Was able to save a good amount on brake work compared to a quote from a chain auto repair shop. Even drove to my house to retrieve a part I had forgotten to leave with my car. A pleasure to do business with them and support a local shop!

Appending to my earlier positive review of two years ago. I trusted this place with my car for 2 years with no issue, and I don't know what happened to them this year. I brought my car there on Monday because there had been a clunking sound coming from the left side when I was parking that kept getting worse over a month. I drive on highways every day and did not feel safe driving it, so the owner told me he would squeeze it in Monday and took a look at it. It took 2 days for him to get the parts in and it wasn't fixed until Wednesday, and I had to hound them every few hours to get updates. He told me that I needed new struts and it was an $1,800 dollar bill - half my monthly paycheck - which I paid in full. I picked up the car and when I brought it home and parked it, the sound was still there. I called the owner and he said they didn't have enough time to test drive it and that they were rushed since I needed the car back, even though the technician said it was finished and when I picked it up it was just sitting in a parking spot - not being test driven. I took it to Nissan the next day and they diagnosed the issue: a backing plate was bent over the rotor. Nissan told me it had been bent by whomever did front end work on it - and I had brought the car only to RPG for previous work (a plastic flap hanging from the bottom of the car, as well as previous tire rotations and general maintenance) before the sound started. I am furious that the issue was misdiagnosed and that I was charged $1,800 for new struts that I probably did not need right away, then had to pay Nissan and extra $100 to have it fixed correctly. Unfortunately my business is absolutely done with this place and I will no longer recommend them.

The RPG team is great. My wife and I have had both our vehicles thru the shop for simple fix , right down thru engine / drivetrain overhaul. The owner is top notch, experienced, fair, and tackles even the most exotic vehicle jobs that most other shops would turn away. Did a awesome job installing my subwoofer and amp. Not a bad price at all and was pretty quick too. I would recommend for sure!

I am a visiting Nurse. Today i am around in this town. I live 40 miles away. My tires happened to have nail on it and already flat tire. Search around the area and this is the closest. About 1:30 pm today this young man(i wish i got his name) fix my tire for about less than 10 mins. When he found out i am a visiting Nurse he did it for free for me. What a gentleman. Such a nice place. I would go back here anytime if only i am close to the area.
