back (vacuums and preps) is excellent. Always with a smile.

What a shame , I'm working with Indian most of my life they hard worker with integrity , and the workers there are from india, but with zero integrity , extremely unprofessional.One of them cursed me when I refused to pay an extra 5 bucks for putting some air in my tireI bought windshield fluid ,i did a car wash , and changed oils there twice before , and they asked me for 5 dollars for putting some air in my car tires .I will never go there, They are not building customers' loyalty at all. nickel and a penny strategy don't make loyal customers and don't make people come back ! It a shame how they are running the business!!It is just air for tires, not a big thing . I spent almost like $250 for oil change and car wash and clean AC filter .Good staff & service bring money .but looking to get extra nickel or penny, it will shut the business down .

Horrible customer service! Horrible service! It s states you purchase an oil change and you receive a free car wash. Technically it s not free but I won t split hairs. They get inside my car as if they were doing something but didn t clean the inside at all. My question is if your not going to clean the interior WHY ARE YOU IN MY VEHICLE?????? Now because it is under new management they only clean the exterior when one pays for the oil change and receives the free car wash .. so state that!!!!! Taken advantage of the community smh. I will not be returning and I will tell others not to waste their money!!!!!!

Good car wash center they just don t vacuum in between the front seats which is a bummer $40 for my baby to get cleaned inside and outside but cannot vacuum in between the two front seats smh

I always have a great experience here and their prices are very reasonable and affordable. The workers do exactly what they ate supposed to do! I ditched expensive cat washes for this one. I am a customer as long as I can..

I will never go there, They are not building customers' loyalty at all. nickel and a penny strategy don't make loyal customers and don't make people come back ! It a shame how they are running the business!!

So I normally go to the prestige car wash on hillside Ave and the service is always excellent there, but because this car wash is around the corner from my house I do use them from time to time. I normally get the best package costing almost $40, on this Particular day I detailed the inside of my car so I just wanted a regular wash. The car was not dried throughly so I asked for a rag to dry it off, I then noticed that there were still spots or stains on the vehicle. I brought it to the managers attention who told me that s what you get for a $8 car wash, I then said that the fact that I spend $40 every time I come here and because I just got a regular wash this time shouldn t be any different. He said to me you get what you pay for (Turned his back to me and started laughing with his employees) , feeling disrespected this could have clearly gone somewhere else. But because I m at a different point in my life I just got in my car and left. For those of you that patronize this business your service probably has always been good, mine was too up until this point. In this day and age with prices almost doubled for goods and services you should always feel like a valued customer regardless of the amount of money you spending. If you pay for a service regardless of the level or package you should have that service provided according to what you advertise. (A car wash) date 10/03/2021 @ 5:15pm.

New to the area, I did a Google search and read the reviews here. I decided to drive in and I'm happy I did. Got a complete oil change in under 30 minutes then I decided to get my car washed. Great car wash, the staff was very friendly and professional and my Dodge Durango came out clean as the day I got her! Very happy I came here, you won't be disappointed.

Have had many cars serviced here for many different repairs. Arshdeep is kind and customer-oriented. Pricing is competitive. They also have a car wash on site which is great so after you get your car repaired, you can have it clean and shiny. they Don't honor the price they advertise and then when you pay for the exterior wash they leave it dirty and yell at you if you complain. Avoid!

I paid for the vip package and they didn't clean the 3rd row of the car. They charge extra for this. I definitely do not recommend

The workers there are rude, I thought good customer service was suppose to be the main priority in a business. My mother left her phone on the counter, and someone stole it. They called her names, they yelled at her, and said why would we take her phone we have iPhones ourselves and we don t want an old version iPhone as if anyone needs a reason to steal anything. I m not accusing them of stealing I m writing this review because of their lack of empathy and willingness to help. They claim their cameras are down but I had to constantly ask for proof of that, which is my right since especially since I still see cameras in the room.Service: Oil change

Although not the quickest place to get a wash, they did a fantastic job on my car. The rims were free of all brake dust and was shined to perfection. The wax lasted a good week and a half on my car too. I was very happy with the results.

They are family friendly and always welcoming when you get there. I wrongfully got charged for an item twice, and I didn t realize till after the fact. I go in to tell the guy at the register who I think is the manager or owner. He tells me I did get 2 var freshners, and tells me to take care of my things. I told him I only got one. He was so rude. I ve been coming to this car wash for years. After this I will never come again. This guy is rude and has no respect for females. Do not come here! For the ratings this place has, they are overly prices and should be closed. There are far better car wash than this one with better customer service and better prices.

My wife came here raving how great they were and they made a liar out of her. We came for a quick clean out and wash. They were doing a full on inside detail and expected us to wait until they were done. When she said she just wanted a wash and could she go around they told her no twice. Other cars came and just got on line. Then she got passed. Like I really asked you twice if I needed to wait for this detail to be over just to get my car washed and was told yes twice. Wasting 15 mins. I would never come here with my own car

Horiribe mannerism and customer service. I told the man I was coming back another day for the car wash since I had to go to work. He told me I could when I come back with the paper. I returned a couple days later with the paper and had to bargain and convince them that I was not stealing a car wash. It was completely uncalled for. They washed only my exterior and made me feel like I was stealing. The oil change is not quality oil anyway, go elsewhere.
