This was my first visit to this location. It s in a weird spot off of the highway so it s easy to miss it/ go pass it. And it s the only entrance. I was still seen even though I was 10 minutes late- I was really appreciative of that. The rep who helped me was Stacy. She was very professional and pleasant and communicated clearly the expectation for diagnostics and getting the vehicle repaired. Even though I wasn t able to get my vehicle repaired, I appreciated that she called me to keep me informed about feedback from the extended warranty, and didn t drop the ball handling with urgency. The office is clean and there s enough seating for about 4 people in that waiting area. So far so good- I recommend.

Historicly my issues with the service departments is the endless wait. What I liked about this shop is they give you an estimation of how long but additionaly have a big viewing window so you can see things happening.I was also able to jump on their guest wifi and do some work on my laptop which made the time spent waiting for the service more productive.Services: Installation, General repairs

Amazing service! I went in for a 4 tire replacement and a light replacement. Chris Granados and the manager, Jose Landaverde provide an excellent customer service. They are friendly and attentive and explain everything in detail. I recommend this place 100% for car service. I love coming here. They are very caring.

I don t trust anyone with my car Ruby . Ruby is my first car and I ve done some things to her that this Nissan branch fixed. I took her to other places when my suspension messed up after a flat on the road and they could not fix the problems. Evelyn is awesome. She knows my car and its needs. Even on days where I felt frustrated with the car, she was calm and patient which lead to trust. I call her when I have an issue and she schedules my services. I highly recommend this service branch.

I ve been a loyal customer of Nissan Service at this location since the past two years, ever since I bought my brand new Rogue SL. It has grown leaps and bounds. All thanks to Evelyn, the car service manager who works at the service center. She has great oversight of operations in the service center, ensures hassle-free rapid turnaround time.

Went to this place for AC repair, and it took me four visits and AC is still not working.1st time: no test equipment on site today. (wait, I called a week ago and you confirm available to test!)2nd time: cleaned the fan and removed dirt. (charged me $600, and of course not working)3rd time: found leak and repair ($700), but cannot refill AC due to equipment not working. Please come again. (great...)4th time: recharged AC and still not working. Oh, we found your compressor not working and cost $1400 to replace. (shouldnt you let me know about this in the very 1st time checking? Are you gonna let me know any other issue once compressor replaced? Well, I am done!)Conclusion: only come to this place if your car is under warranty. Otherwise, go somewhere else.

Hillside Nissan on Route 22 is the best place to service your car. Great Service! Macarena was very pleased and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure I got my car back in short time. I highly recommend you to see Macarena next time you need services at Hillside Nissan.

Once again my Route 22 Nissan Advisor Evelyn demonstrated spectacular customer service. I had my oil changed and tires rotated. Evelyn is always on point and specific. She gives you the real deal of what's going on with your vehicle. She's not going to try and con you like other places who will remain nameless. She is giving the facts the hard facts. She is my go to and as long as she is there as an advisor for team Route 22 Nissan I will continue to be a customer. Evelyn makes me feel safe and that's real important to me.

I came in to discuss termination of one least & start another. I received the best financial options, quick answers to all my questions & it was all done with the best manners. I felt comfortable with doing business here. Let me not forget that the entire transaction took less than 2hrs.

I bought a 2018 rouge through Ahmed and it was fantastic! He was so pleasant and helped us find a car so easily. We went in to buy a used forester but Ahmed hooked us up with a better car! 10/10 would recommend this dealership. No pressure at all and they were extremely straightforward about EVERYTHING. Even our financing guy anthony was superb. If you're thinking about going here; do it.

Highly recommended Nissan Dealership. They stand true by their slogan. No gimmicks, no hidden fee, no pressure. Ahmed made my lease buyout a breeze. No games unlike other Nissan Dealership I went to. I signed my buyout less than 1 hour with competitive rates.The service department was excellent as well when I had to pick up my license plate and registration. I accidently come earlier at 9:15am before the showroom open (Sales open at 10am). Jorge was kind enough to pull the cashier from service to pick up my plate inside the sales room and install them for me.Good experience for me. Two thumbs up

Visited this Nissan with an appointment for a minor repair. I spent 4 hours in the waiting area with no information and a single update.I don't understand why they have customers make appointments if they are just going to keep you waiting all day.There's no complimentary car wash, no complimentary coffee, no cups for water in the wait area.The waiting area has a sign stating the waiting area is cleaned every hour and I've been here for 4.5 hours and haven't seen anyone wipe down the area. Management replied with a smug, "the cleaning guy called in sick today."Bring your own Lysol and snacks because you'll be here a while.Oh, they left a mess in my car... great.Service: Body & Trim

Went to Milton @ this location. Walked in same day with pay stubs and down payment and he hooked us up. 2018 Nissan Sentra low miles and a great warranty! Milton is your guy if your looking to hop in something new and affordable. If you wanna splurge he s got you too! Check them out won t disappoint. Low payments and walked out same day. Had the car for a month now. No problems Great communication! MILTON IS YOUR MAN !!!!!!

Car dropped off with several items to be addressed. Technicians started with least important items after been given instruction. No work was performed. My car was put on the back burner. Technicians expected me to leave my only car for another day of unproductive work. I picked up my car and there was $2 worth of quarters STOLEN from my car. If you do go here hide your car chargers and pocket change.

Terrible. Took days to make 4 appointment that non of which saved in the system. Long wait when I got there for my appointment early. No loaner car. All that wait to tell me nothing was wrong with the car and I should keep driving it.
