All I had to do was drive up and the technician asked what services I wanted and escorted me to the office. I stated my services and a quote was given. I accepted and less than 30 minutes later I was on the road in a freshly vacuumed car with a full oil change. Very friendly atmosphere.

Normally I come here and never have a problem but today customer service was poorly. Came in with my girlfriend and as we stood at the desk to tell him we need an oil change. He called up 2 other people before as we stood there then proceeded to leave the room and not asking us what we needed. You d assumed you d right the ticket off and have them sit and continue on with others but I guess employees don t have basic logic

I have used this group a couple of times over the last 2 years and always satisfied. This particular visit was with an older vehicle recently purchased and they pointed out and rectified the issues in a quick fashion. Also, for the amount of work done the rates are very good. Prior to going it was determined I needed to replace battery. I called and they gave me a price for replacement and install of $219. I decided to do on my own. Turns out batteries are expensive after tax I paid $205. It would have saved me time just to have them put in. I didn't realize the price of batteries increased that much, but these guys were giving a great price I learned.

The guys at this location were amazing! I came in 20 minutes before they were going to close and they were so welcoming and happy to help me still knowing they were about to leave. Super friendly and provided great service!

Rude staff, exceptionally rude manager. Provided misinformation on the invoice and made adjustments to my car without authorization.The only people who should go here are investigators from the county or state.

As promised, my updated review after a not so great last visit for an oil change. Soon after having my oil changed on my Ram p/u I noticed quite a bit of oil under my truck, clearly something wasn t right. I brought it back 2 days later, they checked it and said it was just excess spillage- you ll be fine. I checked each day after for 2 days and as much or more oil present. (Trying to keep this short lol.) The management and mechanic did the right thing (All I ever Ask) by replacing the faulty oil filter housing at no extra expense to me. Extra shout out to an amazing mechanic and customer service professional, Chris! This guy restored faith which I had all but lost, there are good hard working people out there that care about the customer and do the right thing! One star to 5! Amazing staff. Fast, reliable, high quality service. Hands down the best place to get work done on your vehicle in this area. To compare, I ve had appointments at other places nearby because I needed work done in a timely manner, and even with the appointment the work never got done, which was hard for me to understand; but jiffy lube has taken excellent care of my vehicle and me as a customer every single time I ve ever been there. I ll never go anywhere else again while I m living here. Highly recommended to anyone who needs fast and reliable service from trustworthy and friendly people. I wouldn t recommend at all, I did service with them before and changed the tires, and then after a week or less, I had a flat tire on one of the tires, I went back to them to take a look and fix it even the tires were brand new, after they checked it they said there is no holes or issues with the tire, they just added air to it and let me go, the next one or two days right away the tire went flat again, I went back to them and they checked it and said the same thing, of course I asked why it keeps going flat!! Anyway they added air to it and they told me it should be good now. Then after; same thing happened; one or two days; a flat tire again, went back to them and they told me they don t fix or do repairs for the tires, only replacements, very disappointing!!

Oil change was fine. But 30 seconds after you pull your car in, they put a cabin filter on the counter and say you need a new cabin filter. It takes at least 10 minutes to get it out I ve done it. You have to remove the glove, compartment, carpeting, and panel on my vehicle. Other places do the same thing. They show you a picture of a dirty cabin filter. But it s not yours; they are not going through the trouble of taking it out just to show you.Service: Oil change

They took us right away and the wait wasn't that long at all maybe half an hour. They were Very helpful, kind and polite. I would definitely recommend them to friends, family and anyone else who needs their oil changed and everything else They do. MIDAS Wanted to overcharge us and keep The car Same thing with Pep boys. They just wanted to Overcharge Us!!! I'm NEVER GOING TO THEM EVER AGAIN!!! JIFFY LUBE #371 ON HWY 35 is most definitely our place to go when we need something done to our car. They take care of our vehicle and us with Kindness and Care.

Service was quick considering that I have an RV. I had a coupon which I got from their website. If you don't have a coupon, get one before you go or in their parking lot. I didn't give 5 because Windows Not clean. I expected at least the front where its just lije a van. Also tires not inflated. I am annoyed that the Receipt shows 'Declined'. Not True. Their air hose connection would not fit through hub cub. Could have removed hub cap. I didn't bother to check the rear wheels but I should have. Those could have been filled no problem.

Very unprofessional and boarder line rude. Came for an oil change with AUDI Q8. First they told me I have to bring my own filter or call next time in advance to make sure they have it available. Even tho I changed oil twice there they could not provide any help. Called twice and both times they refused to provide info over the phone asking to come again for them to check if filter is available. Looks like they are swimming in business and do not care even a bit about returning customers.

i could not believe how quickly they got my oil change done, i expected to sit for 1/2 hour after the told me to go wait in lounge (nice) , which was very comfortable ,watched some deal or no deal, it was positive vibes all the way around such a friendly atmoshere, and it seemed it only took 15-20 minutes,if that, then hey called me and walla it was done WOW!! awesome job . a place i will go for my cars needs thank you "Jiffy Lube #371"Service: Oil change

I went in and got an oil change. After I went to my next location, I came out and my battery died. I called the Jiffy Lube back and told them about the battery. They offered to come out and jump my car so that I can come back to the shop and they can replace the battery. They did this after hours and didn't have to do it. Trying to take people for a joke. $220 for a special synthetic oil change. Dealer charges $210 with tax. If you re smart, calculate the cost then compare to their price. I even had my own filter.Full synthetic 0w-20 $30/5 qt.Car takes 10 qts$60, add labor, another $60 max$120 plus tax, reasonable.$220? Please fire these people you have working there for the attempted rip off.

I've brought my car here twice and both times the staff have been friendly, helpful and efficient! The manager John was also helpful in advising me on how to handle an issue with my tires caused by a different establishment, which saved me a lot of money. DO NOT go to this Hazlet Jiffy Lube. When I got the oil change, I was told that the cabin filter needed to be changed so I agreed to have it changed. Couple days later, I took the car in to the dealership for a recall, they did a courtesy check and found out the cabin filter was the wrong size. I had no choice but to change it once again. Today I went back to Jiffy Lube to show them all the paperwork with the dealer stating wrong cabin filter size , Jiffy Lube refused to give me a refund with an attitude. They kept saying they are as good as the dealership. Let me tell you, it is not the same, just the customer services part is already a big different. Also surprisingly, my dealer charges less on an oil change than this Jiffy Lube plus a complimentary car wash too. Yes, Jiffy Lube is fast on oil change but I would double think to get anything else done there.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Kevin did my oil change ,clean neat and professional. RAHQUIELL THE MGR WAS AWESOME. DIDNT TRY TO PRESSURE ME INTO ANYTHING. AND MADe ME FEEL LIKE A VALUED CUSTOMER
