Just wanted to say how awesome these guys are! Few months ago needed new brakes and tires and they had everything done quickly and efficiently. Had an issue with my car today and they got me in right away! Reasonably priced and great service! Thank you so much!!

The technician named Christian H was probably by far the best tech. He was very knowledgeable and professional. If anyone is looking for a good tech go to Christian. These managers should give him a raise cause I bet he s only making at least $20 he should be making $25+ with the work he s doing. Keep up the good work and if these guys don t appreciate you find better.

Scam artist. Ask them to plug a tire. They said they had to patch it for $37. They did not inform me until it was finished. I would ve spent the extra 60 and got a brand new tire avoid this place like the plague.

If you want premium tires put on your car with great service and amazing prices you have to come to this ETD in Hillsville ask for Nick he was awesome by the way they do brakes and oil changes as well Since this page doesn t allow me to write a second review I just want to say that I came in today on May 2 because I was told by another mechanic that I needed new front brakes and the rotors were shot the guy that works here Nick was so honest he checked my car and told me I don t even need brakes he could ve easily made $400 from me but he didn t and he was so honest I will never forget this and I will definitely be writing a bad review on the other place it s such a shame that in this day and age people take advantage of other people in such a terrible way Not to mention the other place had said that it would cost me $600 for the new brakes and rotors and they were lying the whole time all I can say is bring your car here they are so honest

I went back to ETD to thank Nick, George and Omar for treating my wife so well, When driving our SUV nearby, my wife said that the dashboard instrument warning lights "lit up like a Christmas tree." She was frightened, but she was able to get the car to ETD in Hillsdale. Nick and George greeted her and calmed her down. they took the car and told her not to worry. After running diagnostics, they got back to us promptly with clearly communicated a "must do" and a "it would be good to do" list of repairs. Omar in the shop fixed the car quickly. The atmosphere was professional, confident and low pressure. We went back to address the "it would be good to do" list because the guys were so good.

My first time there, treated me so nice, great work, took me in same day for a flat tire. Fixed it in a timely fashion, Vinny was great.

Best place around for tires and service. I was very impressed with the professionalism and how quickly they were able to put on 4 tires and do my alignment. Grateful to have a great honest business so near by.

I ordered tires from Tire Rack (LT265/60R-20 BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 E) Tire Rack offers referral of companies that do tire installations so I thought since Tire Rack transaction was smooth and effortless so would ETD but that wasn't the case. I was suggested to do a tire alignment when installing the new tires so I figure okay, in retrospect I should have just left it alone considering that the alignement was fine and the truck drove straight but anyway I agreed to the alignment. Fast forward four of the four rims we're damaged two we're evident that they we're damaged. The damage is obvious its the width of a pry bar not curb rash as ETD claimed, very disapppointed lost of time and money and damaged rims.

Had a nail in my tire with air trickling out on a Saturday afternoon so called these guys and they were able to fit me in their schedule and had it done before the shop closed at 4. Not only that but the service was on the house as a courtesy and nice, feel good gesture. Really friendly, professional and quick service here. My only negative comment would be that I requested a tire rotation in conjunction with the fixing of the tire but they must ve forgotten. Not a big deal though, would still be a returning customer.

I was overcharged from the price I was told. Nick (Fat guy) and George messed up my alignment, and it pulls to the right, and the steering wheel is crooked. Took it to another shop, and they did amazing, and my car drives straight now. Nic tried to tell me my struts were damaged when I got them brand new last year. I tried to tell them to realign my vehicle but they said no. Take your business elsewhere. Be cautious and watch your vehicle. All of their five-star reviews are fake.

Nick helped me to stay within the budget I requested and did the work same day. Can't get better service from such friendly and helpful people like I got from ETD Tire in Hillsdale, New Jersey.Definitely going there for my auto needs in the future!

I just wanted to thank the staff at the Hillsdale location for being honest, quick and efficient! I dropped my vehicle off today for a screw in the tire. ETD took a look and realized that the screw didn't penetrate the tire. I was called back shortly and not even charged!That's honesty and good service.Glad to be a customer of ETD in Hillsdale.

After being very disappointed by the Corvette dealer with the typical car dealer service department nonsense and bait and switch tactics, I cancelled my order with them and took my car in to ETD in Hillsdale, NJ for new tires. Nic was fabulous to deal with. Price and quality of the work was the best and I highly recommend this establishment!

Highly recommend!! So pleasantly surprised by the friendly competent service I received last week. I called in the afternoon for an alignment on my H2 with oversized tires. Austin had my vehicle taken into the shop within the hour and they completed the job. The technician even located a leak, brought my attention to it and instead of up-selling me, they had me take it back to the place that had originally done the work to see if it would be under warranty. Thank you ETD for your honest, reasonably priced and friendly work. Well done!

Could not recommend these guys enough! Super nice, knowledgeable, great selection... Definitely talk to Billy when you go in. He will work a good deal for you and give you a ride if you need! Only have 15 miles on my new tires, but very much looking forward to the next road trip, winter storm, rain storm, hot summer day.... I have the tires for it!! Thank you again ETD and Billy. Great experience today. Truly appreciated all the help.

Nick and the guys at ETD in Hillsdale are awesome! When we had to replace our tires, they were fast, pleasant, and gave me a great price. Recently got a flat and had to go back and once again, they were great. I highly recommend them. True professionals!

Dealing with Billy at ETD has been a tremendous asset to my company. He's knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. His personality is awesome and he explains things well. Will definitely be returning to this tire shop for future purchases and service. You will not be disappointed.

Horrible experience. Brought car in for a minor repair. Was told by the manager all was good. Part was never fixed and now manager informed me something else was broken. Bill went from $800 to over $2,000!Never, never again.

I have been bringing my previous and current car to this shop for years. After having a couple of bad experiences at other service centers around town, a friend of mine recommended this center. I cannot say enough great things about their customer and mechanical services. Austin, Joe, and the rest of the team are extremely helpful and understanding. Not knowing much about mechanics myself, they work with me as I explain the issues I'm experiencing with my car. Prior to completing any work they give me a run down of the issues and prices. If they find any other problems they let me know as well. They are also accommodating when it comes to walk ins and/or appointments. I highly recommend this service center and will continue to do so!

These guys really know their stuff and they are the only shop I will trust my car with moving forward. Rich inspected. diagnosed, and repaired my car, doing excellent work in fixing my exhaust mount, performing an oil change, tire rotation, and installing two new tires. Andy, Austin, and Joe were also excellent and helped me select the best tire for my needs. These guys give the best time for value investment around and I am deeply happy with their work and service.

These guys are the absolute best, I had two tires go on me that I bought a few months ago from another dealer in westchester, and they were caring, and quick about getting the tires in from the warehouse and going beyond the call of duty to provide the best service I have ever had. If i could recommend them to everyone I would, better prices and better service then the run of the mill corporate national chains out there that try to do the same things but fall short in service and overall care for the customers. These guys beat them out by MILES, on service, care, and price! God Bless these guys!

While driving in from the city, I noticed the tire pressure was rapidly decreasing. I called Nick at the Hillsdale location and he said I could come straight over. In minutes he had my car being checked and my tire repaired. They have an awesome team and pleasant staff. The front office is clean and bathroom immaculate! Awesome experience!

An unusual experience of service and value and I knows cars. Billy provided us with an honest cost saving approach to multiple repairs to our BMW I highly recommend him. His years of expertise and Customer Service truly shine through. I will be coming back, you should try him out.

Andy and the team at ETD were extremely helpful and knowledgeable with purchasing new tires for my Lexus. They explained all my options and the key differences between each. Prices are reasonable for the top notch service ETD provides. You get a very personable, easy experience here which is hard to come by.This is a reliable business which my family has been utilizing for many years and will continue to based on my most recent experience. Highly recommended if you are in search for tires, oil change, etc.

I had a great experience bringing my truck in for new tires. Billy was very helpful over phone and in person when discussing the pricing and service in general. I purchased a set of BFGoodrich KO2 with warranties for all tires. Overall great experience and will bring my truck back for tire rotations.

Had to get new tires for my pickup, I was worried I wouldn t be able to get them because they were oversized since my trucks lifted. I got a quote from Jorge, who was very respectful and professional. He was able to find the best price and made me feel my truck was in good hands the whole time! Will definitely be back when I need to get new tires.

Had a great experience dealing with Billy and Nic at the Hillsdale location. Professional, expedient, and super friendly. Other Retail formats could learn something from these two guys as it pertains to Customer Service.Highly recommended for your Tire and other auto needs.

ETD have always taken my car here for all different concerns/ needs. I ve been a customer for 9 years. Employees have always been very kind and knowledgeable. I trust ETD with the care of my car completely. Thank you for being a great ETD location Hillsdale!
