I would recommend Scully s Autobody to anyone who need damage on their car repaired. John guided me step by step from contacting insurance to getting a rental car. I used Scully s Auto Body almost two weeks ago and had a great experience. I never write reviews but felt it was worth my time to do so. I was happy to see that Scully s has 20+ years of experience working with Toyota and is a certified Toyota shop. I visited another shop that seemed nervous to work on my car as it is a 2020 Highlander and wanted me to go through insurance in case they made a mistake. Really! I was out of there.Besides Scully s doing great work and my car looking as if it was never hit I was most impressed with how serious the owner John is taking CDC guidelines due to COVID-19. He greeted me with a mask, took a picture of my registration to give me a price quote and expressed payment by credit card would only be taken over the phone. I appreciated the precautions to keep everyone safe during these times. The other 2 shops I visited definitely did not take these precautions. When my car was returned I also noticed a sticker on my rear view mirror that indicated my car had been disinfected with a product that last up to a month. Nice..If the need arises I will definitely use Scully s Auto Body again and would highly recommend. My car was ready a day before the date promised so that was a nice plus.Needless to say I am a happy customer. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Scullys is the best....I have a white dodge ram truck that is a difficult color match and the paint was a perfect match. Everything was perfect. The staff is great....John and Mark are the best and the painter Mark and Body man Joe are all so excellent at what they do......Highly recommend them!!!!!!!!!!Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I got rear ended in mid August and my 2017 Honda Civic was so bad that I was thinking about just selling it for scraps! I took my car to Scully s in early September and he took care of the insurance and he made sure that I wouldn t be scammed and within a week and a half of first meeting Scully my insurance was ready to cover everything when at first they only wanted to give me about half of what the cost of the repair would be. I dropped my car off at Scullys and within 2 weeks it was back to perfection and it looked brand new again! I recommend Scullys to anyone who needs to fix their car! He will not scam you of try to take advantage of you he will do everything he can to make sure that you get the best prices possible! My husband and I got rearended on a Saturday and our car was beat up pretty bad. When I called Scully's Monday morning, John Scully talked to me personally, was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and clear. Answered all my questions before I even had a chance to ask them. Knew all the ins and outs of the insurance process and then some. I was naturally stressed about the situation but after talking to him I felt a hundred times better. Throughout the process, John treated me like I was his only customer even though they get plenty of business, never made me feel like I was bothering them. Car looks brand new now. My experience dealing with Scully Auto Body is excellent. The company takes pride in ensuring that the customers are taken care of both in terms of the company's professional work performance, as well as with other services involved. This is an Auto Body that I have no problem recommending prospective customers. Their workmanship and services are Scully Auto Body par excellence!

One of the most unprofessional disrespectful business I have ever come across, the office manager has no business skills or people skills whatsoever does not know how to talk or treat his customers uses foul language and has no concern of someone standing at his desk for 20 minutes while he argues on the phone with the other line. I would never ever ever recommend this body shop to anyone .Not sure if he was the owner or just a worker but he needs to get fired ASAP, he should not work in any customer service position ever. you know the business is not run right when the workers complain about how much of a disrespectful man their boss is.

Best service I have ever experienced with my car! I had damage to my bumpers and fenders.... you can't even tell there was damage after the great job Scullys auto body did to my car. Great service !

the guy that left the one star is a fake. fake news. there is no manager only the owner. the owner does not argue with customers. 41 years 31,000 extremely happy customers. UL rating 99.9%
