I had a really great experience here. Owner is a gentleman.Never seen a place so ready and eager to help out. These guys are the real deal.I called ahead to ensure I was coming at a good time. Brought my car in on a friday @2PM , and it was ready for me next morning at 12PM.. fixed the left and right turning & my noisy back bearing on my Subaru.i d give em 10 stars if I could

I use Zizzo s for all my vehicle needs. They are professional, fair priced, and quick. I had an issue with one of the doors on my car, they fixed it within hours, you wouldn t be able to tell anything was wrong with it. I highly reccomend!

I've been using these guys for years. They are fantastic. You can trust them with your car and your wallet- they are competent, careful and honest. So much so that I keep using them even when I'm living an inconvenient distance away. I should have posted this a loooong time ago.

Everything you can ask for in a shop: Honesty, knowledge, affordability, availability, customer service, general kindness, efficiency, reliability and much more. In the world of honest and knowledgeable shops these guys rank number one on my list and Anthony and the guys are great people that know what they're doing. I would recommend this shop to anyone that needs any type of work done to their vehicle. If I lived in another state I'd still probably go to these guys to have work done. Awesome mechanic! I would never think about bringing my vehicles anywhere else, even after moving further away. From my very first experience with them they have been excellent. They are professional, fair, and honest. You can really trust these guys. Can't recommend highly enough. Thank you so much Zizzo!

If you want cheap and unreliable you can find a place anywhere. But if you want high quality work at a reasonable price, this is your spot. Been coming here since I started driving, never had an issue.

When it comes to independant mechanics, this guy is unbeatable. He and his crew know exactly what's wrong every single time. I've gotten all different kinds of service at all different times and I've always been accommodated.Not only that, I work with a parts supplier and get to see behind the scenes as far as his pricing goes. He charges a fair and honest price every time.A man of the people like his father before him, this shop is my go to for all my cars needs. It just hit 100k miles and sounds and feels like it's still at 10k. 10/10 would recommend for all of your cars needs.

Brought vehicle in for check engine light in October 2022. Owner Anthony Zizzo diagnosed engine issue. I was told a verbal repair estimate. Called office several times afterwards, and was told by owner Anthony Zizzo he would e-mail me repair estimate. Owner Anthony Zizzo NEVER gave me written estimate, and decided not to answer his phone when my name came up on his caller phone ID. Owner Anthony Zizzo not very honest with his customers.Service: Engine repair

I was driving around Prospect Park/Paterson trying to find a shop that would lesson my oil drain plug and transmission plug. All the shops in the area wouldn't change it for me, but all of them recommended Zizzo's Auto Repair. I walked in and as soon as I came in I was welcomed by the owner I would assume. He treated me more like a customer when he told me he wouldn't charge me one single cent to loosen the plugs for me. I was surprised at this, because any shop would've taken advantage and charged me some absurd price. I came into the shop today and in a matter of minutes they were able to loosen my bolts and I was on my way. This shop has amazing employees who know very well on what they're doing and treat they're customers more like family. I would def. recommend them to anyone in the Prospect Park/Paterson area for all they're auto repairs!!! I would def. give 10 stars.

Brought my car in, expecting to have to leave it for 2-3 days and having to drop an obscene amount of money to fix it. My car was ready a few hours later, the owner called with regular updates on the progress and cost during the whole thing and the final expense didnt kill my account. Very happy with the service i got and glad to know i found a legit shop for when i have car troubles.

If you want a Mechanic that you can TRUST 120% then you want to bring your car to Zizzo's!They will do the right thing for you everytime.Dealers such as Nissan will rip you off and have you doing repairs that you don't even need.Even if you're an hour away, it's worth it to bring your car to Zizzo's.In the case that you need to drop off your car and need a vehicle for that day.Enterprise rent a car is 5 minutes away in Hawthorne and they'll pick you up and drop you off.

Great place that treats you more like family than anything else. Reasonably priced for a great job. I highly recommend the Zizzo family and will continue to go to them for all my vehicles.

I was having problem with my son 2007 Honda CRV and I was having problem with the alternator charging... I took it to a auto mechanic so install new alternator in it and my son car die couple days later.... I took it back to the same mechanic to have a new one installed he put another alternator in and the car die another week later... I decided that I m going to tow the car from Willowbrook Mall to Zizzo in Haledon.... since he install another alternator and do some work to the connection of the alternator it s been over a year and my son car have not have a problem... he is clean, professional and right to the point.. and the price was not bad either... I have also decided that if this car did not run after this alternator was installed that I definitely was going to Junk it... thanks to Zizzo , I did not hv to do thatService: Oil change

Last year my shock and brakes were crap. Zizzo"s came to the rescue and did a great job and fair price. I would recommend them.......
