Called before I could tell him what I need. I got put on hold then they never picked back up. Call back and the guy said didn't I put you on hold. Total useless. Do your self a favor call a different store.

My husband sent me to advance auto tonight to purchase sparkplugs an air filter and oil filter The nice sales person Robert was very helpful and informed me that my truck took 16 spark plugs me and my husband thought that the truck only had 8 sparkplugs Robert thoroughly explained that each cylinder took 2 sparkplugs he grabbed the 7 quarts of oil that the truck took and the oil filter with air filter he was so very nice and helpful advance auto needs more Robert's

I was inside the store on Friday with my brother who is hearing impared the nice salesperson Robert took his time to help my brother find the part he was looking for Robert found the part for my brother and I want to give him an 100% review

Jason and another guy never got his name tried to help me out with a wheel lug issue. Even though it didn t work I applaud them for great customer service.

After discussing the situation on Thursday night over the phone and then finally going in Saturday morning for a warranty Part, the associate and commercial manager that helped was patient and professional in finding the right part I was so relieved and happy that I deal with advanced Auto in hammonton New Jersey. They cared enough to take the time .

The shrill Spanish lady needs to be fired! Obviously doesn t like doing her job, gets nasty at the drop of a dime. Claims she the general manager of the store yet lacks every ounce of common decency and knowledge of her job title. But I see from the reviews this is common for her and the store owner doesn t care. Sad! Avoid this location at all cost! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

stay away from this store i posted a review about a situation I had here somehow the review did not post. employee was nasty on the phone claimed to be manager and hung phone up. manager was suppose to call me she never called me back. You would think they care obviously not. regional manager must be on vacation never got a call from them neither.

The service at this location just keeps getting worse! Went in to pick up parts ordered over the weekend and Omar said he knew nothing about the parts ordered because he didn t take the order. He made no effort what so ever to even look to see if my parts were on the shelf. I asked to speak to management and was met with silence from all 3 associates. Finally another associate looked on the shelf and found my parts and took care of me. Finally the associate that did look for the parts informed me there was no management in the store at the time. This was 3:50pm why was there no management in the store?This is not my first issue with this store I ve just been pushed to the point where it needs to be publicly known this store needs better management. I gave 2 stars because their prices beat most on the area.

Employees, especially woman with long hair is always on her phone during visits. Never welcomes customers. The store is dirty. Floors are black as if it wasn t mopped. Smells like seafood. Also a lot of bad language. Employees were always sitting n it would take a long time for customers to get acknowledged... No employee asked if i needed help. Also when I asked for help Employees seemed completely bothered....

I purchased parts online and had to return them. I called the 1800 number to see where I could return them and they said any store. Well I went to the Hammonton Advanced and the Spanish girl at the front had a very bad attitude problem. At first she said I dont know if you can return them, I cant find them in my system. I told her I already called corporate and they said I could return at any store and I had the receipt and order number and thed parts were new never opened. This person I would not let run a dog house. She is very unprofessional and has a severe attitude. I spend alot of money every year at advanced and I am done I will not purchase another item from them. Corporate needs to go to these stores and see how they are being run. Plus on top of that I asked her if they have any drop lamps for working under the hood she showed me where theffy were at but had a huge attitude and when I asked this is all you have she told me to go to Tractor Sluppy they have them!!!!! Very Sad I can see this being the first Auto Parts Store Chain going under.

Did the hours change because it says 8 PM on the window. I tried to open the door at 7:39 and it was already locked yet all lights were still on. Seems like someone doesn't want to do their job over there. How do they still HAVE a job?

wow i was just reading some of the reviews looks like nothing has changed in this store with how the employees are. I guess when you have cant even get a call back from the manager or regional manager I see why nothing has changed in the store I will definitely not shop at this store again.

The representative Alyassa found everything that I requested and was quick too. She was polite and asked if there was anything else I needed. Great customer service and the store was very organized too. Will go back again.

Apparently this store doesnt follow the updates that come from corporate! Every other advanced (who dont have my part only this store does) got the memo and are open till eight. Not this one they have a hand written sign saying theryre closed at 6pm. THANKS A LOT!!!

I've owned an Auto Shop I'm the area before I could not count on them to answer the phone when I called or have any knowledge of the parts o requested. Also it took them 6 months to have their local representative stop by my shop to set up my Commercial account. I was very disappointed and purchased all my equipment fr a different vendor.

I called this morning 4/16/2016, enquiring about a battery for my truck; A representative took my call. He identified himself as Shane or Shawn; As I voiced my uncertainty of purchasing an upgraded battery or not, this individual was very short and rude in a "whatever" attitude reply. I never had a problem with Advanced Auto Parts in Hammonton before in prior visits. I hope this was just an unfortunate one-time isolated incident. Or I will have to take my business elsewhere. Maybe another Advance Auto location.

Store opens late all the time and this day my check engine light came on when they finally open they said they couldn't check it cause there tool was broken yet they sell the very tool customer service is not priority at all thanks for nothing
