These people do not care about the length of time it takes for a car to fixed if they have already been paid through your insurance. What a joke, but of course, I am so "sorry" for the burden of calling to check on a car that is constantly having it's due date changed. If your supplier is the issue then there should be some sort of action on the mechanics part. Not a constant, "it's not our fault, it's the supplier". Realize that while the car you are working on may just be another job to you, but the necessity of the car you are working on is real and affects real people.

Excellent service! The staff is very nice and helpful, and they did an excellent job repairing the damage on my car. The repairs were completed quickly and I was updated via text along the way which was really great!

Job done very well . The bumper was replaced and painted nicely.The process and status checking is super easy.Dealing with insurance (Geico) and approval process is managed within themselves so no hassle there. Rental pick up and drop off was at onsite and had no trouble with that.

These guys are great! They fixed the damage to my car after my recent accident, as if it never happened. Much thanks to Adam, Steve, and Mike for taking care of the claim and the repairs with no issues, and providing constant updates.

I visited Acme autobody this morning. The service was impeccable. The staff is always so friendly, and Steve and Rob are truly the best at what they do. They were able to repair my car and do a follow up service when the parts came in. I received texts regarding updates when my car would be ready for pick up. The staff always communicated to me when parts came in and if there were additional fees. If you are in an accident and need work done on your car, I highly recommend Acme auto body in Highland Park, New Jersey.

If you want your car to be taken care of and the people working on your car to be transparent with you, take your car HERE. Great and friendly customer service, from the time I called, to bringing my car in and even to picking my car up to go. What really took it to 5 stars is the quality of the workmanship and the overall experience. The fact that they were transparent with me throughout the whole experience is what I really appreciate. Not just another shop trying to cash out on you or cut corners. I came in to have my bumper fixed since I sometimes park in a not so car friendly city (you know it's not car friendly when a lot of people are driving around with rubber bumper-protectors flapping in the wind while they drive!) But I came in they pointed out what needed to be done, and got the job done with quality and precision. (*And the quality has been tested since I drive down the turnpike everyday*) Very happy with the outcome and I would highly recommend.

It is a fact, a quote is a quote. I had my car body work completed here. From what the quotation was provided and the final bill was given was double than estimated cost.Work was done very well so I am very happy but the cost went from 2 to 4 was not heard of or thought of. Also On the day when I went to pick up the vehicle there was an issue before accepting / handing over the vehicle key.It was a waste of my time and my family members time.They should have checked everything before making me visit by to pick up the vehicle.Over all work was done well. Also leftover paint was provided upon request for self repair of minor scratches.

Ok, here goes.i waited 16 months to post, so not to eat my words. April 2022 brought my 2017 F150 in to look for water leak behind rear bench seat on floor. The smell was like my 1973 dodge challenger back in 1982 ,with holes in floor .BAD MOLD i didn't have the patients to go back and forth with ford for 2 years, or so... for acme it was a bit out of their wheelhouse but they accepted. They removed the rear seat , water tested ,soaked the rear window area for about 30 minutes and found the leak at my cab vents .1 out of 4 leaked . Had them change all 4 any way. The correct way to fix was to remove the bed and install vents reinstall bed...price was very reasonable. Probably thousands less than ford.. THANK YOU SO MUCH, STEVE,GEORGE,MIKE AND ALL OF ACME PEOPLE. ...ES

Love love love this place!! George and the staff are amazing!! Anytime I've had accidents to my car they do amazing work and make the whole process so easy. I highly recommend this place. They are the best!

The employees of this auto body shop are very honest, good people! The lady who said otherwise couldn t be any more wrong. I m a young female & Steve was very helpful to me and looked out for me financially, and even fit me in his busy schedule to meet my needs.I was referred to Acme Auto Body by a friend & I can confirm that they are a 5 star business all around :)

**One of the best Body Shop - Definitely for first time Repairs or Collision**I had my car hit by someone and the front bumper had a hit and back side read with a scratch and small dent.Spoke to Steve and he worked along with my insurance and processed smoothly.They worked so well and not even a slight dent/scratch and the car looks new again that too delivered 5 days before the estimated date.Appreciate Steve, Michael and everyone working in ACME body shop. I had a major accident back in 2014 with my honda civic, they had to replace the entire drivers side. Years later it started to rust and I went back to them using the 100% guarantee for life policy, They honored it and replaced all the rust spots. The car looks great! Had loose plastic hanging underneath my car. Acme repaired it by installing retainer clips while I waited and fixed it for NO CHARGE!Would highly recommend!

I can't say enough about how awesome George the foreman, and his team are. They helped me out so much. They worked so proficiently and professionally, and they didn't mind me asking any question, and explained everything to me from start to finish. I was at the point of thinking that there were no good people left in the world, and all people want to do is take it vantage and rip people off. These days the customer service out there is horrible and we have to take it. Like we have no rights. but Acme Auto showed me different. You can' find professional people like them out there anymore. I will use your company for anything that I need to get done on my car, I will highly recommend your company to others, i would love to write something in the newspaper about your company and the wonderful team of people you have working there, that I interacted with during the process of Having my car fixed. This shop goes above and beyond to please their customers and give the best service possible. My experiences with them have been worry free from drop off to pickup. They are efficient, professional, and truly kind people. The repairs I have had have always been done perfectly, and they have incredible knowledge. They are experienced and knowledgeable about insurance companies, to car repair, to rental cars. I 100% recommend Acme Auto Body

Acme Auto Body fixed my GMC Terrain and kept me up to date of the process via text messages daily. The work they did on my truck I was highly satisfied. I was even able to leave my rental with them that I got the Enterprise which was so convenient. Got into an accident on the Belt Parkway in NY and had a minor side sweep on my front left bumper area. Took it to Acme Auto Body because it was one of the places my Insurance recognized. It took a week to be fixed and I must say, it is definitely looking brand new. The experience was wonderful, customer service was excellent and they explained the breakdown of what was happening to my car and even explained again after my car was fixed. So far I have no issues and hope it stays like that for a long time. Overall, I'm very happy with the outcome! They did an excellent job!

Steve at Acme was very helpful with our GEICO Express repair. They do timely professional and quality work. They even took the time to check out any related problems on my van weeks after the job was done. Their service felt like a white glove VIP service. Thank you ACME. Failed to meet promised deadline.Failed to explain in advance that the door being replaced will be used junk yard door and failed to give me a choice to pay for a brand new one out of pocket had I wanted to.Failed to align perfectly the new door with body of the car a small gap can be seen On the other hand, not that bad, car was fixed at the end of the day. Treated me with dignity. Gave me a free ride to fix something they didn t fix the first time well.I don t recommend them overall. I am sure there are better options out there.Edit: No, it is not a Ford. It doesn't matter at this point which car was it. This was an honest review and you got the choice already to have the job done perfectly (twice actually). And again, as trying to be an honest, you were so polite and fixed the car, that's why I gave 3 stars. I just wished you were more professional

Wonderful auto body! The team here is nothing short of amazing, they went above and beyond what I was expecting. So friendly and they provided the fastest service I've ever had when it comes to fixing your damaged vehicle. If I ever need an auto body again I will want it to be Acme. They provided text, email or phone call updates on a daily basis, which puts your mind at ease. They treated me as if I was someone they knew for a long time and even followed up to make sure that everything was still going great after I left. Truly the best auto body team around!!

I love this autobody shop. My sister had her car repaired years ago there and it came out perfect. I wanted to get some minor stuff done and unfortunately they were always too busy to fix it anytime soon. When my car was in an accident, Acme and any other good autobody shop was booked up go over a month, I was stuck going elsewhere. I had to bring back my car multiple times and it still wasn't right. I went to Acme and spoke to Steve. Although it took a while due to the other shop I initially went to, Acme fixed my car and it came out great! I am so happy with the job they did and everyone I met there was so friendly.Update: I still recommend Acme, but unfortunately the clear coat on the corner of my bumper started bubbling up a while ago. Also, they did tell me they would buff out a paint issue on the roof, but they didn't, I think they simply forgot. I'm not sure if they replaced the bumper brackets or not but it always pops out a little in the corner, which is where the clear coat issue is.

2012 Chevy CruzeThey were great! my car looks like nothing happened! my tire blew and took out my rear passenger bumper. They restored it like new.Steve was awesome and handled everything. my car was done when they said it would be. The enterprise guy was nice. Katie was a sweetheart. one young man was nice and got my badge I had left in my car. Great staff! overall I had a great experience.

My car was in an accident which was covered by the other driver's insurance. This was one of the places that the insurance company recommended. They placed me in a rental car with no hassle at all. George did a great job on the body work. They gave me the estimate and explained what they were going to do. These guys got me in and out in a timely manner, and I was treated in a professional way. My car looks like new, inside and out! I read the other reviews and I don't know what happened to those customers, but I am very happy with ACME. I've been to other places that have done sloppy work. This place was not one of them. My son-in-law used them and he thought they did a great job, too!

I had my car bumper replaced here and the experience was awesome. It was recommended by my geico insurance as preferred store for express service and overall experience was very good. The car was fixed in 4 days and I was back on road with my car. Thanks and keep up the good work guys.

Having needed what I though was a significant amount of body work done, I called/drove to four different body shops. I found all of the pricing differences to be negligible, so I was really leaning towards whichever was geographically convenient.A friend insisted I call Acme Auto Body before committing elsewhere and I'm glad he did. It was during the initial phone call, with Steve, that I knew where my business was going. Having not seen my car yet, he kept most things/pricing rather vague - but honestly, as long as he wasn't outlandishly far above the average estimate; it was a done deal. His personable approach, unlimited time, and willingness to field any/all of my questions was unparalleled. It was extraordinarily refreshing after my first few estimates and past experiences. From start to finish, the attention and care that I (and my car) was given was incredible. My perception of the standard auto related experience, has been far surpassed...Acme raised the bar. The work itself was also flawless. Further augmenting my experience, they repaired a relatively nasty scratch I had on the opposite side of the vehicle, stating "it was easy enough considering we had the materials/labor in action for the collision repair". When asked, I was told, "it's complementary, you didn't ask for it". Easy money to be had, yet they understand the value of the customer relation - future business is worth more than a scratch repair.Acme will get any/all of my continued business and referrals. No question. Great job Steve & crew, hoping I don't need bodywork soon, but if I do, at least I'll know where I'm headed.
