They towed my big tool box on 8/4/2023 from my old shop to my new one courtsey of my new employer. They were very professional and took pride in moving it. Their driver Charlie and his rider/trainee=sorry that I forgot his name as I am not the greatest at remembering, took care in protecting the box, were in a well maintained flat bed and were fully prepared to handle and secure it during transport. I have used other tow companies and sadly they left alot to be desired which is why my box has "beauty" marks. They called to let me know they were leaving their yard, arrived at my old shop early, had it up on the bed in minutes then took time to secure and protect before we rolled out. For equipment moving I would recommend them again and again just off of this first experience. Drivers like Charlie are certainly harder to come across and a delight to deal with since he could be serious and focused on the task while also able to joke and take it easy. I appreciate your help and will be sure to recommend to any other techs in need of assistance in moving their tools if needed. Thank You

I was driving to work Tuesday. 5:30am. My vehicle died. Called Hainesport Enterprise for a tow. Came out very soon. Took my truck in, looked at it immediately. Diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and installed same day. Recharged my battery. Cleaned battery cables. Out by 3.30 that day.Tremendous service.Tow driver Steve was friendly and efficient.Ryan at front desk was friendly and professional.Saved me time and money where possible.Can t say enough great things about the entire experience.Top notch ownership by Keith Smith.Thanks again to HEI. All I can say is PHENOMENAL!!I was having a problem filling my rear tires (F350 dually), I called them and they said come on over. I was leaving on an RV trip Sunday morning. They took me without a wait and filled my tires at no charge.Even though it was a little thing, I appreciate the customer service. And I will go to them for all my tire and truck needs in the future. It is amazing at how a slight kindness will being enduring loyalty...Service: Tires

Hopefully you won't have to come here because of your car being totaled. That's the reason I had to come by to pick up personal belongings. Staff was quick and professional. Hopefully I won't have to see you guys again lol

Beware!!! They will put the wrong part on your truck after you tell them that you have a special part. Not only that...why not match up the part that is already on the truck? I was down 2 days while they worked on it and down another 2 days to have someone else go back and put the correct part on. They tried there best to get the truck done fast and back on the road but it end up costing me alot of money and time because of their mistake.

I would like to thank the guys here! They are true professionals who take care of the little guys=Owner/Operators. Called them at 7:30am got me to there shop and had me out in the same day. Couldn t ask for better service! I highly recommend them to any Owner/Operator looking to have work done on there truck

If there was a way to post a 0 star I would have. Keith Smith is a liar and poor excuse for a business owner. One of his tow trucks came to my place of business and damaged my property. He was notified the next day as the event took place after our normal business hours. We have the entire event on our surveillance cameras. He said he would send someone out to look at it and determine how fix it. To date he has still not sent anyone to look at the damage and basically blew us off. After contacting again, several weeks later we asked for their insurance company info to make a claim and they are giving us the run around. Looks like small claims court will be our only choice. If he would act like this about a property damage that is captured by video recording, I can only wonder what would happen if he damaged a car while towing it. Would he even admit to it?

Our truck was recently in an accident and was towed to their yard. The staff onsite was very accommodating and answered all my questions to the best of their knowledge.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! the lady she didn t even state her name before she started being rude her lack of customer service is horrible she needs to learn how to watch her mouth. Only person that was friendly was the tow guy very respectful and friendly. I filed a complaint on them with Better Business Bureau.

My car broke down and they were very fast and friendly towing my car. Ryan, the service manager went out of his way to take me to the bus station. Very nice company.

I was quoted the $200 fee to align my f450 Ford truck,,, I also authorized a replacement of the track bar which consists of a bar about 3 ft long with the bolt at each end no adjustments at all just a strict bolt on two bolt installation,,, the average cost of that track bar is between 80 to $120,,, I went in to pick up my truck ,,, I received a bill for the alignment ,,,cost 250 not the 200 I was quoted also the track bar was $201 also I was charged $334 labor to install the track bar which I quoted earlier to be a two bolt straight on installation a 10 minute job,, I have done mechanic work for 50 years ,,,I refused to pay the bill as presented,,,, when I argued the labor charge it was reduced to $75 ,,,not $334.00,,, also the cost of the track bar was brought down from $201 to $150 ,,,a little more reasonable but still overpriced,,,, I spoke directly to the owner of the company,,, very polite but he still tried to defend his company,,, his response was ,,,the cost were reduced to the appropriate amount,,, my response to him was,,, WHY DID IT HAPPEN IN THE FIRST PLACE ??,,,,, I WON'T USE OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS COMPANY,,,, THANK YOU FOR READING MY REVIEW,,,Service: Steering & suspension repair

Bad "business"... Stay away!!!They charged $300 and they said its alternator and starter problem, but actually it was a bad battery. They said they have to tow the truck in their shop and fix it there, just to rob us.Scammers!!!
