Unfortunately I should have read more reviews before choosing this business. If you need a business that will actually follow through with what they advertise on their website, look elsewhere. Provided all requested information and spoke with the business on multiple occasions, to only be led on and never actually helped with anything for over 3 weeks. If your time is valuable to you, I can ensure you that it isn t valuable to Town II auto. Find another shop to have your car serviced, because if you try here it will just further delay everything.

Had an accident Saturday. The car had to be towed. The tow truck driver was very nice and helpful. When we went to the office they are very understanding and helpful. Recommend this shop.

Let me begin with a few compliments. The staff are all very polite and professional. Their work is great if you are looking to do a lease return.We have used these guys three times in the past year.The first time was repair of a leased Toyota that we had backed into another car. The work was great, they replaced and refinished the bumper and we couldn t tell there was ever an accident.The second time we had them refinish some bumper parts for an older suv we had. When they handed me the parts I pointed out a spot where the paint had a hole in it as if it had been poked with a knife. They took it back and refinished it well the second time.The third and final time was when we asked them to refinish and fill some holes on a bumper of a preowned car we had just purchased. The first time I went to pickup the car, I noticed a stone chip they had put clear paint over. When I asked about it, I was told that I never told them I wanted them to respray the color and clear, so they just did color where they filled the holes and put clear over the rest. I asked for the bumper to be refinished, I was not aware the layers of paint were a la carte . After a conversation, they agreed to take the car back at a later date. Fast forward a few weeks and my wife is picking the car up for a second time. She notices now that the headlamp washer door on one side doesn t match the paint of the rest of the bumper and that the paint on one of the fenders, that was not in need of repair, was now dull. I don t think I will be sending this car back a third time, I will have to get this fixed elsewhere.In summary, they are very nice folks that do okay work if you aren t super particular about your cars. If you are, you ll be surprised with what they will let leave their shop.

Never write reviews but when I was looking for a body shop to use after an accident I did some research and came across Town 2. I relied on reviews to help me make a decision and what I have to say is that they are AMAZING. They make the entire process very easy but most importantly their work is perfect. I was in an accident this past Tuesday and my car was stuck in the middle of the road. The police called Town II who had an excellent response time, especially since it was technically an emergency. The tow truck driver Tom H. was very kind to me and drove me to my father in laws to drop the car. He was awesome and he handled my car the best he could (considering the damage), meaning he was gentle with it and you can clearly see he knows what he is doing!! He wrote me a receipt, but of course typical me, I lost the receipt I needed to submit to my insurance. I just got off the phone with Randy who was also awesome and got the receipt right over! I will happily recommend their business to anyone I know and will definitely call them if I am close by and need a tow. Thank you to Town II Auto Body and the great employees Tom H & Randy! I appreciate it!

Fantastic shop, helpful, and knowledgeable staff.I recently hit a deer and they walked me through the process as we were working through an insurance claim.Lovely place where you can be certain you re getting the job done right the first time.Tom, Tammy, and all of the staff at Town 2 have my praises; they re my go-to body shop from here on.

Id give zero if I could I just wanted to warn people. We took our car here because our insurance company uses them. We had NO MECHANICAL issues with our car just body work damage our mechanic cleared our car after we hit the deer. We waited a long time for parts and then a whole other month just for them to fix it. We barely have working brakes? How is that possible? I don t know since they won t give us answers there is also a thumping that wasn t there prior they really messed up our car I would have kept the dents and scratches is if meant mechanically wise our car stayed the same.

Bad liar, senior posted a Harley on Craigslist not much details but after a phone call he stated it had a clean title and bike was dropped no real damage maybe forks bent. He said you have to come look, so I did I get there he says that the guy just handed him the title never signed it. I take a look at the bike oil cap off sitting outside rocks and hay in the headlight and after a quick look I saw the frame folded around the engine, never a word about it all pictures on the add were so you couldn t see the damage that was extremely obvious. Kinda makes you wonder what he hides on your car or he doesn t tell you about. O so bike was shot and doing anything with an unsigned title is highly illegal and it s the Harley on Craigslist now for a $1000 no details but it s the one with ghetto fabulous painted on the tank. Thanks for the waste of my time now it affects you too!

Town 2 Towing in Hamburg NJ overcharges emensely with exorbitant fees. The owner(s) take advantage of people's hardships on the road in emergency situations. And, if and when you try to follow-up and talk to the owner he makes every attempt to stronghold the telephone conversation, and really isn't interested in a true two way conversation. In my opinion, Town 2 Towing perpetrates their own form of "Highway Robbery" by way of PRICE GOUGING!

Top notch service! They never disappoint. Very reliable, professional, knowledgeable and accurate. Being the day after the hurricane, my car was picked up from a tree falling on it. I was notified throughout the entire process. My car was done days prior to the expected completion date. Randy is always so helpful with all our car needs. I can t say enough as to how much I recommend them. Thank you so much!

Was anybody elses mom taken advantage of and charged $1,000 dollars for a 10 minute tow? Its not the last time they'll hear from me, i did my research. So i saw that recently u tried to reply to my comment but it was quickly erased, im not thru with u guys yet consumer affairs already aware and soon the courts will be aware too

After my kids dented my car door, I was recommended to Town 2 for body work. The staff were so professional, well priced, and friendly. They helped me get connected with a rental and got my car back to me on time. The work was excellent and my car had been cleaned inside and out to a shine (bonus!) Town II team is outstanding. They provided my wife and I personalized service, they handled our claims from beginning to end. They made us feel comfortable and asked about our accidents. The team, from secretary to mechanics, connect with you on a personal level. They discussed the estimated completion date and send repair status updates. They had my wife's car done sooner then the estimated date and delivered the vehicle to our home on a flat bed. They cleaned her vehicle inside and out. Better than any car wash around. Town II did an amazing job on my Pilot after we hit a deer on the highway. It looked as good as new which was particularly important because I really didn't want to think about hitting that poor deer ever again and any imperfection would have been a constant reminder. And they finished the job early, so I saved some money on the car rental. Also, they're a Liberty Mutual preferred shop so getting the work approved and started was ridiculously fast. It also enabled us to have the rental car delivered right to the shop when we dropped my car off for repairs and to leave the rental car on site when the work on my car was completed. They were professional every step of the way and made a pretty awful situation much easier.Although I hope never to have another accident, if I do this will definitely be the shop I use.Service: Body & Trim

The guys in the shop went above and beyond for us, excellent work and customer service! Helped get us through our insurance issues when we couldn't get through to insurance adjusters ourselves. I will be using them for all my future needs!

They treat you like family. I hit a deer and when I brought my car in to have it looked at, they told me not to drive it off the property because it wasn t safe. They called enterprise to pick me up and were extremely kind and understanding that I had two kids (under two years old) who were having a hard time being patient. The work was done in the projected amount of time, they were always extremely polite and professional. This is the only shop I ll ever work with from here on. Absolutely recommend! Thank you Town II!

Got into a car accident and they towed my car. The tow truck driver was super awesome, gave me advice on what I should do to get a new car, etc. The front desk people were excellent as well. Definitely coming here if I need some work done on my next car.

I was in a deer accident a few months ago and was indecisive on which shop to bring my truck i chose town 2 because they offer free pickup and delivery which was great during the covid 19 pandemic. The work they did is exceptional and they made my truck brand new again I am very happy with the work they were professional and worked well with my insurance company although the insurance company was trying to lowball then mmm they were able to get the money to do the job right the first time. Highly recommend they return the car all cleaned up and even vaccumed the inside!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Will never go anywhere else. My dealership identified a part that Town 2 had replaced around 6 years had failed. Without any questions or debate they honored their lifetime warranty on parts and labor and replaced with OEM equipment at no charge. My car was brought back to my house on a flatbed ahead of schedule. Great service from a company that stands behind their word.Service: Air conditioning

Unfortunately, a deer miscalculated the timing when crossing the street and it ran out in front of my car. Needless to say, Town II works closely with my insurance company. From the moment I called and spoke to the lady on the phone to even after the car was done, they by far exceeded our expectations. Originally, the insurance company wanted to deem the car as totalled. There was hardly any cosmetic damage but most of it was internal, so they had the insurance company rep. come by and look at the car. When the rep. saw my car he realized it was worth fixing (low milage and great condition). They communicated with me every step of the way (verbally) and they sent informative texts which I thought were adorable. After the car was done I had some questions. They were always ready to answer and to fix the situation. What blew my mind was that we ended up having an issue (related to repair) with the car yesterday (July 3rd). My family and I were stuck on Long Island (2 hrs 15 min. away); I called Town II again and we were floored. Tom was more than concerned and willing to help in any way. A Holiday weekend and he sent a tow truck all the way to me and my family. We were at my boss' house (7 minutes away from the car) and Rob the tow truck driver picked us up there, then the car and then back home. I think every business out there should operate the way these guys do. They are the perfect example of what an exemplary business should be.

Had my work done about 3 months ago now. They were extremely helpful and worked with my insurance company. My care had an issue starting after the repairs were done due to the weather draining my battery and the diesel jelling up. They helped me out with that with no extra charge and even offered to have it towed to my house so I did not have to pick it up. Very nice people I would recommend it to any one. I drive a 2001 golf TDI. Ty TownII !!!
