This is THE BEST auto repair shop around! Greatest customer service and extremely fair prices! Carmen and Cassandra were very helpful and the mechanics did the very best work that they could to take care of my vehicle. Highly recommend these guys, my car is running great again!! Yeah this place is the real deal people. I thought I had a problem with my transmission after taking my Jeep to 2 mechanics and AAMCO figured out it was a problem with the throttle body and fixed is perfectly. If you want your problem solved and fixed, go here.

I will be the first to admit that whenever I have to bring my car to a mechanic I am always on edge. However this was not the case here. The friendly staff were courteous, attentive and answered all my questions. One of the mechanics notice I was nervous about how bad the problem was and was nice enough to take me out side and look over the car with me. Before I left my car in their hands they made sure I was at ease. When I picked it up the next day my jeep was running like new. Thank you guys you ve earned my business and you will be seeing me again.

Had issues with electronic parking brake and module. Water intrusion in module is what it turned out to be. Tech diagnosed it, received call about the problem and how much to fix it. Told them to go for it and got my vehicle back with a year warranty on the work done. Little above budget but it had to be done. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service. Brought my jeep in to their shop with a clutch problem. Cassandra and her team informed me of some additional issues during the overall assessment. Great communication the entire time the vehicle was in the shop. My vehicle needed to have the Transmission replaced. I was referred to Aamco of Hazlet by my brother. The experience was awesome ! Very friendly atmosphere with talented people.My car runs like new ... Highly recommend !

Had a terrible experience with another shop but these ladies at AAMCO took perfect care of my car. Fixed all my issues. My car is running great now. They are awesome. I would recommend everyone take their car here!!!

I m an out of towner and had to come here for a trans fluid leak. Cassandra, and the other young lady, I wish I knew her name. Were so nice and helpful. If I lived here I would definitely give them my business.

I recently went to AAMCO Hazlet for my check engine light, what great service from front to back! Sometimes I find it hard to be a women in a mostly all male car repair world, but this has changed and I felt comfortable greeted by two fantastic knowledgeable women! Everyone here was courteous, respectful and very professional. Cassandra and Danielle were very pleasant and made my experience a lot better. They kept me up to date about the work that was done to my car. I live over a half an hour away but I would come back again and again. Took my plate number but not my VIN code, also didn t give me a price estimate which is the first time I have ever came across such a strange business practice. Chose a shop that provides a price list instead.

This place has the best service ever. Mike was such a big help on the phone and in person, He s very sociable and holds a great conversation. When helping me check out, he explained about some of the little fixes I would need on my car, and made it easy for me to understand. My parents', 2011 Mazda 3 was in for multiple transmission codes diagnostics. Cassandra and her helpful staff did a wonderful job with a thorough examination of the car so we could decide on repairs or replacement. They were honest and thorough. We never felt pressure to make a decision. Cassandra was very kind and even offered my dad ar ride home when he was stuck. DO NOT WAST MONEY AND TIME HERE. NEVER TRUST THIS STORE.I'm planning to contact "Consumer Complaint Against a Business" and "Better Business Bureau" today.I had Check Engine light in the car. They told me - the transmission was dead.I asked the CHEAPEST, or temporary repair( it was my only car), which they told me (only) was -Replace it with a used transmission- 2400 $ and no warranty.or rebuilt transmission - 3340$I went to Toyota's official service, and GUESS WHAT - I was told the cheapest solution could be changing the fluid - 370$.(Which AAMCO never mentioned at all; I payed for diagnostic, I didn't got full information)I changed the fluid by MYSELF - 38$ (include filter)and IT WORKED:- Drives like New- All codes are gone; ( I didn't delete codes, it was gone itself).In AAMCO there is not a bad customer service, they don't have it at all.They refused to refund my loss. and told me the transmission MAY stop next week or next month :Dyes, We may die any day or MAY NOT.The question was: What COULD be the cheapest solution, which I could try at least, which gave me Toyota,I would not spent so much money for uber and would not buy new car in rush in last one month, if they were honest, helpful, everything would be nice. BUT THEY ARE NOT.

I was able to drop off my vehicle during the evening hours which was convenient. They kept me informed all throughout the time my vehicle was in their possession. Very friendly and professional. I brought my car in for a check up and they found a few issues. I agreed with most of the work and had it done. The job I refused was over $1000. Good thing I refused because that wasn't the issue. They misdiagnosed my car. Sent me out on the road with a much bigger issue and kept my car for 6 days to do a job most shops would have done in a day. my car is now at another shop having the real issue repaired and told me I'm lucky I didn't lose my engine.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic

Brought my car in for brakes and rotors and Cassandra and Michael took very good care of the car as though it was there. Kept me updated for anything else that needed to be done and also was able to give me the prices along the way so there was no surprise when the car was picked up.
