Purchased a 2012 Volvo XC90R in Jan and had it shipped to my home. When I drove it to work the next day, the Check Engine Light came on. After much back and forth over many weeks, the dealer refused to pay for any expenses to resolve the issue. The vehicle was either insufficiently tested, or they knowingly sold a defective

My wife and I just purchased our second Volvo from Paul's. We had the true pleasure of working with Fred Hammond and he could not have been friendlier, more helpful, or more professional. Our entire experience was exceptional and we will definitely be returning to Paul's for our service needs as well as future vehicle purchases. If you're looking for something different than the typical dealer in all the right ways, Paul's and their terrific staff are it.

I had a great experience purchasing my Volvo at Paul's Volvo in Hawthorne. There was no hassle as you get with a lot of dealerships. The purchasing process was expeditious, simple and straightforward. The Sales people are helpful and informative. They followed up with me after also. The warranty and maintenance on the vehicle is fantastic. The service department is friendly. I have no problem getting an appointment for maintenance fairly soon after I call. I recommend Paul's Volvo if you are interested in purchasing a Volvo. I love my Volvo.

I bought my volvo 60 from Paul's Motor in 2016. I returned their recently for a service check for the summer. The service was quick and very easy and the wait was comfortable. Love this place and Paul is such a nice guy I had the pleasure of meeting him today and they definitely treat you as if they were your family. I will definitely be bringing in my 1999 Volvo S80 T6 in to have my work done on it!!

Paul's Motors is a full service Volvo dealership. The sales staff are knowledgeable and patient, providing excellent deals in a no-pressure atmosphere. The service department is outstanding as well, addressing problems and routine care efficiently and skillfully. I highly recommend Paul's for the superior quality of their staff, facility, and automobiles.

I've been a customer of Paul's Volvo for approximately ten years. There are so many great compliments to pay. What sets Paul's apart, in my opinion, is that the people genuinely care. I think that caring culture was established and nurtured by Paul Sr. The service department is very accommodating with scheduling. I always receive thoughtful advice from the service manager Jim. And Chris Corrigan is the consummate sales professional; he's trustworthy and honest which are two adjectives that aren't often associated with automobile sales. I will happily continue to purchase and service my Volvo cars at Paul's.

The team of Paul s Volvo was transparent, responsive and very helpful throughout the purchase process. Their Sales Manager, Chris Corrigan, provided me with a wonderful delivery experience. Took my volvo here for routine maintenance, big mistake.Please BEWARE before taking your car here. Their mechanics made a lot of mistakes and did a very sloppy job on the work, in addition to upselling you and will tell you your car needs repairs it doesn't so that their business can make more money.Took weeks to get in touch with the owner Paul Junior about the issues I was having with my car. When I finally got a chance to speak with him, he was extremely rude, unprofessional, and deceitful. Blaming me and gaslighting me for the new issues my car had and wasn't even willing to work with me on the issue. They just denied, denied, denied.I learned my lesson and and was left with a bad taste in my mouth after dealing with this place it took me a while to even write this review.Please think twice before taking your vehicle to Paul's Volvo because if they did this to me, it could easily be done to you.

Let me start by saying I didn't purchase or lease a car at Pauls. In fact, I didn't purchase or lease a Volvo but I did stop at Paul's to test drive one. I appreciate the time the sales associate took to explain the vehicle and the pricing behind the car. Very transparent on price and professional throughout the test drive. In the end, I wasn't in love with the vehicle but if you're looking for a Volvo and you want experienced sales/management, this is your place to go.

I was not optimistic about my search for a new car. I knew I wanted a Volvo I just wasn't sure I wanted to deal with any dealership.I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with the service I received from Chris C. He was professional and low key- I never felt pressured or annoyed.The follow up has been exceptional.I would certainly return to this dealership for future purchases

The level of customer service is top notch. Everyone is incredibly friendly, they treat you like family. My sales person Chris corrigan makes car shopping a pleasant experience by putting the customer first and making the process as easy as possible. This is my third Volvo lease with Chris and Paul's Volvo, I don't even bother looking elsewhere for a car because of the level of integrity and trust conveyed at this dealership

Every time I visit Paul's Volvo everyone is so pleasant and genuine. I work with many car dealers in my business and Paul's is tops!! I can understand why they have such high ratings. They truly care of about customers.

Purchasing vs Owning....Purchasing my 2017 Volvo from Paul s Volvo was a quick and easy process. The sales representative was respectful and accommodating. Living in New York and buying in New Jersey was new to me, but I wanted the car I wanted and therefore had to go to New Jersey. I was able to test drive multiple cars, to check them over at my leisure, and to come to a reasonable price for the car. There was none of that let me talk to my manager nonsense and all financing paperwork was completed quickly with the sales representative.However within two weeks of picking up my car I discovered various issues. Although it is a pre-owned 2017, in my opinion since it was bought from a dealership there shouldn t have been any issues, as I am to believe and to hope these cars are reviewed before being put up for sale again.I will begin positively by stating that the Service Department quickly made an appointment that fit my schedule and provided me with a loaner car (since I had to travel a distance).Negatively, none of the work I brought it in for was fixed. All issues were found as no fault found . The tinting, for which I paid extra, had bubbles on the rear window, the car was pulling to the right, and there was an absolutely annoying noise in the driver s seat. I wasted two days, money on tolls, and gas going back and forth only to have nothing resolved.The following week, I made an appointment at a Long Island Volvo Service department. The noise was found and fixed, the alignment was completed, and they found the front rotors needed to be replaced.(I should have done this from the beginning, but since I just purchased the car at Paul s Volvo I wanted to give Paul s Volvo the opportunity to fix these issues.)These issues were all alarming since it was a car bought from a Volvo dealership with a service department and not from some random person or from some no-named used car lot.The work was completed at the Long Island Volvo dealership and thankfully the issues were covered by my warranty, except for the alignment. Annoyed I had to pay for a repair only 5 weeks of owning the car? Of course, but it had to be done.After all the extra expenses, here s hoping nothing else goes wrong........

They helped me with a problem when no one would see me. It turned out to be just a glitch in the system. But other places would have had me waiting for days over a quick fix and have me worrying that I am driving an unsafe car in the process. Mike is wonderful and so are all their people. Exceptional! Paul's service dept. is the best it has ever been. Mike the service manager makes repairs and service to your car a pleasant experience. He deals with problems effortlessly and focuses on making the customer happy. I have been buying Volvos at Pauls for the past 30 years.

We have bought at least 10 volvos from Paul's And Chris Corrigan. They are amazing. Chris is extremely helpful. There is no stress, pressure or stuffiness at Paul's. Only 1 time in 20 years did we buy a volvo from another dealer (closer to our new home)! Never again, what a difference in service! Paul's and Chris really do go the extra something to make a car purchase easy, fun, and stress free.

I don't care where you shop nowadays cars have become very expensive. Volvos are no exception so what I look for is an easy no pressure sales experience, a fair price and excellent service. That's exactly what you will get at Paul's. This dealer is conveniently located just off Route 208.

I was able to setup the purchase in 1 day and work out all the details through a few emails. Great pricing on first pass. I only needed to stay in their office for about 10 minutes then we got going in the car. This is exactly what you want from a car buying experience.

Volvo dealer for 50+ years..When you need something done, they will do it right and guarantee it..Still going strong after all these years..I just had an oil and filter changed. They did it in 30 minutes...Just great service!!!

Paul's Volvo is a rare car dealership in this millennium with genuine sales, personal interest in your car needs from Chris and continued service from Jim and staff. Both our extended families have bought Volvos from Pauls' Motors for the past 16+ years! Kudos to this establishment - highly recommended for all your VOLVO car purchases - new and certified!

They replaced my battery twice in 1 year and asked me to go in 5 times plus and gave me various reasons of why battery kept dying. When the battery died again this month, I called them and they told me because 1. the last replacement was out of warrantee(that is because the one within warrantee lasted for 9 months) they are not responsible for it. 2. Plus they don't have record for 2016-2017 period, And 3. they recently quitted Volvo system(no longer Volvo authorized dealer) . I have no further comment given they have wiped off all their trail or relavance.To be fair the staff I met were friendly their but they just don't seem to be able to solve the problem.Pls try your best to avoid this dealership if you want to save time and money!

We just picked up a used 07 CX 70. The condition of the vehicle is incredible ... clean and spotless. The car exceeded any of our expectations and are very pleased to have had the opportunity to deal with a great salesman by the name of Chris Corrigan. His confidence and professional attitude was assuring to us in that we were getting a true value. This is not the first time we have dealt with "Pauls" as we have owned two volvos from there. The difference this time is that we drove 4 hours, from Central PA, to get this kind of experience ... and ... we were not disappointed !! Thank you Paul and Chris.

I can make this easy for everyone - the service is flawless. I really mean that. We walked out of a Ford dealership where I was ready to buy Ford Explorer and I've never been happier to spend *more* money then I was after getting my XC90 at Pauls Volvo. I'd recommend talking to Chris C. if you can - excellent to work with.
