You serviced my car now for a few years so I'm leaving 3 stars. Will never come back. Last time there you recommended air conditioning service. It worked fine prior. Your rep tells me they didn't have the right part to fill my air conditioning but didn't tell me they drained it and I'm driving around with no AC for a while. So I just spent 140 bucks fixing your mistake that I didn't have an issue with to begin with to get my AC working again. Really sucked and wish the rep was clear as to what they screwed up.

I ve used this Oil Change location twice now and both times I ve heard George spend over 5 minutes with a couple of individual customers going over everything with their car in easy to understand terms and answering all of their questions thoroughly and kindly. They will even tell you somewhere else to go if it s not something they can do here. Highly recommend!Service: Oil change

Went there with my Mustang to get my oil changed (7/30/22). Friendly staff, and quick. There was a decent line and each car took around 10 minutes or so. A bit pricey though; $104 after taxes for 5qts full synthetic oil is about $40-$50 more than an auto shop or even dealership.All in all experience was pleasant. I'm always paranoid and checked for oil dripping underneath my car and saw nothing so they did a decent job. Good place for a quick oil change if you can't get an appointment elsewhere. Still recommend for the convenience though!

I can't believe that I am the first to review this place. I have been going there for 7 years. My entire family goes there with new and old cars/trucks. They are quick, courteous, competitively priced, thorough, and honest. There were three things about this place that immediately got me to be a repeat customer. First they were fast and professional. Even with a long line of cars/trucks the most I ever had to wait was a half hour. I have never seen the guys at this place screw around or chit-chat instead of working on your car/truck. They are all very fast and professional. Second they let me know about any other problems or maintenance issues and politely asked if I wanted anything done. They did not do anything else without consulting me first, AND they were nice about it. That was the first experience at the Oil Station and it has been like that ever since. I highly recommend this place if you like a quick and professional job done without any BS.

Completely appalled by the way I was just spoken to by the branch manager PETER (is the name I was provided). I ve been a customer for over five years. A few weeks ago an incident transpired on their property where one of their employees broke my driver side door by accident. I made the staff aware and as a courteous one of the men attempted to fix my door, however, a piece snapped off, so it was unfixable at the time. I expressed to the worker that I needed my door fixed, he instructed me to order the piece of line and to return back during his working hours and he will fix it. I agreed. Unfortunately I was not able to order the piece. So on 7/5/2022. I contacted the branch manager to inquire, If there was another option to assist with fixing my door. As I proceeded to elucidate my experience, the manager Peter became, Irritate, frustrated, and immensely angry, yelling on the phone. I AM NOT FIXING IT, I AM NOT FIXING IT, I AM NOT FIXING. WE DIDN T BREAK IT, YOU BROKE IT BEFORE YOU GOT HERE. Peter HUNG UP. If this were true, his workers would have informed me before working on my vehicle as they have done in the past. The worker utilized my drivers side door to get in prior to me receiving service as he drove my car to the back. I called back to inquiring if I could speak to his manager, PETER threatened to call the cops if I called back. I expressed that I ve been a customer for Over five years and never experienced this level of disrespect.I will be contacting the better business bureau to discuss my challenges at this location.Service: Oil change

Had a great experience here!! I am from North Jersey but prefer to run errands (such as oil changes) down here because it is less hectic and most of the time, cheaper. The young woman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming and took very good care of me. The service was quick / effecient and they did not pester me to try and up-sell additional services or parts. This was a smooth experience and they even offer complimentary coffee!! Please do not waste your time at dealerships or others in the area, go here, you'll thank me later!!-Robo

Even when they're busy the wait is reasonable. Be prepared for the up sell although there's no pressure If you say no. I haven't found coupons for them as I have for most of the other oil change places around so I think their prices are a little high but definitely the best place to go if you're short on time

Was my first time coming in and I'm very pleased with the service. No bs, just in and out. They showed me my cabin air filter that needed to be replaced right away and replaced it on top of getting an oil change. Also had them perform a battery terminal service to keep my terminals from corroding. 10/10 would reccomend.

Usually service is great when the manager is the young lady with the welcoming smile 11/3/17. Went there 11/6/2017 and had 4 guys,one of which really got a tool & try to remedy the problem. The manager was a jerk -even after an explanation of the problem he asked me if I wanted another oil change-we had words-he told me to get Fu****! You can guess what I told him. Still a good place- they need to get find new manager and crew.

Awesome place to get your vehicle serviced. I had brought my highlander in today for an oil change. The employees are super nice and friendly. Service was great. I would definitely recommend this place and I will be back when it s time.

Always great, fast, and trusting service. Being scammed at Jiffy Lube and finding out that Oil Station will take even better care of me and my care is so reassuring. They will fully explain everything to you ladies, ask all the questions you want : ) Thank You!

A bit on the expensive side, but the service is super quick and they are local. Since normally I drive a half hour to my dealer for an oil change and have sat waiting for 2 hours - I will pay the extra money to get done quickly.

Love it...Never have any issues...they are honest and get u in and out fast...have never waited more than 20 minutes from the time I pull up till I leave...I feel comfortable when they tell me I need something done and they even referred me to get work done on my car..

We had the oil changed in our 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee on/about 6/31/19. They told us the tires should be rotated, for $30 we said sure. Now when we hit 55-60 the steering wheel shakes. !!WHEELS AREN'T BALANCED!! They should have checked the balance prior to rotating. We took it back 7/6/19 and because they don t have a balancing machine they just put the tires back (hopefully) to the original location. So we paid $30 for incompetence and a 3 stooges show. We have been going there since late 90 s - early 2000. Never a problem until now. You just lost a few customers because of this issue and your lack of Customer Service. Sad part is that I use to Promote your place, let s see what I can do to change all of that.

Great place, fast service. Have most air/cabin air filters in stock. Very friendly people. A little busy on Friday afternoons, but over all the best oil change in Burlington County.

A reliable oil shop that doesn't try to sell you anything that you do not need. They are always very courteous. I have been going there since they opened I believe over 20 years ago or more. I have never had a problem at all. I always feel confident that this is a shop that will never take advantage of their customers
