I've been a customer of West Milford Tire for many, many years. First as a customer of the parents, and now a customer of their adult children who were not only trained by the best, but continue to carry on the legacy of amazing mechanical work and professional service. I trust them with my classic cars as well...and recommend my family and friends. They are seasoned and true professionals who care.

So these folks are great in what they do. But , there was an issue once which owners never corrected for me and at the time if I knew how expensive this correction would be , I actually would of filed charges are the time. If you have a Jeep , pay attention!!! The Jeep Renegade comes standard with chrome lug nuts. I had them on my Jeep. Went for a oil change and tire rotation, after picking up when it was done the next day I noted my chromes where gone. I called , they said , they didn t take them, They where the only ones to have ever removed the tires and rotate them. In fact the silly part of this whole thing is , they only put ONE back on the entire car. Lol. He replacements cost $13 a piece. That s $260 plus tax to replace them... never thought lugs would be that expensive, someone there at that time did however, So for all the good work in the past , this one dishonest thing, I give them , one star. Monica might be the nicest secretary I ve ever met. From the call about a flat to going in to it fix she was so kind and helpful. Explaining everything to me and then it s cost me a couple bucks to have them fix the leak. They were fast and professional and I will be back. Can t say enough about them!!!

Wouldn t let us use their jumper cables. Wanted to charge us more than the price of jumper cables to use them. Gee thanks.

I have one vehicle that s simply cursed when it comes to tires, I must pick up 3 or 4 nails a year, almost always in the sidewall, and only this car. I dread going to tire shops because it seems there s always a long wait and it s usually an expensive endeavor Not here!West Milford Tire got me in right away without an appointment, plugged my latest nail, and had me out the door in no time for a great price. Thanks so much! I ll be coming back here when it s time for my next set.

The staff is friendly. The guys are so helpful. I went in with an almost flat tire and they met me at the door and fixed it right away. I got to work on time! Prices are very fair.

Always honest in any dealings ive ever had with them. Never does any work without explaining why to you. Been a customer since Art & Mike ran the place about 25 years ago. And his Son & Son in-law who now own it came from the same mold as Art & Mike !!!!!

Honest, Friendly and very accommodating. I have been using them for over 10 years and I have always left there understanding what was done, what I paid for and what to expect after repairs. Most of all, I always leave there confident that I won't have any issues. I cannot say enough about West Milford Tire for all types of repairs.

I called in the morning and they took me 30 minutes later. I went in for a screw in the tire, balancing and to check the front end for any issues. They noticed bubbles around the bead of the tire so they cleaned it up and reseated. Also noticed a cracked tire valve and took care of that for half the price Mavis charged me last time. Great job fast and very good price. Highly recommend! I will be going here for my next set of tires!

Very honest and quick service. Went in with an extremely bad oil leak and they diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour. Very reasonable pricing. If you need an honest trustworthy mechanic, this is the place to go. Everyone on their staff is very pleasant and capable.

The parking lot's nothing more than a dirt area with a bunch of a old cars and trucks parked all around. I suggest going to one of the chain stores that sell tires you'll do better.
