Lee Myles AutoCare was a Lifesaver! I was driving out of state on a long roadtrip when my vehicles transfer case suddenly cracked, leaving me stranded. My car was towed to Lee Myles AutoCare where the workers handled my situation in a friendly and honest manor. Highly recommend! Amazing Customer Service ! Truly honest establishment. While I am sure 99% of the businesses out there that do transmission would have raked me over the coals (meaning they would have charged me for a rebuild when my transmission needed a simple easily changed single part) for a simple fix, the men who work here found my problem and got me out and on the road in a days or two for under $300!!! I'm beyond impressed and couldn't recommend a auto-service establishment more!

I am still on the fence about the $800. I spent to get my car fixed , the code I received went back to a silanode in the transmission but it also could of been the transmission speed sensor wich I found out after getting the silanode replaced... Both of the problems would give the same code I received when the car was scanned..My response to the owner, I appreciate your response back to my review.. i received 1 phone call and I was in the middle of something and wasn't able to pick the phone up and your transmission tech was the one that scanned my car and told me that the speed control sensor had nothing to due with the issue I was having and that's why I didn't bring it up when I spoke to you inside your shop , after going home and researching the transmission speed control sensor I would get the same code as the silanode .. I would hope you would preform your own scans and not go off of a scan I did on my own before going to your shop when I told you what code I received when I did my own scan ..Now did you test that silanode to see if it was bad ..?? Or did you go off of what your tech told you came up on the scan ..?? If the silanode was tested ,that would of told you there could of been another avenue to look at and see what was going on with that ...I was trying to keep my review simple, but I can definitely appreciate a guy that tries to make things right, now that you have more of the story you can call me any day after 3.00 P.M. ,I work just like you work for a living..

I brought my car in for service and when Lance diagnosed the problem he told me the repair would most likely be covered under the manufactures warranty. looking for great mechanics, great service, great prices, and above all else honesty then this is the place for you. Jim and his guys are all that, finally after years of searching i have found my repair shop. i purchased a car recently with a warranty and the transmission was no good it took the warranty company 6 months to finally agree to the repairs and Jim and his guys were with me through the entire process. The transmission came in it took the guys one day to put it in and 2 hours the next day to program it. The car is running like brand new. Not only did they take care of the trans but they fixed a couple of minor things on their own with no charge. Best place around hands down.

Jim Pallitto, Jr. and Lee Myles have been taking care of my car as well as my wife's car for about two years and I couldn't be happier with their work. Jim and Lee Myles have provided great service and honesty, at a very reasonable price. In fact, on several occasions when I thought that I needed work done on my car, Jim actually advised me that it was not necessary and saved me hundreds of dollars as a result. I would recommend that anyone who is looking for a mechanic or who would like a second opinion, to go see Jim at Lee Myles.

I needed to get my transmission in my truck completely rebuilt. I went to 2 other shops that did not properly diagnose the problem. When I brought my truck to Lee Myles they were able to diagnose the problem and due to me using my truck for business they fit me in the following day. They kept me updated and answered all my questions. If you ever need transmission work I highly recommend you use Lee Myles in Hazlet New Jersey.

Honesty is always something I'm looking for when it comes to my vehicle care..Lee Myles has always been honest, even when it doesn't benefit them. I have been bringing my car here for 2 years for just about everything that goes wrong with it and always feel comfortable knowing it will be taken care of. Grateful I found someone in the area I can count on and trust!

As stated on a previous post, Lance and his team actually care about your car. That s hard to find. I had another issue with my vehicle and The team at Lee Myles stepped up and corrected the problem. Lance is very sincere about making sure you are good to go after repairs are complete. He actually called me to say that he heard another issue and felt it was unsafe to give the vehicle back until he looked at it again free of charge. That meant a lot! I will now be referring this business to friends and family.They re generous and even threw in a few complimentary add on s. Great job Lee Myles and thx Lance!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Lance is a good honest guy who s only trying to do what s best for the customer. He could ve charged me for a catalytic converter, but instead took his time to look in my car handbook and found that my car s warranty just covered it. Overall good experience.

I came to this place from a friend referral and reviews online. They did service on my truck transmission. Replace a new transmission filter and a drain and fill. great price and fast service. I would recommend this place if you need heavy stuff done. Axles, transfer case, drive-shaft, transmission, etc... Jim the owner is a nice guy and easy to talk to. I'll come back again for sure, but you do need appt since they get a good amount of work

We've been going to Lee Myles in Hazlet for years. They helped us get 300,000 miles out of one car and service all of our vehicles to this day. Honest, work done right at a very fair price.

Nice people but I dropped my car off to be looked at on a Monday before I knew it a week had gone by, they never figured out the issue, never called me, I called several times on a Saturday and no one would get back to me I went back and took the car back and brought it to my normal mechanic who diagnosed the issue immediately. What I'm most upset about is the fact that they kept my car for so long and never even called me each day to update me.

Serious incompetence at this place thought it might of been a decent shop but nope after over 2 days they tell me they can t figure it out first time in my life a mechanic has told me this and then he has the nerve to get mad when I don t wanna pay for my car sitting around getting nothing done basically told me not to come back Lol will do !!

Jim Pallitto of Lee Myles in Hazlet performs top notch auto repair work. They do everything from oil changes to transmission repairs. I've personally had them do oil changes, brake repairs and tune ups. Both of my cars are Audis. They know their stuff and I would highly recommend them for all auto repair needs.
