Family Service Center is a great shop for someone looking for a mechanic and doesn t want to be overcharged. The owner is a great person who works with you to find a solution that works and fits your budget.The owner, "Terry" is an outstanding individual who works hard to service the needs of his customers. If you are looking for a service station that will not rip you off, you have found your man. I can't overstate this enough. Really!! Terry is an honorable person. I have the highest regard for him and the business he runs. He gets 5-Stars...easy and I don't give out 5-stars easily. I can't recommend this business enough.Understand that this is a smaller shop and does not handle large jobs such as engine changes or other involved jobs. However, I HIGHLY recommend Family Service Center. You will agree once you have experienced their service excellence!!

Cannot say enough good things about this place, everyone that works there is kind and friendly and willing to explain things to you so that you understand a whole lot better. If you need work done on your car or a simple oil change this is the place to go.

I had a great experience at Family Service Center. I prefer doing business with family owned shops. I feel they, most times, have more integrity and are more trustworthy. I found Family Service Center by accident, but I will definitely be returning.

Great place. Honest, timely and friendly. They take the time to explain the problem and what it takes to complete. I didn't feel pressured to "get new wipers" or to "get new brakes". They give you a true understanding of what is going on and what to expect. It was a pleasure working with them. I highly recommend this family business and I will be doing business with them again.

I can t say enough about the whole crew. The owners and the workers are top notch. They are honest and charge fair pricing. They never will try and gauge. Plus any work done is high quality, my family and I have never had an issue with any job done to our cars. I highly recommend them. Dianne :)

I am new to the area and was in desperate need of an honest and good mechanic. The brothers here are the perfect solution. I dropped off my 2015 jetta after getting multiple end of the road diagnosis. These guys fixed the issue without any problems or anything. It was unbelievable!!! The best part is...the cost was beyond minimal. I will recommend Family Auto to anyone and everyone. The car is running perfectly!!!! The best mechanics in the Hazlet area and reasonably priced! They are thorough and explain the problem and the solution in laymen's terms. I went to Family Service Center for many years before I moved out of state. The guys there are honest and thorough with their work on cars. If I ever had a car emergency, the guys would do their best to fit me in their schedule. Highly recommended.

This place is very honest and will never do something that you don't need. Most honest repair shop I've ever been too. Came in to get my car tuned up and get new rotors and brake pads changed. They were able to find an additional problem with my coolant system and repaired that by the next day. Terry and his crew are very Honest and hard working people. These are the people that are difficult to find. The most honest and skilled mechanics I have ever dealt with. Terry and Greg are real people who treat their customers like family and won t take a dime unless its earned. They never push services unless you need it and consult with you before doing anything. I will be using Family Service for all my repairs and maintenance in the future.

One of those old time auto service shops that you hope to find. Not fancy at all, but that's where the charm is. Family owned , very honest people. They smile, explain things, and go the extra mile for you. Definitely a hidden gem. Good prices also...They know their stuff...
