We d give 10 stars if possible! From the moment we walked in the door, we had a red carpet experience! Jeff greeted us and introduced us to Steve who was very knowledgeable, helpful & friendly! Everyone at the dealership was friendly and we even left with tulips! Would highly recommend Mount Holly Nissan. Thanks for an excellent car buying experience!!!

The entire experience was top notch!! From being greeted at the door to final steps with the finance officer, was very professional. My salesman was great. He didn t pressure me, was up front and explained everything to me. I felt comfortable with the entire process. This is my fourth vehicle purchase from this dealership and it won t be my last !!

This place was the best car buying experience ever! The salesman Bill M. And finance manager Chollie were great. Made the whole process painless and easy. Even service manager Joe greeted me and answered all my technical questions. What a nice group of people! Will definitely go back in the future and i definitely recommend Mt. Holly Nissan!

This dealership is the best. The people here make it feel like you re going to visit family the atmosphere is always so friendly and relaxed. Rashid is super helpful and so awesome. He even remembers you after 3 years pass by I just bought out my lease on my 2020 rogue sport and he made the process seamless. I love this place full of honest helpful employees who just feel like family. I will miss them until it s time for my next car. Thank you everyone for loving your jobs and your customers enough to make the car buying process way less stressful.

Great experience as usual. I need a preventive service but didn't want to spend the money this close after Christmas. The service representative was very pleasant and did not try to push me to get it and agreed it could be done at my next visit in June.The other services were completed and my car was ready at the time they promised. Very positive experience.

We were traveling thru from Maine to Florida the Friday before Christmas Eve. While in the highway all lights lit up on dash and I knew my 2017 Armada had a major issue which would not allow us to get to Florida for Christmas. We called the dealer at 0800, got there at 0830 and they called around to get a part driven to their place an hour away and had us back on the road by 1130. They replaced the rear CV which is about a 2.5 hour job. Amazing service and went above and beyond. Special thanks to the service manager, parts manager, and mechanic.

I am in the car business and after 10+ years I needed an extra truck for personal use and this was my first time buying a car at a dealership. I contacted Ken Way (Sales Manager) on a Saturday morning as they had the exact truck I wanted. A couple of hours later and a few email exchanges with Ken and Paul ( Finance Director), they had everything ready for me to just come in and drive away with my new truck!! Super easy to deal with. Ken, Paul, Frank, and the team are top notch professionals!!! Thanks again!

My service writer, Anthony, was excellent. He was attentive when I expressed my concerns with my car. He explained in detail what would be checked. Also, the follow-up at time of pickup was great. Would highly recommend My. Holly Nissan.

Buying a car can be an extremely stressful process. However, Bill Green and the rest of the staff made my first time car buying experience as seamless as possible. Bill was very pleasant to work with. He was transparent about everything and answered all of our questions. When he didn t have an answer for us he went and sought it by speaking with other knowledgeable staff in an effort to provide us with the necessary information needed to help us make various decisions. I am very pleased with my experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone!

First of all, my family has been dealing with Woodbury Nissan and now Mt. Holly Nissan for the past over 30 years. Jeff Stephenson and Recently Ken Way are the greatest caring guys in the industry. They continue to take good care of us and we have referred a lot of business to them over the years as well. Our most recent visit we were assisted by Sales Consultant Frankie Narducci, another caring guy.

The last time I leased in 2020 my experience was HORRIBLE due to the rep who thankfully is no longer there This time around Bill Green helped me and was AMAZING and the staff was so nice in general.I was there for less than 3 hours, and he was so nice and understanding. If you go to Mount Holly Nissan definitely ask for Bill Green!

I took in my two year old platinum rogue, since it was local, I just had to have my sunroof replaced, and the battery was low. I went in thinking, possibly they may or may not be able to help me regarding the sunroof since it was just replaced but could at least check and replace the battery since I m still under warranty for another year and 20,000 miles, they would not even look at the car, they would not even look at the battery. While waiting to not be serviced, I could hear other service members explain to other customers over the phone why their services were not covered. Apparently, Nissan CPO only qualifies where you had the car initially serviced as per the service manager Tom. Again, regarding the sunroof, I believe that was reasonable, but not the battery. First, and last Nissan ever.

Two weeks ago I was fortunate enough to buy a new 2023Frontier PRO4X from Mt. Holly Nissan. I was initially in contact withAlicia S. in their internet department through their website. I let her know Ijust wanted a truck as it comes from the factory for MSRPand wasn't paying for unwanted add-ons or markups etc.She said they were able to make that happen.At the time, a lot of the trucks they had listed were still in transitand did not have full window stickers available. But as the window stickersopened up over a couple of weeks, I found the build I reallywanted one day, and immediately asked Alicia to reserve it for me with a depositwhich she was happy to do without delay.It took most of a month for Nissan to finally get the truck tothem, but the day it landed, I worked with their salesman,Chuck C., to make the purchase. There was no hard push forextended warranties, but Chuck showed me thethree choices available for the truck and one of themmade good sense for me and was not too expensive, so I had him add thaton, and that was it. He had the service departmentprep the truck that afternoon while I arranged financingwith my credit union and late in the afternoon I signedpapers and it was mine. Afterward, Chuck was very helpful going over themany functions in the dash and with phone connectivity etc. toget me started.Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and happy I was buying throughthem. Chuck and Alicia are both very enthusiasticabout the new Frontier since they are both Frontier owners,so it was great to be dealing with people who really know andenjoy this model. I really appreciate all the help ingetting me into my new truck - the improvements over my oldFrontier are truly terrific.

Clint is a great salesperson to deal with. He responds to messages in a timely & professional manner. If he doesn't know an answer, he will find it or get someone that does. The lease process & lease exchange went very smoothly. I met the service people & they were very friendly & helpful with questions. The staff so far created a nice environment & experience.

Me and Wife walked in within no time sat down with our Sales Rep, Frankie, informed him of what we are looking for and within 5 mins he showed us a Nissan Rogue that we wind up purchasing it in no time.
