I have had the best experience with Safelite AutoGlass! The young Man who replaced my windshield was Kevin.He was professional, courteous.& explained all he had done! The staff is polite and professional. The work was done in a timely fashion. Most importantly the job was done right. This was my second windshield replacement in the last 6 months in 2 different vehicles. I am very satisfied!

4 hour wait even though being the first appointment of the day. When I pulled away I got the added bonus of a knocking sound under my hood. Low and behold there was a can of glass cleaner under the cowl cover!!! Also, the seal was not installed back either. Every time I poked up to watch, these kids are on their phones instead of working. Overpriced and non impressed at all with the service.

They did a good job on the windshield replacement but did not transfer the inspection sticker. I understand that sometimes they cannot be salvaged. BUT . . state inspection is a legal issue. If you cannot transfer the sticker inform the motorist so they are aware. When I called I was lectured by their customer service how it s only a courtesy. They have no obligation to tell me. If that s the case I have no obligation to give them future business or recommend them. Hey safelight . . You won your argument but lost my patronage!

Refused to replace my windshield because my truck has bigger than stock size wheels. Wasted my time. Take your vehicle to a real shop. Small local shop had no problem replacing windshield and calibrating the forward collision system.

They did an amazing job replacing my windshield. I'm a bit ocd with my car and they kept everything clean everything was put back how it was, they transferred my inspection sticker to my new windshield. Fantastic place

Windshield Service was as expected, but the ezpass velcro to attach the pass to the windshield was not replaced. I tried calling customer service for help during regular business hours, went through the prompts to "question a service that was completed" and the recording said can't take your call at this time, then it hung up. Unable to call Safelite facility directly. Not sure where to go to get ezpass velcro and was not told by service tech that I would need to replace. Very poor customer service after work is done.

Speedy service, I was shocked! 1.5 hours. I was 25 minutes late to my appt and was so worried they d turn me away but they were very understanding. Can t speak for any prices because insurance paid out the cost. Insurance info was so easy to upload and appointment was available within days of my search. Would certainly return.

Fast easy service to use. Appointment booking is done online and they have an excellent SMS update function which was very helpful.At the shop the staff quickly assessed the damage and my car was in and out in 30 minutes. (Admittedly my appointment was on a snowy day and there weren't many customers there).The waiting area is large (always a plus in these COVID days) and they had coffee and a TV.The staff explained the insurance options concisely.All in all, a pleasant experience. If I have another ship in the windshield, I'll come back to this shop.Service: Auto windshield repair

This location is amazing. I dropped off my vehicle and they were able to replace my rear window within a few hours - way before the end of day!I got my Ram 1500 entire rear window replaced. When i picked up my truck it was all cleaned on the inside and like the damage never happened.5/5 recommend this location any day!-DanService: Auto rear window replacement

We brought our vehicle to have a window replacement completed through insurance and the representative did not explain much prior to service including that it would be a after market window. No signature of final paperwork. Ok fine, happens unfortunately. Then they never attach the inspection sticker back on the new window. We caught them before close and the response was sorry we threw out your sticker. Just go drive to DMV and get a new inspection sticker. You should not have a problem. When do they expect me to do that? On my work hours? Whose paying for my gas and work pay? Unacceptable. 0 stars if possible.

I had a few cracks in my windshield and had trouble getting my deductible verified with my insurance company. This Safelite location worked with me and my technician was so professional and very helpful! I would definitely come back here for any further glass repairs in the future!

The staff is incredible. I planned on paying out of pocket for a windshield replacement but they were able to work with my insurance for a lower cost. Highly recommend

Great experience using this place. Service personnel was nice and did great work. They finished replacing my windshield in no time. I got a rock to my windshield causing a crack. I went to safelite to have it replaced. The new windshield they installed immediately cracked again less than an hour later while my car sat in front of my house. Since there is a warranty, I scheduled another replacement. That one also cracked immediately after installation. They couldn't remove it right away due to the potential for the glue not being dried and potentially ruining the inside of my car so I had to reschedule another replacement for 2 weeks from now and just live with these 2 giant cracks for now.I cannot keep replacing the windshield and waiting 2 hours for them to do it every 2 weeks for the rest of my life. Every windshield they install cracks almost instantly. Thankfully they have a warranty so they keep replacing it free of charge, but I don't have time for this. Can someone from this place please just know what they're doing and install this properly so it lasts more than 30 minutes?Service: Auto windshield replacement

Complete waste of time! I scheduled my windshield repair online for a 7:30am to 10:30am time slot and got a quote of $469. A week later I dropped off the car at 7:30am. Then I was told the tech might get to it around 12pm. That was the first red flag.The clueless front desk worker walked out to my car to make sure the windshield they ordered was correct since the car is a 2018. He verified they had the correct window and took the keys.Later that day I get a call at 1pm saying the wrong window was ordered and the correct window will cost well over $1000!!!The appointment was scheduled for over a week and they couldn t get their information correct before I dropped the car off. In fact, they finally figured out what was needed hours after the repair window I signed up for. No type of compensation or resolution was offered for the inconvenience they caused. They definitely need better customer service and technical training for their staff. Also, the website should not allow a current year car to get quoted unless the prices are correct. That s false advertising!Avoid this place if you can!

Aside from the job being well done, the process was smooth sailing!! Usually when insurance is involved, we have to get involved with the insurance companies. Not this time! I literally did the drop&go online within a minute! And Dave was so professional and very polite on the phone every time I spoke to him ! I took my car in immediately after the windshield was cracked. The crack was smaller than a dime. They made the crack 3 times the size. I do not recommend going to get a crack fixed. The people working there are professional. They said they were able to fix it will update after time.Update 3/11/2020Now they want to charge me 1200 plus to fix and recalibrate my windshield. Still do not recommend fixing your windshield here.

Fixed a windshield crack I got from a truck driver who was dropping small rocks on 287 mario kart-style. The tech was upfront that the attempt to repair may not work, but it seemed to have turned out fine. I was in and out in 35m or so.

Seemed like decent people at least but had an appointment for 11 and they said about an hour and a half. They said they'd call when ready but I had my dog with me so I took him for a nice walk. Came back 1.5hrs later thinking they'd be almost done but truck was still sitting where I left it, untouched. Asked them when they'd get to it they said they would get to it next and it would take about an hour. Decided I didn't want to cancel a different appointment I had just in the hopes that they would be able to keep theirs this time around so I left. Called Finish Line instead and he gave me a quote for 100$ cheaper anyway so we'll see how that turns out. All I'm left to rate safelite on is the job they didn't do.

The technician who met me at my car was informative polite and professional. Someone in management was very demeaning loud and vulgar towards the technicians in the garage repair area. Everyone in the waiting room heard it and was put off / repulsed by the intent as well as the content. If my wife had to hear that language I would have gone straight to corporate. On a brighter note they repaired my windshield very well.
