Badly damaged rare 2014 Acura was nearly destroyed on left side due to truck sideswipe..got new bumper, windshield ,chassis across windows, bad dents repaired and new paint job. The car looks brand new. I'm extremely pleased with the service.

It was a pleasant and seamless experience getting my Nissan Leaf repaired. The communication from the office(Bill) was effective through prompt text messages and they were able to deliver the car one day earlier than expected.Will definitely recommend their service.

My experience couldn t have been better! From the moment you walk in they make you feel like you have nothing to worry about! The staff is absolutely amazing! They re courteous, professional, and extremely friendly! They texted me every day with updates. Truly went above and beyond my expectations. Special thanks to Cindy and Chris and to whoever worked on my car behind the scenes! Incredible job!

I needed repair work recently. They were recommended by a co-worker, approved by my insurance company, and Honda as well. They also worked seamlessly with the rental car co. There was more damage to my car than the initial estimate saw, and they dealt directly with my insurance co to address that. The repairs were first-rate, and my car looks like it did before the incident. The staff is friendly, and the facility is clean and organized.

Excellent job and very courteous staff. Kept informed and updated on the status of the work. Tesla I received after body work looked brand new just came out of the showroom. IWill recommend Tesla and other cars owners to give them a chance and you will not be disappointed. Carstar did a great job in regards to the repair, but just don't expect the process to be very timely. I reached out to them and made an appointment to bring my car in in two weeks. It was my understanding that was for the repair, but it was only for an estimate that took fifteen minutes. Be aware of this if you choose this repair facility. Now after the estimate, it would be another three weeks before I can bring the car in for repair. Now the actual repair I was told eighteen days, but only took eight. Again, this repair facility did a great job, and the service people where kind and communicated during the process well, it's just getting them to start was the challenge.

Champion CARSTAR Collision was recommended to me by to different unrelated people. I am happy to say I am was not disappointed. From beginning to the end my experience with Champion CARSTAR Collision was smooth and easy. The staff was always super friendly and helpful. Never having been in this situation before I am so grateful especially for all patience and guidance from Cindy. She was really a lifesaver. My vehicle was finished ahead of schedule and the workmanship was stellar couldn t tell there was ever a dent or a scratch there. I would confidently recommend Champion CARSTAR Collision to anyone in need of auto-body repair.

I wanted to leave a five star review for this location, just pick up my car today. Customer service and of course repairing my car was excellent. Cindy and John communicated and went over what was done. Everything overall was a smooth process. If your ever in a accident and need your car repaired, come to this location.

Top notch operation. Constant communication about the status of parts and other updates while the car is in their garage. Excellent workmanship. Looks like nothing ever happened. Seamless car rental pick up and drop off from their location itself. Wonderful experience.

The way that Chris, Bill, Ted, and Cindy updated me at each stage was excellent. As promised, their service ended up on time. Tesla took seven weeks to provide only parts. When I visited in person to check on the car while it was being serviced, I was made to feel quite welcome and had all of my worries regarding safety concerns answered. To put it briefly, they are amazing team�who look after you really well.

The staff was great to deal with especially Chris and Cindy. Their body shop did an excellent job with the paint match and reassembling the parts. The job was done in a shorter than expected timeframe. I was very pleased with their work and professionalism and would recommend this shop.

CHAMPION CARSTAR COLLISION.. Did an excellent job with my vehicle. Even more impressed with the turnaround time. Car was extremely clean when I picked it up. I even had them add an after market accessory in which, another body shop told me they couldn t do. Champion went above & beyond the call of duty. Highly recommend!

As TESLA is not doing any collision repairs in the entire northeast as of now (fall of 2023), I m so glad I found Champion Carstar. I chose them because of the many happy customer reviews and I m here to add myself to the list of very satisfied customers. Cindy was a pleasure to work with and the whole team was responsive and helpful with my many questions. My car was repaired right the first time and I loved the ability to quickly communicate updates via text. My model Y performance barely had 5k miles when I was in a freak accident. This repair shop made my car like new after about 5 days of work in the shop. Very impressed and highly recommend!!

I was referred to Champion Collison bodyshop by friend of mine. My car had lots of damage. They assured me that car will be same as before. They are very professional and loved the way them communicated and updated me with every status change. They worked with me and my insurance company seamlessly. Also, they explained everything they were going to do and they have done a fantastic job with my Tesla. Very happy I went to Champion Carstar Collison for the repair. Staff is very helpful and supportive and they have very good knowledge of their work. Chris and Cindy keep updating about my cars repair progress. Within Two Days they repaired my car and handed over to me. Thank you CarStar. After accident they bring my Tesla as it was new

Tesla Y got substantial front damage and these guys did something to make it look newer than the day I bought it. Stunning craftsmanship and deeply skilled technicians working there - super transparent communicating timing and issues by text. Class act, would recommend anyone with car problems to go there

Carstar Champion's name is apropos!They really are the best I've dealt with! Awesome people in this shop...very pleasant, social, and very easy to work with! They kept me updated as to the situation with the parts not coming in and other updates of progress as the car was being repaired. Initially there was a delay of thr parts abd they had to reschedule me, but when I did reschedule,they fit me right in without any delay. The original appointment i had to book about a month out (probably due to Tesla parts taking so long to arrive). As for the work, it looks pretty nice so far and I don't see any visible problems. I will monitor over time to make sure cameras work, etc. But so far so good! As of today, I would definitely recommend this shop! Cindy was awesome, Ted was very cool, and so was Chris as well....all great in there! They also went above and beyond and provided a car wash and also installed some little lights in my doors for me (I just realized maybe I should've tipped them for that....completely forgot to do that). But really awesome shop...I'd use them again for sure!

This place is awesome. There aren t enough words to describe how good their customer service is, big thanks to Cindy and Bill for their constant updates and making this a stress free thing. When I selected this shop online, I was little skeptical about the quality and service. But when I went there in person, my perception completely changed.They have amazing staff and they very friendly, courteous, very simple and straight forward.They undoubtedly No.1 collusion center and they are preferred collusion specialists for all major car brands.They did my car work in 24 hrs. After being rear ended, I was given choices between a few auto body shops to repair my car. I picked CarStar because of its high ratings. I am extremely disappointed with the way I received my car after the repairs. Not only was the other person's insurance company billed for services they did not render (replacement of both tail lights), but I have new scuffs and scratches all along the sides of my car, which are visible even after a supposed interior and exterior detail. Do not go here.

All the folks that I met at Champion CARSTAR Collision in Hightstown NJ were very professional and courteous. Very happy with their service and the way they treat their customers. Champion CARSTAR was top notch. The damaged area looks as good as new. Working with Cindy and Chris was a great experience. They were very informative and professional, walking me through the process in terms I could understand, keeping me well informed of milestones and progress, and responding to my questions promptly and clearly. And they were nice. Some may think the only concern is the quality repair. And I got that in spades. But let s be honest, it s just as important to be treated with understanding, kindness, and professionalism. I got that in spades, too. I hope never to need collision repairs again but, if I do, I ll immediately call Champion CARSTAR.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Fast, friendly and most importantly my toyota yaris came back looking like new! I would recommend them to anyone in need of auto body work. While I didn't like the fact I needed them, I'm sincerely glad I chose them to do the work necessary to fix my car.

As I walked up and saw my car WOW! THIS IS PHENOMENAL! is all I kept repeating! It looks brand new! You all did a fantastic job, thank you so much! Thank you for your care and attention to detail, thank you for cleaning my care, and thank you for a smooth and trustworthy process throughout!As a woman, I was scared I would get taken advantage of, that they would try to charge me more and hold my car hostage, or that they wouldn t do a good job. All those worries went out the window when I picked up my car. These people are honest, trustworthy, responsive, and kind. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know who needs a car repair!
