I trusted this body shop did an excellent job, until I drove back home and opened up my back trunk to a puddle of water. Clearly they didn t shut my back trunk while doing the repair and left it outside for who knows how long with the door opened. Very disappointed and I m not coming back here again.Service: Auto body & trim replacementService: Auto body & trim replacement

My husband got t boned a couple of months back and we needed the passenger side doors replaced. We took the car to this repair shop and the car came back and you wouldn't have known there was damage to it. It looked like good quality work. English is not my husband's first language and the fact they could speak Korean was a plus.

I personally don't want to give any start for this auto shop. Would like to give them minus stars if I can. This happened to me more than 10 years ago. Now I recall and come back to leave comments. It was horrible experience here. I had 1998 Camry and it was almost over 190k miles on it. I know it was old car so I did not really care. I went this shop to fix something else I forgot what it was. After they fixed it, they said that they replaced my tire because it was in a bad condition. They said they had a spare one in better condition. I didn't really care and left. Same day my friend found that the tire had no tread at all. looks like racing car tire. They gave me trash tire and took mine. I came back asked them to give me my tire back. They said this tire is better. I asked them to explain what's better. All of sudden so mad and took the tire out and brought the knife and scratch the tire with the knife. The guy who installed and took my tire cursed me. Trash talking. Owner passed by and explained what happened. Owner was like we would not give you trash tire and he left. did not care. I was young. like 20. I was shock and scared. I did not know what to do. They got me my tire back. I left. Never came back.Service: Tires

Cho is a very nice honest mechanic. He works with you and the prices are very reasonable. my new go to place that I can trust.

Old school Koreans own this gritty repair joint, I ll note that they speak English quite well. They are very reasonable with prices and are honest. I ve taken several different cars here over the years and I ve have zero issues with them; most of it was for body work. I d consider this spot a hidden gem, they are busy and work at a fast pace.

Disappointing experience even though we've been a regular for about 5 years. They charged my mom 20 dollars to inflate ONE tire and didn't even check for a nail or anything. ExxonMobil near our house took out the nail and patched up the same tire for 10 bucks.Service: TiresService: Tires

Been coming to this auto shop for years. The owner and staffs are very welcoming and friendly. I honestly believe they re one of the most ethical people in business. I wouldn t go anywhere but here. Highly recommend this place. Mr Cho is especially nice and friendly!

Known them for years. Every time I go, they treat me right and work with me to get an issue resolved. Have developed trust with them to get something fixed or receive an accurate estimate, even if another place screwed it up. 10/10 would recommend.

I started going here because of new management; i just followed my mechanic here. Been going to him for over a decade now, never had issues with trusting his recommendations!

Not the friendliest guy around but I've used them 3x to do body repairs over the years and the work is always great and the prices are as well.

I've never been here in my life but a $15 charge from them appeared on my debit statement. Strange right? I got an oil change the same day the charge appeared at Lube It All on Raritan Ave nearby and left the tip section blank on the receipt. I suspect that the two shops are affiliated and at the end of the day they went ahead and added the to in on my card. We will see if they will beer kind enough to return the $ our my bank has to fight them. Always fill in the top section if you decide to go here or the Lube It All.

Excellent repair and body shop, very reasonable and good work. Paint job was good, not perfect but for price it was worth it.

My car had a flat at a wedding 80 miles away from home. I noticed the flat and soon after noticed the spare was flat as well during the reception and called AAA for the tow. I like to save money and do small stuff on cars myself, oil changes, changing filters, changing out tires, spark plugs, etc. My mother didn't want me leaving the wedding so she told me to have AAA drop off the car at her mechanic and she'll pay for the new tires. AAA dropped the car off at BnB and a few days later I go by to pick up the car. The first thing the mechanic gives me is my broken mercedes flip out key which is a 350 dollar key to replace. He just put rubber cement on it to keep it together but it wont close anymore and called it a fix. Told me the Tow guy gave it to him broken but it seemed like BnB broke it and didn't want to pay for a replacement. The car had new tires and the guy told me he topped up some fluids and there was a little moan in the steering so he filled up the power steering fluid. Although his intentions were good he shouldn't have done that without my permission. I only use mercedes brand fluids that are recommended by manufacturer and I'm SURE a garage doesn't have those fluids lying around and he just admitted he mixed the two instead of flushing it out. I don't know what else they did but after two weeks the transmission on the car died and I needed a new one. They wont admit fault because there's no record of them putting in fluids or me asking them to. I'll never bring my car here again and advise all of you reading this to do the same.

Destroyed my mom's car. My mom wanted to borrow my truck for work so she asked me to take her car for the day and told me to bring it to bnb for a routine oil change. I'm in and out quick enough but within 5 minutes of leaving their garage the oil pressure light goes on and the car breaks down on route 1. I have the car towed back to bnb with my mom. They tell us the engine is destroyed and the car is a total loss and the guy pulls my mom to the side and tell her it's because I was driving it for a few days ignoring the oil pressure light. Funny because I only drove it for that day and saw the light go on only after I left their garage. My mom is too shy and avoids confrontation so she just let it go and I could only do so much with it not being my car. It's upsetting how they wont take responsibility and would take advantage of my mother. My advice to you is to stay away from this place.
