Joe did a fantastic job fixing the rear end damage an Amazon driver caused. If you know about car paint, you know that white pearl tricoat is almost impossible to factory match. I was nervous about getting the job done but Joe did a fantastic job on my Lexus. Highly recommended!

This place is the absolute best! Joe was very helpful and was truly is the most honest man in the industry. My car was finished in 1 day and came back to be in pristine condition. I took my 2016 Impala to Collisions Pros after a horrible accident and the owner Joe came off extremely nice at first. He was patient when my insurance company was not the easiest to deal with but he got paid over 8k for fixing my car. When I went to pick the car up he kept pointing out that he did things that were not included in the estimate because he felt horrible about me not having a car for so long (over a month) however one of the things he claimed to have fixed was not fixed (leaking ac and transmission lines) now I m no mechanic but I recently took the car to the dealer for an oil change and they advised me that it was never fixed. I called Joe and I was trying to speak with him and his response was They must be talking about something else cause I fixed it , then before I could get a word in he says good luck and bye. I plan on selling the car soon because I don t need the headache and I have another car but I wouldn t advise anyone to take their car to this wolf in sheep s clothing.Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

The new owner is VERY slow and do incomplete work ------ CHECK ALL YOUR FLUIDS WHEN YOU PICK UP YOUR "repaired car"

I highly recommend Collision Pros. The work they did on my car was excellent, they finished ahead of schedule, took care of everything I pointed out to them and Joe was just a pleasant guy to work with. Excellent workmanship! I highly recommend Collision Pros. I was surprised when I received a call from Joe telling me the job was done. They finished the job a day ahead of schedule. Joe is a humble guy that does great body work. He was recommended by Open Road Subaru to work on my Ascent, and he delivered, in a timely manner, my car back to me good as new. I highly recommend Collision Pros.

Worst customer service. After calling to confirm their hours and being told they were open until 7pm, when I showed up at 5pm they were answering the phone but they would not open the door was and their "open" sign was clearly off. I was told to just come back another day. I think I'll take my business elsewhere!!!
