The technicians at Mario Auto Services do amazing work. Claudia and Daniel provide excellent customer service. Claudia, the Office Manager, is extremely knowledgeable. She does a thorough inspection of incoming vehicles and provides detailed updates on required repairs and options. In addition to working efficiently and professionally to ensure that my vehicle was as good as new, she provided valuable tips for vehicle maintenance. She provided me with timely updates and was available to answer my many questions. I highly recommend this shop.

Daniel was the best ! Always kept me updated about my car and got it down quick, I had a accident right before my birthday and he made sure I got my car back before my birthday. Also, the work itself is beautiful. I have a new bumper,soiler, and trunk done. Looks like a new car. I would dec recommend coming here and ask for Daniel.

This job has beyond belief exceptional service they handled everything on my Range Rover just the way I wanted for a very fair price. The manager is an absolute plesure and listened to my concerns. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I'll definitely be back! Thanks again!

Outstanding repair quality by Mario s!Had major damage and they made repairs quickly considering todays part shortage and their own busy schedule.They surprisingly had the job done so fast and top quality.Claudia who handles the office administration is friendly and so easy to deal with during the entire experience!She is an absolute angel!!Highly recommend Mario s !!!I am in the auto sales business and was very impressed!

If you're in North or Central NJ definitely take your car to Mario for repairs. The CS is superb and they love what they do! They communicated each step of my repair from start to finish and left out no surprises but a BRAND NEW CAR in the end.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

My car has serious structural problems with the fender and bumper, as well as the whole front part of the car. These problems are not unique. Many auto repair shops consider this a tricky situation. But my friend told me THAT I could come here and meet Mario and Claudia to solve all these problems together. I drove up here, and Mario immediately saw the problem with the car and gave me specific advice. They found all the parts I needed and repaired my car within half a week. Claudia kept me informed of the extent of my repair work throughout the process. They repainted all the parts in question and even polished the Hood, even though I didn't ask for it. Before the repair, my car had two big gaps in fender, which was neither beautiful nor safe, but now everything has been solved, and it looks like a new car. Choose here, they will let you know wise this decision is.

Wonderful staff that goes above and beyond to make sure your car is fixed properly. Great communication with customers and insurance companies (if applicable). They work with a variety of insurance companies and will make sure you get the best parts possible for your vehicle. They take care of your car as their own.

Claudia and Mario are some of the best in North Jersey in terms of professionalism and quality of work. In my experience, it is hard to find a quality shop around here. I had a peculiar situation with a third party that left my rear bumper's paint in a very poor state. I explained my situation, was given extremely professional and prompt service, was kept up to date, and had a timely turn around time with given circumstances. They operate on a first-name basis, and always return calls or leave messages if you are unavailable. They even went above and beyond and worked through complications on their own end and made sure to keep me in the loop and in constant communication as to the status of the bumper. In addition, Claudia followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the work and informed me of some additional steps to make sure the bumper's paint stays in top tier condition. Previously working with a third party, they did not have to help me out, but they still chose to assist me and did so with a smile on their face. Those are the types of things that make businesses stand out and give me the peace of mind knowing I am going to get quality work. My experience was great. My car had all sensor warnings coming on dashboard. At Mario s, they got to the real problem and fixed it with a very reasonable price and very quickly.They are definitely my to go place for future car issues . Highly recommend

If you're looking for a body shop, this is the one. Claudia was wonderful to work with. We received a detailed estimate of the work that needed to be done and the car came out like it was brand new after repairs. They do quality work. We thank Claudia for her thoughtfulness, professionalism, and working with our situation. Highly recommended!

Mario s did right by me. When my insurance company tried their hardest to claim my car being totaled unjustifiably so, Claudia being the mechanical expert that she is did a proper analysis and fixed what was necessary instead of making up random charges to get replaced. Super down to earth, knowledgeable, kind human beings. Brought my wrangler back to life after a nasty hit and run. 20/10 would recommend. Having to get body work done because someone damaged your vehicle is not something that one wants to experience. But at Mario's some of that pain is wiped away. From the moment the process begins with a rapid assessment of the damage and costs to the rapid return of a clean buffed vehicle, you feel like you have really been taken good care of. If you want superior work and to feel like you are being taken good care of, I'd highly recommend Mario's. I really like my car and seeing it damaged didn't make me happy, but after Mario and his crew finished working on it, it really looked brand new with everything from the wheels on up shining in the sun.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I wish I could award more stars. I was looking for a body shop after a minor accident to the front. The impact ran little further inside the hood. Desperate to find one. I found the classic - Mario Auto Body Shop. So helpful, so professional and so customer centric. My vehicle was repaired on time and in exact same shape it was bought. Mario auto shop is a great place to get your auto needs taken care of! Have been going to them since few years. Not only their service is excellent, Claudia is very friendly. She listens to all your concerns patiently and makes suggestions which suits your need. Have got both our cars repaired after accidents and they look like new! Went to Mario because it had many stars in the review. You never know when you bring your car into a body shop how they will react to you. I must say when you deal with Claudia, Mario,s wife she is very understanding with the problem at hand. This repair was done on my grandsons first car and boy he was nervous but they new how to make him feel very relaxed. I must highly recommend Mario,s auto body to anyone.Service: Body & Trim

Straightforward and HONEST. Waited a long time before getting my car fixed expecting the worst. I finally went to Mario Auto Services.. The bill was paid for less than what I imagined! I TRUST Marios auto body and would definitely recommend for any repairs. Thanks to Claudia and the men who worked on my car to diagnose and fix the issue with no delay. I will be back for anything that might go wrong with my vehicle in the future!

The service was amazing and the quality of the work was perfect. The workers are really nice and hard working. My car was a mess and it looks better then new. It was full body work and they were able to finish in two weeks. Also, Mario and Claudia talked to the workers to stay after hours to try and get the job done. They are fast, dedicated, and they simply do an amazing job! Would definitely recommend. Next time I crash I ll definitely go back to them. :)

This is a very responsible repair shop, they have enough patience to solve all problems for me, and at the same time protect my privacy, when someone wants to know the problem of my car through them, they will call me in time to confirm whether I am agree. My car needs a three way catalytic converter, unfortunately the originals will have to wait until February next year, but they worked hard to find my originals for me and fixed my car for me. I was very anxious during this process, but they always contacted me in time and would try their best to help me, in fact, they did! ! ! They are really very patient people and work very efficiently! ! !

Mario Auto Service was an absolute joy! Claudia the office manager stayed late so that I could come to the shop after work simply to get an estimate. The owner, Mario, did my estimate himself and it was explained to me step by step with care. The next week I dropped my car off to receive the service and upon picking it up, it looked brand new! I simply had to get body work done however you could tell the care that was put into fixing my vehicle.Pricing was phenomenal as well. Mario Auto does give you the option to go through insurance or pay out of pocket and they accept all major credit cards. I felt as though I was given extremely fair pricing and was not overcharged for the service I received. With said service, I was made extremely happy by the outcome.I HIGHLY recommend using service from Mario Auto Services for any issues you may run into and I'm willing to guarantee you will receive competitive pricing and be treated with respect and care. Having recently moved to Highland Park, I decided to try a local shop for my auto body repairs after my car was hit while parked. I made the right decision by choosing Marios! While my car was drivable, I stopped in and met Mario and I was quickly provided an estimate. Claudia was also quick to reach out to schedule my repairs. The work done was beautiful!
