Worst customer service ever. Prices are ridiculously high only gave it one star because couldn't give NO stars. Don't do business here they do not honor returns but quick to take your money. Bad business people.

Never have I seen such a an experienced staff and customer service before the service at AutoZone is better I'm the Chief Operating Officer of my company which purchase is a lot of Auto Parts from this one and we deliberately come and pick up the parts in order to save time which that completely defeated the purpose due to the lack of correlation between the pickup and parts being pulled upon arrival then when I State my complaint I was told quote it is what it is there's nothing you can do about it and I also get a phone call from my office that there is no reason why I should have been upset it's funny because they tried to call the boss the complain about the boss next time you complain about the boss make sure you're not calling the boss and by the way I have no problem with getting my auto parts anywhere else the sales and service staff or uneducated Young kids who have no experience in the automotive industry and or customer service and probably have never worked a day in their life

Horrible just Horrible there are some nice people who work there but the manager micro manages he's lazy and doesn't know how to run anything I knew some people who worked there and they were not happy and if you work in the office the co worker is a kiss up and lazy too I knew people who worked there and they were discriminated against for being ill and the manager will discriminate you bottom line don't do business with this company
