Spoke with Brian on Friday the 21st about shifting issues and replacing front brakes. As a (24 hr ) service. He started that didn t have anyone to be able to handle the issues. Asked if I could wait until next weekend. I started would rather not but if I don t have a choice I guess I ll have to figure it out.Get to the following Friday 29th and contacted Brian to confirm Saturday. Said he hadn t forgotten but couldn t remember what needed to be done. I explained the situation/issues again and supposedly everything was good.Saturday morning comes NO Mechanic shows. Mind you he had a week to setup and schedule for theses repairs. But no mechanic.Towards mid to late afternoon his response was basically screw you ::if you want it done maybe you should call someone else cause he didn t have time for one of his customers.Even though he had a whole week.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning

Brian was fantastic to us. Our brand new travel trailer jack broke days before our road trip. Not only did he go above and beyond to make the calls to get us the parts, he came back to repair the new part after it failed a second time the morning of our trip. Truck would not start and I ve been having to decline work from my company. Brian, came right out to help me and found that I was leaking fuel from basically all of my lines, especially the supply fuel line. He worked NON-STOP to do whatever it took to get my truck running again and now it starts and runs better than ever. He s a great guy that explains exactly what s wrong and goes over and above to get the job done. If I ever need any mobile service again I will only call him. If any of my co-workers need mobile repair, Brian would be the guy I would recommend. You won t find better service in the Philadelphia/Jersey area. Our truck had starter issues and we called Jerry's Mobile truck Repair and Bobby answered the call, and what an honest person he was on the phone and on the job site.The issue was just a couple of loose bolts on the Starter and our unit was up and running in no time. Steve (one of the technicians I've had the most interaction with) is excellent. He's very thorough and has a teach-you-how-to-fish mentality if you're willing to follow along. I just started running my own straight truck this summer after spending 5 years as a company driver. Never had to worry about breakdowns since it was always the company's problem to handle. I've called Jerry's a few times now to help me get the truck back up and running as I try to squash all the bugs that come up when your first truck already has 350,000+ original miles on it from the previous owner.If you Googled "mobile truck repair near me", then you found the right company with Jerry's. Their daytime office staff is pleasant and helpful, the 24 hour call service they use after-hours seems efficient, and their mobile techs know what they're doing. 5 stars, would recommend.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Thank you for the amazing service. I was totally out of my comfort zone with a broken down truck. After the sticker shock of the estimate to have someone tow the truck, and make the repairs, I found Jerry's. They came with their service truck, and worked on it right in my yard. Steve (the tech) was extremely knowledgeable and had the issue narrowed down in minutes. The whole bill was less than what the other shop was going to charge just for the towing! They don t know anything tried to fix my Volvo and made more mess then towed to the dealership and they said just the computer plug was unhooked don t satisfied from them and took lot of money for doing more mess

Called to schedule for service and was told it would be a few hours. I'm okay with this. 4 hours later I call back and get the after hours service only to be told they have no record of it. Give them my name and number and told I would receive a follow up call. AGAIN, NOTHING. Not good customer service.
