They keep you informed every step of the way and fight the insurance companies to get genuine parts and not aftermarket ones. When I picked up my car, it was cleaner than when I dropped it off, inside and out. Everyone there is very nice and their work is impeccable. I highly recommend them!

Had my wife s RAV 4 for a week and did a terrific job. Paint matches perfectly and looks original. They fixed the front corner of the fender and passenger door from 2 separate minor incidents. Insurance wasn t involved yet prices were reasonable compared to Kaliber Collision who s prices were INSANE!Highly recommend!

I had totaled my truck on May 7th and through the insurance company I choose action order based upon their reviews and my brother-in-law's truck being fixed there and they did one heck of a job. They were unable to fix my truck but did a detailed, thorough and honest report for my insurance company. I did not want the truck to be totaled in the guy was completely honest with me and said hey if we fix this I would not let one of my family members drive this truck telling me that it was unsafe even if it was fixed which essentially used my mind knowing that if they're telling me that they wouldn't even give it to their family then it's not safe for me or mine. I don't know if they know how much I appreciate it they're honesty but I really did and will be definitely bringing my hopefully not totaled cars to them for repairs. Thank you again guys

Outstanding customer service--easily the best I've ever experienced dealing with auto repairs or any vehicle related service. Incredibly knowledgeable and great at assisting in the aftermath of a vehicle accident, including dealing with insurance, tow services, and other shops. They relieved me of great stress at a time of great need.The body work on my car is flawless. Looks and feels like new new again--and drives like new, too. Such a well organized operation with great response time. Can't say enough good things about Action Auto Body. They're good, honest people.

I was first given another company to fix my Dad's truck who passed away a couple of years ago. The truck is a 250 Super Duty and they said it would not fix in the bays. I was given Action Auto by a friend and I have to say they their customer service was exceptional and their work was amazing. I am so glad I chose them to fix Dad's vehicle. I will use them for all repairs now. Class Acts! Not to mention the truck is a 2001 and looks awesome!

I had a stuck driver side window. I stopped in to make an appointment. However, someone came out to look at it and ended up fixing it in about 20 minutes. Then, there was no charge

Took my truck here for rust repair last year, gave me price of $1200 for both rocker panels. They changed the price 2 days later and raised it to $2500.Called me 2 days later and said were not interested in doing the job.IF YOU DON'T WANT RUST REPAIR PUT THAT ON YOUR SIGN OUT FRONT.

We dropped off our car Tuesday, picked up on Friday- super fast! They cleaned the car and it looked like new. You would have never known there was damage. Definitely recommend.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

This is a bit late but wanted to rave about Action. Joe and Chris are the best along with their employees. What a fabulous experience they gave me when my Jeep was damaged in a storm. Fixed it like new. Simply the best auto body repair anywhere. I would highly recommend them.

For auto body repair, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Quick quote, best work I have experienced, friendly employees, honest, will arrange a rental. Can't say enough good things. They have done work for me twice, when I was hit. I have referred several friends and family. All extremely happy.

These guys repaired my 2020 Dodge Durango after I was rear ended and did an amazing job. No corners cut at this shop. They have someone devoted to answering calls and questions and are very knowledgeable about dealing with insurance etc. They even got rid of the cigarette smell that I thought would be impossible to get out. 6 out of 5 stars.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Welding, Air conditioning

Although it was a little more expensive than my Googling told me to expect, Action Auto Body did a fantastic job on the repair. They did provide an accurate estimate up front however, so I knew what I was getting into. Car was also cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. Would recommend them to others.

Action Auto Body is the best in the business, everyone is helpful, and they go above and beyond to keep you informed about the progress until the repair is completed. Great friendly service with good early morning hours. They work directly with insurance companies and keep customers updated with an online system and text messages.Even follow up requests on small items were dealt with promptly and expertly.I would highly recommend them for body work and insurance claims.

They handled everything for me.The quality of the repair was excellent.I was kept informed of the progress on my vehicle and the repair was completed sooner than expected.The office staff was very helpful and friendly.I would highly recommend them and if the need would arise I would use them again.

All I can say is WOW. Action Auto Body did an amazing job on my Jeep for a great price. It looks like there was never any damage to begin with! Not to mention they cleaned it top to bottom!!! My car looks just as beautiful as it did when I first bought it, and it even smells amazing too! I will never go anywhere else now that I have discovered this gem :) Thanks guys!
