One above all for your Volkswagen and pretty much anything German made vehicles. This is a small family run shop. Nikki runs the office and is just one of the nicest that you will ever meet. Her husband Steven is the mechanic and his knowledge of his craft is above and beyond. If there is something he is not sure which is as rare as a 6 dollar bill he will research and find out and give you an educated answer. I can't recommend this place enough. Once you are a client of theirs they treat you like family.

Steve is incredibly knowledgeable! He fixed my turbo diesel Cabrio very fast. He listened to what I asked and gave me suggestions on what I should get replaced and fixed for the future. As a vw owner of over 19 years, there is few people I would trust with any of my older vws. Steve is one of them, him and his wife treat you like family. It's always great to know your car is in the best hands possible. I drove over an hour to have him work on my car.

Buyer beware!!!, I had my car repaired at Die Werkstatt and every repair they made needed to be fixed again. When I brought my car back to get it repaired I always got the run around that it was a different problem. I ended up paying them over $3,000 and had to then take my car to get fixed by another mechanic. They are very slick talkers but beware of their work as they do everything to not stand behind their work.

This place is has been taking care of my VW cars for over 30 years and I wouldn't trust anyone else to fix my car! They will look for the problem until they find it and fix it.You can count on it!

The most honest, fair and knowledgeable garage for Audi/VW repair, tuning, general checkups. Much better work with more care than any VW dealership in the area

Changed my oil but put new filter on wrong, which resulted in a major oil leak and need for new housing. Wasn t impressed especially for a $100+ oil change. Would not recommendService: Oil changeService: Oil change
