The amount of positive experiences I have had at Scotty G s is overwhelming. I have dropped off multiple cars here and I have always been treated excellent. They have also worked with me regarding drop off times without complaint on many different occasions. I would recommend this garage to anyone in need of service!

Man where to begin! Scotty, Carlos and Bobby have all spent hours on my car, talking with me about it and recommending parts and mods. Bringing me into the shop and showing me everything they re doing. This crew is one of the most talented group and I couldn t recommend them enough. They have helped me turn my mustang into just shy of a race car and always at a good price with transparency on all their work. They just recently installed a set of long tube headers for me, the job is not an easy on on these cars as space is limited and they knocked that work out of the park! Not only do they do good work, they treat you like family and I wouldn t take my work anywhere else. Honesty, integrity and simply great work. The best of the best. The dealer was trying to charge me over 1500 for a repair that I did not need. Times are tough and I dont have 1500 to toss away

My daughter got her first car and we took it to Scotty G for a complete mechanical review. Scott and team did an extensive review and presented a detailed list of things my daughter needed to do. He even listed the service needs in priority order. Scotty had been taking care of my car and there has never been an issue. He guarantees his work and is highly recommended.

Very pleased with all of my experiences at Scotty G, from oil changes to more complex car maintenance. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Scotty clearly explains everything going on with my car, helps me understand how urgent the issue is, but never makes me feel pressured on additional services.They offer a loaner car at NO CHARGE when needed, and have checked my car at no charge. I feel they are honest, professional and very trustworthy.

Scotty was awesome to work with in scheduling my car service. Unfortunately the appointment we had didn t happen, but he went out of his way to offer solutions to help me get my vehicle in the shop. Great customer service and I am sure great car service as well!

Scott and Bobby were so kind and helpful. As a new Subaru owner, I really appreciate that both took the time to explain everything to me in detail. Scott spoke with me over the phone twice, before and after the visit, to explain what is needed for my car and when. He was happy to answer my questions and to help me understand maintenance of my Subaru. During my visit, I was greatly promptly and was in / out in under an hour. The waiting area is comfortable and not crowded at all, which is nice compared to larger places. I cannot recommend them enough!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I recently had my car repaired at a nearby facility a very big job that was expensive and honestly a nightmare I had multiple issues that were happening after that repair and scott and his crew expertly diagnosed a very hard to find problem that was done during that previous repair at other facility scotts mechanics fixed my car and honestly went above and beyond to make sure they fixed all of the issues that were done at that facility to make sure my car was road ready and properly done on they're own time I might add they are awsome and I'd highly recommend scotts auto hands down as the best place in my book to go for all car needs

My car broke down on Route 80 and I had it towed to Scotty G., as he's been my mechanic for years. He checked it out and told me what was wrong, and said he could fix it, but my best option was to have it towed to the dealership where I bought it, since the problem was most likely under warranty. Fortunately, it was. Since the engine had ceased and had to be replaced, Scotty saved me thousands of dollars. I am very grateful to him. He is honest, courteous and professional every time! He also checked out my car free of charge. We are very happy with his services.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Scotty is a professional, honest, genuine and thorough mechanic. This level of service in my opinion is a dying breed. I am not one to leave reviews but will when I come across a business worth raving about in order to get the word out to the individual looking for a high level of customer excellence that Scotty s shop absolutely delivers. Bobby and Carlos are excellent young mechanics and clearly have learned to demonstrate a superior level customer service and integrity so crucial in this business sector. I would recommend Scotty G to anyone and already have to my neighbor and friends in the area and will undoubtedly continue to do so. Thank you Scotty, Bobby and Carlos. Great job men. Be well.

Scotty G and his staff were awesome they went above and beyond to make sure I got the help I needed. My car's radiator was leaking badly causing my engine to overheat so I literally had no choice but to do immediate repairs and despite his super busy schedule he was caring enough to ask me a lot of questions. Mind you not just about the car, but if I had somewhere to go while they tried to squeeze me in thier schedule, somewhere to stay, and or get food to eat just make sure I was comfortable. HIm and his team went out of thier way to get the car back operational and me back home to NYC. They paid attention to details like washing the engine from all the coolant splatter and other things most mechanics wouldn't bother to consider. Scotty G and the guys also gave me a maintenance plan to consider to assure my car lasts for hopefully a long period of time with proper maintenance. I live in Queens NY and I am prepping to return and complete more work/repairs with them because I know my car will be well cared for these guys are great and good energy. Scotty G. He has been taking care of our vehicles for 18 years. After an outrageously high estimate from a dealer on an issue for my truck ( I tried the dealer first, as I thought it was warranty related. Their 4 digit estimate made me cringe) I called Scott for a 2nd opinion. Drop off after hours was convenient for me and easy to do. I received a call from him, for 1/3 of the dealer estimate!!! Scott and his crew fixed my truck issue and we couldn't be happier. Thanks guys!

My AC went out during the 100+ degree heatwave right before the 4th of July, and right as I was getting ready for a 600 mile round trip drive.All other shops I called couldn t even look at the car for a minimum of a week. Scotty was able to diagnose the issue, and squeeze my car in to get fixed before anywhere else was able to get me in for a diagnosis. He worked with my time schedule, and they got the job done. Took my car to Scotty because there was noise coming from the transmission. He listened and agreed but said before he started any repair work to bring it to the dealer and make sure it wasn't still under warranty as it was just under 100,000 miles. Turned out it was and they replaced both saving me about 7 thousand dollars. Great experience going to Scotty G! Honest workers full of knowledge. My mustang was leaking oil and they took care of it! They also helped me order the correct parts that I needed to fix my rear license plate light. I would 100% recommend Scotty G to anybody. They are my #1pick for a local shop.

Scotty g was great to work with. He kept me informed of all costs before he did any work and sent me home with information to show to the Hyundai dealer to get a separate issue fixed on recall. I would highly recommend him!

New in town so been here twice so far. Scotty G's seems to be very honest and has taken good care of my buggy so far. They even patched up my rattling heat shields, something the place I was taking it to where we used to live refused to do. Not much parking here, so coordinate with them if you are coming in. Waiting room is pretty small, but most people probably drop off.

I am new to the area and did research on finding an honest, reliable mechanic. My check engine light came on and I brought it here. What would have been a $1200 fix and good money in this mans pocket, he found my car had a warranty and did not charge me a penny for finding the issue and finding the information from chevy. As a college student, I am extremely grateful they didn t take advantage of me, but helped point me in the right direction and saving me money. My boyfriend and I will definitely be coming back with any future car issues.

I highly recommend this repair shop. I took my son's 14 VW Beetle TDI to him to diagnose the check engine light. He informed me that one of the codes he can't repair because it has to do with emissions and my son's car is a deisel and he doesn't have a deisel tech. He called VW and found out that it is covered under an extended warranty.

Friendly people who know cars, great with diagnostics and car fix just about anything you bring them. Plus they treat you like a person. They've done great work for my girlfriend fixing an issue I couldn't quite figure out.
