Spectacular service at both the parts counter and repair shop. They find parts dealers won't even bother finding for you. When a part is on backorder/discontinued/not in stock, instead of telling you they cannot get it and hang up on you they do everything in their power to find you that part. Their service is also quite fast regarding turn around times for private customers, which is unexpected to most because they are usually backed up with mostly municipal service. I also found out this is a family owned business that has been in business since the 70s, which probably contributes to why they genuinely want to help you. They will also negotiate with you; if you are on a budget they will both work with you and give you the best price they possibly can, or they will offer you an aftermarket version of the part that you need if you are trying to save money. I will never go anywhere else I much rather spend/give my money to them rather than some of these unhelpful, rude, snake dealers.The 5 Star rating speaks for itself, I've used these guys for decades and I have read all of the negative reviews that they have (which is minimal as it is). If you look at the google accounts of these people leaving those you will see they are the kind of people that leave one star at a Taco Bell, and anywhere else that they go where things don't go their way. To me it is ridiculous that people can leave dishonest reviews and hide behind a screen. It is very unfortunate because these guys do not deserve some of the reviews I have read on here, they are straight up lies!Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

I did use the business never again purchased brake cam ,cam kit and slack adjuster $200 worth of parts was charged $400 very disappointed I had no choice but to take them Saturday at 11;45 . Make sure you get your prices before they lost out on selling parts to a company with 100 pieces of equipment pure greed

Always great working with people you can trust . I like that they have enough knowledge to tell me when I'm wrong so I don't make a mistake . Hard to find places that actually care about their customers. Not just let their customers screw something up so they can sell you more parts. Thanks bill

Not good.Very bad actually Guys blowing nose at counter,digging in trash for paper and not washing or sanitizing hands,then touching parts and partner at counter digging nose not washing hands and asking to cut in front of order.Didnt genuinely speak.and another older gentleman coughing without covering his mouth near me twice as he was working.And also the unsureness of the counter guys and saying parts were left,but parts that we're claimed to be left weren't supposed to be picked up.Place needs to be a whole lot better

I came in there to get a piece of wire someone gave me to get fir them, I had no idea what it eas, showed it to the guy he knew exactly what it was walked in and out of there in 3 minutes. Good place to find truck parts and stuff like that.
