I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Nuno for being responsive, reassuring, honorable to his word, hard working and able to explain to me what was going on regarding my vehicle.For a while I noticed an unsettling change with my car and I was desperate to find a local mechanic. I am so fortunate that the nearest mechanic near me was Mr. Costas shop. He is fair with his pricing and handles his cases with a sense of urgency, your needs will be met in the event that you may need your car serviced. Never have I ever had such a smooth experience in regard to auto repair, I highly recommend.Service: Auto engine tuning

Nuno is very Knowledgeable and a Serious Professional Mechanic, he is very clear on how much is going to charge for the diagnosis and also the time that he will have available for your car, since he is always busy and have tons of cars that he services every day. Once he diagnosed your car, then he tells you the problems with your car, how much is going to cost to repair it, how long is going to take to repair it and if you would like to proceed with fixing it or not. He charges very fair for the quality of work he does, I took my car there and the price was good for the quality of work he did.

Got all my brakes replaced here ( front + back), with rotors as well as brake pads. Was happy with the job at that time. Moved to another state. 7 months later, I started hearing driver side brake squeaking sound. Checked with my mechanic, turned out the brake pad for that side was not changed, and got fully used up. While other front passenger side brake pad is almost new. Lost brake rotor in the process. Ended up spending more money in my brakes.

I would advise to not go to this mechanic, I went for my car's shocks replacement. They told me that transmission coolant line also needed fixing as well. I don't know how it happened as I hadn't noticed any coolant leaking before I took my car to the shop. Long story short they gave me very high estimate and when I asked for some discount they instead increased the estimate and were extremely rude and disrespectful. Next day I took my car to another shop and had everything fixed in almost half of the price.

My car wouldn't start one morning before work. I contacted Costa and they were prompt, professional, and very fair. Great service, great price, would definitely recommend.

Called this auto repair shop because I had just run over a nail and needed a tire repaired/patched ASAP. I called and was informed they "dont do tires." Great!

I LEFT MY CAR FOR REPAIR AT COSTA'S AUTO REPAIR.THE ANTIFREEZE RESERVOIR WAS BROKEN, IT NEED TO BE REPLACED.(NOT A BIG DEAL).MR. ARMINDO COSTA, OWNER OF THE SHOP , RECOMMENDED TO REPLACE BOTH THERMOSTATS, AND WATER PUMP, WHICH I ACCEPT ...I PURCHASED THE PARTS AT BMW DEALER, AND BRING THEM TO MR. COSTA'S SHOP.THIS COMPLAINT IS BECAUSE HE REFUSE TO PROVIDE ME A DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT THE LABOR THAT HE PERFORM ON MY VEHICLE.MR. COSTA JUST GIVE ME AN INVOICE WITH THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $497.55.HE DIDN'T SHOW TO CUSTOMERS THE PER HOUR LABOR RATE, HE DON'T WANT TO DISCUSS HOW LONG IT TOOK TO REPLACE THE ITEMS MENTIONED ABOVE ON MY VEHICLE,THERE ARE SIGNS OF VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX,ALL OVER ,BUT HE REFUSE TO ACCEPT MY DEBIT CARD FOR PAYMENT, CASH ONLY... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.....

This Man is a true auto repair guy that doesn't provide you repairs that you don't need, i was told by a mechanic to have my transmission replaced and had a second opinion from Costa he said everything is good saved me $$$$.
