5 Star service from the moment I walked in the door to the time I picked up my car. Ralph was super helpful, knowledgeable and kind-he made sure I had everything I needed out of the car before I left & contacted the rental car company for me. The quality of the repair was outstanding! My car looked new, outside & in, and the paint was a perfect match. I highly recommend Ben s, and am now a huge fan!

By far one of the best experiences. They made sure to follow up with me at least twice a week and provided me with detailed information about the status of repair. I m glad they were able to bring my Audi back to life in a faster time than originally estimated by them. Will recommend to anyone looking to get their car fixed.

Everyone is so nice & my car looks like it did before the accident. They did an excellent job.They even gave me coffee because I had to wait for 1 thing to get done. That's huge for me LOL! Thank you!

Bens auto body did an excellent job with the auto body repair on my 2021 bmw m340. They had very good communication throughout the process and ended the work with an amazing interior/exterior detail. They have been extremely cooperative with my aftermarket parts and sourcing them. Would definitely recommend to owners who have accidents with modified cars!Services: Exhaust, Painting, Body & Trim

Brothers car was in a parking lot when an 18 wheeler pulled in and drove over the side panel and rear causing significant damage. Surprised insurance didn't total it. In any case our biggest worry were the sensors after the hit. The vehicle would randomly sense something in front of it and slam the brakes hard pulling to a stop even on the highway. Brought the car to Ben's and in 3 weeks they repaired it factory fresh. Even detailed the inside, you could never tell the car had been hit. They have earned a new customer, thanks guys.

Benz Auto Body Is The Absolute BEST. My Car Was Involved In A Hit & Run. Everyone Said, The Car Is Totaled . I Honestly Thought It Was and I Thought It Would Drive Bumpy Where I Was Hit. But When I Picked Up My Car 3 Weeks Later. It Looked BRAND SPANKING NEW! Accident Where? It Drives PERFECT. They Definitely Know What They re Know What They Are Doing.

I worked with Chris the manager and he did a superb job with my car. Parts take a long time but they did a great job in not just fixing my car but even getting it detailed before returning it to me. Chris and the team are all amazing and I highly recommend taking your car there if you've been in an accident. The car looks better than brand new!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I have only received the best service and highest quality of work with Ben s. After a significant car accident, my insurance had me use another body shop and even with multiple visits my car was still not working properly and the body work didn t look quite right. I worked with my insurance to take my car to Ben s. They properly diagnosed all the issues and fixed them in a timely manner. My car looked and ran like a brand new car!Service: Body & Trim

Service and work were good. Happy with how my car turned out.Their front end service (people who answer phones, etc) leaves much to be desired. Seem very annoyed to be talking to you, and generally have problems giving and receiving information.

Ben s auto body is A++!! My Tesla was in an unfortunate accident and needed some work. The staff handled check in very smoothly and was very professional. Ben and Chris kept me updated every step of the way. Chris went above and beyond by detailing the car to PERFECTION just to make sure my experience was great. I had a terrible experience with this body shop. I visited at the beginning of last month to make an appointment, but despite being told that I was scheduled for March 27th, I was never actually put into their system. When I made another appointment that day, I was told the closest appointment was at the end of April which I told them to proceed. I visited today to provide more information from my insurance company, I was informed that they were too busy to take me in. I requested to speak to the owner/manager, but after waiting for 20 minutes, the front desk associate returned to inform me that they still couldn't accommodate me. I could hear the owner joking and laughing the whole time, so I went to his office to introduce myself and the vehicle that was supposed to be on the schedule. However, he had nothing to say besides looking the other direction and that they were busy and unable to take me in. This is despite the fact that they have done this before to me and told me they have created an appointment for me while I was standing right in front of them only to tell me today that they couldn't accommodate me and keep me on the schedule. This company seems very disorganized, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, as they waste people's time by making appointments they can't keep. In short, I will never recommend this place to friends or family. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

Bens Auto did a beautiful job on my BMW the best in the business with great customer service and ownership. I was constantly updated with progress on my vehicle and it came out incredible. Repair: goodFollow up: very poorKeeping contents inside the car: very poorAll the coins I kept in my coin stack were gone when I picked up the car. I did not even bother since it's not a lot of money but beware of keeping any contents in the car when you drop your car. Something other than coins could be missing.Ben and the other guy came out and did a look around after the repair was good. They offered to replace the mud flap. After trying to follow up with that almost for 3 months, I finally gave up. I never get a callback. If I was never offered or told that it was no longer available, I would've walked away. It's just a mud flap.My air filter needs to get replaced. The HVAC must have turned on the whole time when they were doing the paint job. I can't breathe when the HVAC is running.

Just picked up my 14 Supercharger Range Rover Sport from them after a front end accident. Let me tell you, they did an AMAZING job! Spoke with Chris, he is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He kept me updated throughout the whole process. Inside the building is clean as a whistle too which made me feel much more comfortable with trusting them with my baby. I will definitely be back for any body or paint work I need and will recommend Bens to all my friends and family! BROUGHT MY TOYOTA TACOMA 2017 IN FOR SOME FRONT END BODY WORK, THEY KEPT ME UP TO DATE DAILY ON THE WORK PROGRESS THROUGH AN APP, I REALLY THOUGHT I WOULDNT SEE MY CAR THE SAME AGAIN, BUT MAN OH MAN WHEN I PULLED UP TO THE SHOP, THEIR SHE WAS, LIKE NEW, SHE WAS GORGEOUS, THEY DONT SKIM ON DETAILS HERE, IT WAS PERFECT, OPENED UP THE HOOD, AND EVERY NUT AND BULT WAS CORRECT, AMAZING, VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER, NO ISSUES HERE, GOT TO BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE, DONT SHOP AROUND, RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY PLEASANT, I LIKED HER, AND THE OWNER CAME OUT TO GREET ME AS A DROVE AWAY, TOP NOTCH OUTFIT... Amazing service! I chose this place based on their reviews and the reviews were not wrong. I was really impressed, Bens Auto Body takes Pride in their work. My car was ready in just a few days and when I picked it up they took me around my car with enthusiasm showing me everything they have done. I am very happy I read the reviews and took my Lexus here. You guys are the best!!! A very happy customer. Will recommend you always... Thank You.

Work is as expected for a high end repair shop but Customer Service is horrible. Consistently failed to communicate during a long, expensive (covered) repair job. Also, make sure you check the car carefully when you pick it up, because forget about post-service care....too "busy" to finish the job once the check clears from the insurance company.

They do a great job with your car. Unfortunately I had to get my car fixed on two separate occasions but they really take care of your car as if it s your own. Benz takes pride in his workman ship and I really appreciate that!

My Tesla got hit by a deer and my insurance company recommended Bens auto. The lady(Donna?) on the phone was very kind and gave me updates often. When I picked up my Tesla, I was very pleased the work they did. It was perfect as a new car. I felt very relieved during the whole process and was happy about the result. I totally recommend anyone who needs a body work of car. Thank you for your best work!

These guys are by far the best auto body shop I have encountered. I had them repaint my whole front end and install a new aftermarket fiberglass hood on my 98 Trans am. I expected great work, because Bens deals with extremely high end cars on a daily basis. (For instance, they were working on an Audi R8 when I picked up my car) but what I got went above and beyond that. These guys really care. From the moment I stepped in the door, I was treated like a freind, not a customer. When I got my car back, they had not only done the work I asked, but also touched up numerous spots around my car, and buffed it to a mirror shine to boot. The end result was a car that looks brand new, and I couldn't be happier. I wish I could post some pictures on here, it's that good. If your hesitating to send your car to them, don't. These guys are the real deal, and genuine, hard working people. They will take care of you. Thank you again guys

Ben's Auto Body is absolutely the best! A few months ago I had an accident and needed to get some body work done. Liberty mutual referred me here since they are Audi certified and I can t say enough good things! They fixed my car in a timely manner (quicker than I anticipated); it looked brand new! I was very happy with the results.Since my warranty recently ended I gave Chris a call to check out my steering wheel which was stiffing as I was driving. Chris was nice enough to wait for me and stay a few minutes after 5pm to check out my car. The cost to fix my car was pricey since its Audi. However, being that I just ended my warranty I called my Audi dealer to see if they could help me out and they were kind enough to give me a break this one time. If they didn t, I would have 100% have had Chris and his team fix my car. He was understanding of my decision. He s not the type of person to rob you like a lot of body shops do. The customer service here is top notch! I will definitely be coming back! Thank you Chris!

After hitting a pothole and wrecking my alignment I was miserable. But then I was referred to Ben's Auto Body and they constantly reassured me everything would be fine. They kept in constant contact, answered all my questions and even returned my rental car for me when my car was ready. They also did a follow up call to make sure I was satisfied. Their customer service surpassed my expectations when dealing with car repairs and hopefully I will not have to use them again but they will be who I call.

Great service, high quality work. I chose this shop based on the reviews and the reviews are definitely true. Chris promised to finish my job in one day and he delivered it. The paint work was done professionally. Highly recommend. Ben's shop will be my first choice for any body work. Keep it up, Ben and Chris!

Ben and his crew did a fantastic job on my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe. They fixed the front end and it looks like new. Job was done on time and with no headaches. They took care of any and all insurance issues.

We have taken three cars to Ben's over the last decade+ (full coverage), never had a problem with the finish and end results. The last time was years ago, now apparently the kid(s) have taken over and the quality and customer services have gone out the window. The rear quarter panel of our new SUV was side swiped. Damage was just on the panel not the door. After the car was repaired, the rear driver door was not in perfect plane alignment with the repaired panel and was at least 1/16 off. No quality shop would have missed that, end of story. The repair time also spanned more then originally stated causing me to have the suv picked up by a family member. Had I seen the poor workmanship, the car wouldn't have left his shop.Ben had built up a great rep and did good work, now that just isn't the case.Service: Body & Trim

Excellent service! Chose bens as they always deal with high end cars so I know their quality had to be top notch! First time I went by bens was for my BMW that got rear ended bens put my car better than when I purchased it from the dealer! Recommend Bens auto body. Came back as I have another car that encountered a deep scratch that was in the paint. Chris put my Volvo like new! Beautiful results! Job is done in a reasonable time. Professionally blended in my paint. My car is like new again!5 stars! Thank you again for your service! Happy customer!
