When I tell you this was the most hassle free experience I ve ever had in buying a car that is no joke. I live in long island and when I was initially interested in a Honda that I had my eyes on they went above and beyond to make sure I got in to the car I wanted they even delivered the car all the way from NJ for me . Alexis, Kevin, everyone at this dealership was so professional and down to earth , a lot of other dealerships can learn a million and one things from you guys on how to do business, and I thank you all so much for the smooth experience you guys gave me I would recommend any and everyone I know and I honestly won t be going anywhere else once I am thinking about changing my car you guys have a customer for life.

Bought my first car here! After having it for three months already, I can say I m so happy I went to this dealership. The car is amazing, runs good, and was extremely easy to buy because of the great people in the office. I was in and out in no time, with everything I needed and all my questions answered. I was expecting my first experience buying a car to be difficult and confusing, but like I said the people working in the Cruz Auto office are super pleasant and extremely informative. The interior of the car is in almost brand new condition

Cruz Autos did an amazing job with helping me get the car I wanted. It was a really smooth process and clearly explained everything that I signed. He answered all of my questions, texts, phone calls quickly and fully. I would recommend this place at any given time excellent experience with Alexis I wish I can give more than 5 star this dealer definitely need like 10- 20 stars congratulations to this great car dealer and team for a great sincere and family oriented place.. The transparency from step 1 to finalizing a deal with this company is something a lot of auto shops lack. They deliver on their promises with no hidden fees or fine print. They truly care about their customer experience and make sure to inform you each step of the way on all the details and updates. Hands down this place is amazing, they will find you the best deals there is for the vehicle you want and more importantly if you have any questions or issues the owner Alex will absolutely go above and beyond and out of his way to make sure you get all that is needed. Definitely would recommend getting your car here the staff is amazing and even help find the best deals for insurance.

My husband and I were looking for a car and we had some bad experiences shopping in other dealerships. We happened to go to Cruz's auto shop and I have to tell you that they are amazing. Kevin and Will were phenomenal. From the moment we got in they treated us with respect. They answered all our questions and took our time with us. When we wanted to take the car so our mechanic to see if it was a good investment, Kevin took the car to the mechanic himself and called with the report. Once that was done, he noticed that there was something that needed to be fixed and they took care of it. Lastly, when purchasing the car, they explained the entire process and it was so easy to purchase from them. They went the extra mile for us. Will even took the car to register for us and delivered the vehicle. I wish I could give these young men 10 stars. They were amazing .

For the past couple of years I have been searching the internet for the right BMW M3 and I finally found it at Cruz Auto LLC!!From start to finish the crew at Cruz Auto was a delight to work with. Angelina definitely went above and beyond with this transaction.This was my first time buying a vehicle over the internet and everything went as smooth as possible. Angelina and the owner of Cruz Auto LLC Alex did everything they could to please me and for that I give them So if your in the market for a new / used car in the tri-state area I highly recommend checking them out!!

Came to buy a cheap car cash and I saw they had a good one online. It was so easy to do business here, no hassles and they registered the car for me even though I was out of state from New Jersey. Very good experience

My review is overdue because I bought my car a year ago. I was nervous because they are a small dealership but the way they conduct business beats a lot of these so called franchise dealerships I will continue to give them my business and recommend them.

I went online and was looking for an affordable pick up truck and found this dealership. I called scheduled an appointment and everything was straightforward. Price was exactly what they said no bait and switch and customer service was great. Very good experience.

I bought a 2007 used Toyota Prius from Cruz Autos, after seeing it listed on CarFax. The car was in pretty good condition for 139K miles and 16 years old. Several things about Cruz Autos impressed me very much:The people there really work together as a team, Starting with Willy, who showed us the car, explained how to start and drive a Prius, and took us for the test drive, to Angelina the highly competent person who handles the administrative side of things, to Alexis, the boss, who made sure to show us everything else about the car, including minor defects, and agreed to guarantee that the car would pass New York inspection.During the NY inspection a problem with the headlights was discovered; searching online showed this is a common problem for 2006-2009 Priuses with HID headlights. Alexis immediately agreed to have his garage replace the problem headlights at no cost to me.Conclusion: buying a used car from Cruz Autos was a very satisfactory experience.

I never leave reviews on Google but I felt this was necessary. I am so glad I came here. The staff was extremely helpful and super friendly. I highly recommend coming here. Angelina was a pleasure to speak with as well as everyone I crossed paths with. Cruz Autos is where it s at!!!!

Good people are hard to find but a good used car dealership? ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE! until I came to Cruz Autos. The reviews are true, I wouldn t go anywhere else.10/10

Excellent service! I was anxious about getting into a used car. After looking around at several car dealerships, Cruz Auto was definitely the right choice. They had the car I was looking for and I was even able to leave with it the same day! No sale gimmicks. They were extremely professional and made the process so easy and hassle free. I would definitely recommend.

Had an amazing experience here! My situation was a little bit difficult but they stuck with me and made it Happen! Excellent patience and treated me and my family like it was their family. I would definitely recommend to anyone out there trying to get a vehicle. If I can give 10 starts I would.

We were looking to buy a car from Cruz Autos and put down a $500 refundable deposit. The car was going to be inspected at a dealership but we ended up deciding it wasn't the right time to make a purchase. They refunded our deposit less the cost of the inspection which is fair. When we're again in the market for a car we'll definitely check them out again
