Fast and quick like never before!!Make sure to make your appointment and show up on time before!Make sure you have everything on your hand.Have a pen ready to fill up any form you have to.I was there inside for 2 registration (renewal) took me like 10 minutes total.Thanks.

Have not been to the Hazlet location before. What a great experience. Smooth sailing 10 minutes for a new title and registration. Awesome!!

Had to renew my registration, made my appointment online, went in and was out in 20 minutes. I think most of the people who complain are the ones who don't make an appointment, go to the wrong location, and bring the wrong documents. If you follow the rules, it's an easy process.

Except for the making appointment everyone staffed here was knowledgeable in all areas and rotate windows regularly. The receptionist has all paperwork and procedures at the ready. Wait times are minimal and if you forget something, no worry!, you can return before closing to finish.

This is not real. How our state is so unorganized? People are lined up everywhere to get their dmv issues resolved. Many have made attempts few times and yet not able to resolve.Its seriously sad for people to line from 4 am and yet not getting anywhere.MVC really need to rethink their protocols help make life easier. Many are depressed, many are unhappy because of COVID, many have financial issues going on and I learned so much sitting twice in the 2 different agencies to get simple renewal of registration done because online keeps saying to visit the agency. There were about 20 people who was going through this.MVC you are getting paid by tax payers money yet you treat them unfairly, your staff behaves really badly. Yesterday I told the girl at Rahway MVC that hey lady please change your attitude, if it was not for all this people you would not be standing here. You are lucky and bless that you work for the state where you take highest benefits.It feels like it's a crime to have a driving license in New Jersey.

Fastest service ever. I scheduled an appointment for a vehicle registration renewal for 9:25 am. They open at 8 am. I walked in, and they saw me right away. Didn't even have to wait for my appointment time. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Fantastic. Great and friendly staff. Best MVC experience I've ever had.

I'm not a fan of making an appointment to get my registration renewed. The administrator was very slow and appeared to take numerous breaks. I was in the facility for far too long

Very efficient. Receptionist was courteous and knowledgeable - she reviewed my forms and highlighted season that needed to be completed. Agent at window was also courteous and efficient. Had a 12:45 appointment, was done by 1:30.

The manager squeezed me in without an appointment, because it was an emergency, helped get my number and paperwork. The woman who helped me was very helpful, friendly and understanding of my son who has asd. I was in an out in less than 30 minutes. Great customer service.

It can be a pleasant experience if your documents are in order. Just read your documents TWICE before filing them out. And you will be fine.We don't do this everyday, so take another minute to understand what you need before making the appointment and have your check ready too. Lastly, print legibly or use the online forms and print that out , the easier it is for them to read the quicker they can do the work .

I brought everything it clearly stated to bring on the website to complete my transaction. I then waited in line behind people who clearly did not do that. The people working at this location are very friendly despite, based on my experience today, most likely having to constantly deal with adult-sized children stumbling through the doors day-in and day-out.

Going to the NJMV most of the time was a real pain..Now that we needed an appointment..it went very well..We got there a few minutes early..walked in..the guard told us what line to use. From there we went to two lines,gave the information,paid the tab..and we were out in less than 20 minutes...it appears to be a good system..and the 3 people we dealt with were very pleasant..9

Everyone I came in contact with was courteous and helpful,especially Nick the associate who steers people in the right direction. Nick was also kind to the elderly gentleman in front of me (who was more confused than me). Nice team

The DMV on Hooper, Toms River is the best! I had an expired registration issue, which is NOT what they handle. But, the officers in the lobby helped me with the online registration, saving me a trip/appt with the Lakewood office! I am so grateful!

I can't believe I can say I love a MVC, but this place has never disappointed. As someone who used to deal with one located at a big city, this is a breath of fresh air. Great customer service. Keep up the great work!

The worst agency in the state by far. Did my registration in January online have not received it so I called to check the status. Well I called at 8:30am Friday morning of 2/18/22 was told by the automated system that I would receive a call back with in the hour. Because it wasn't 12pm and if I called after 12pm that I wouldn't get return call to the next busses day. So I didn't receive a call the entire day of course. Monday was a holiday so Tuesday 2/22/22i had to do the entire process over again. Only to be told that they are going to send it again and that it can take up to 20 business days. So of course I asked was it anything I can use to prove that my registration is coming they said no. But that I can schedule an appointment and pay $5 to get a duplicate why my original one comes in the mail. Of course no DMV by my home had anything until March so yeah way to go NJ

I have had a few pleasant experiences with this DMV but the last 2 times I was here the very unpleasant security guard at the door is very miserable and unprofessional. He s a black man with square glasses that gets upset if he has to Lower the volume on his Apple Air pods and take his eyes off his phone if you happen to have a question. I have a real problem with rude people.

Second time coming here through pandemic. long as you make a CORRECT appointment. You will be in and out. No walk ins and if you made your appointment for the wrong subject. You WILL hold up the line and possibly not be seen
