Region oil have always helped us whenever we call 24/7- 365 days a year. We have been with them since 1987 and they have always work with us anyway they can over the years, from the office crew to the techs that come to house. Thank you Region oil for all these years of service to our home.

Replace new hot water and end up to a crack burner. I never have this issue before for years. This was happened right at front off 2 technical s whose installed the hot water tank. However, they said have nothing to do with it, it s 10 years oil boiler. Stay away from them.

The sub contractors that Region Energy used to install our central air conditioners were very thorough and very nice. Would recommend.

Region doesn t seem to take good notes because I always have to repeat my preferences every time I call them, and they never seem to remember key things even though I repeat myself each phone call. Very frustrating to go over the same conversation every time I speak with them. They are very hit or miss with customer service as well. Sometimes the phone reps are super nice, and sometimes they are cranky and rude. Still deciding if I want to continue doing business with them

Amazing service! My air conditioner stopped blowing cold air at 10AM so I placed a call and was told a technician was in my area already and would be at my house within the next 5 hours. By 2PM, it was fixed. What more can I say? Best service experience ever.

All of the staff and delivery drivers are so friendly - and service is still the best of any company in the area. I ordered propane yesterday, and it was delivered in less than 24 hours.great prices on propane and great service from all staff!

I have been a customer since the late 1980 s of Region Oil and it s predecessor in this area, Menan Oil. I ve received reasonably good service through the years especially their emergency service. Their servicemen are generally good.There are a few minor gripes. One that has become increasingly bothersome lately is waiting on hold for five minutes or more when calling customer service. That s not terrible, but I ve had to call three times in the last few days (gave up on the first one) and those minutes add up. (I've had to make several calls today (6/19/19) and answers were always prompt, within a minute, so perhaps they've made improvements to their phone system. So, I'll add a star to the rating.)The main problem now is price. My last delivery charge was over $1.20 more than the local no frills deliverer, which adds up to a large chunk when buying 200 gallons. After calling them and going through the 5+ minute wait, they did give me a discount, which helps some. I don t mind paying a little more than what I would pay for no frills delivery, but $1.20 a gallon seems too much. Also, I don t want to have to call and wait on hold for a discount for every delivery. Not sure what I ll do.

Paul has worked at my house a few times. He is the best. My kids remembered him right away from the last appointment where he was at my house and that was a couple years ago I believe.I spoke to Jessica on the phone to setup this appointment and she couldn't have been nicer. I've ALWAYS had a great experience with everyone from Region Oil.Thank you!

I am moving to Independence Twp, NJ and the new house has an oil furnace. There was a card on the oil tank with a promotion to use Region Oil as my supplier. Not being familiar with the area or oil furnaces, I checked a few other local suppliers only to find that Region was a full service company providing fuel oil, propane , and service contracts to maintain the furnace. It turns out they had been servicing the furnace at the new house for over 25 yrs. I found the service contract to be reasonable, the first time discount for fuel oil very generous , and a promotional credit that just makes the whole deal great. I look forward to a good relationship with this company!

Not very happy with the prices this year. Yes, I know that gas & diesel are much more expensive than last year, but while the farmers diesel cost $3.79 to $4.19 at regular gas stations, Region Energy is charging me $5.299 (my ceiling price) for heating oil. I don't think I will be using them next season.

WE love Region Oil! Every time we need service, they are available the same day. Pleasant and professional service is greatly appreciated by my family. One winter after returning from visiting our daughter in another state, our house registered at 37 degrees! Region Oil service was here in 40 minutes to solve our problem, saving our home from a major disaster. We are grateful for their service!!The Mullen family

The Region Energy AC tech arrived on-time and checked out our system, he was able to figure out what our issue was very quickly. The tech was very experienced and checked our system so there would be no issues in the future. There are some very hot days ahead and we feel much better knowing we are in good shape.

The technician was very polite and took the time to explain what was going on with our boiler. After the repairs he came back to reassure me the repairs solved the problem of which they did.In this day when people are in such a hurry and lack interpersonal skills...they could truly learn from my tech how to please a customer !!

Needed service on July 4th. Not the best time, but service was dispatched quickly and with good cheer. Dave, the tech, was friendly, helpful and efficient. Problem solved. I can always count on Region Energy service folks for a good experience.

The actual people are fine but the phone system sucks! So annoying dealing with a company that always has the "we are experiencing higher than normal call volume" routine playing ALL THE TIME!

My furnace broke down at 5am, so I called for assistance and Region Energy had a technician out within 12 hours. Fixed everything and the repair was covered by our Gold contract. Thanks for the great work!

Have had Region in my family for over 35 years. Always prompt, polite, explains everything in detail. Just moved to a new home. The two names that I can talk about now is Paul and Mike. They where great. Thanks Guys. I like to Thank everyone else to, also all the Ladies in the office.

Region has been servicing my farm for both oil burner heating and propane cooking, and generator for over two years and they are always timely, professional, with good and fair pricing for their service. Highly recommend

I ve been using region energy for many many years. Their service is excellent and their customer service when you call are very polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

Without question this is the worst propane company in the world. Terrible service, no emergency response - will screw deliveries up so you run out of oil and then tell you the problem will be solved within 3 to 5 business days. They send letters begging you to sign up for additional services but can t provide their current services competently.

This company is the worst. They will sucker you in with service contracts and then provide shoddy service. They let the tank run dry, they don t show up within their four hour service block with no courtesy call. And then they don t fix the problem so you re in the same boat two weeks later. Don t get involved with this awful company.

Called customer service to confirm that that region energy location fills 20 pound bbq grill cylinders. Drove 20 minutes to location at 8 Russling Road to find out that cylinders are only filled on Fridays via note on door. Called office number and no one would answer the phone could see people in the office. It would have been nice to know this before I drove there.

No heat. Out of oil. Fabulous. Thank you, Region Energy, for allowing that to happen! Great customer service! What? You can t send a tech until tomorrow and you re not sure when the delivery will be even though it s the middle of winter and I have no heat?Excellent! BEWARE!!!! I wish I could give 0 stars.

Knowledgeable team overall, most recent service rep was thorough and provided clear details on work provided. We've been customers for 20 years and have never had less than excellent service from Region.

Customer for five years. Last few years I ve had issue where the automatic delivery was not in time before tanks ran out even when requested over a week in advance.

The guy in the office was rude and had no manners what so ever when my husband went looking to get our tank filled before the incoming snow storm. They will not be getting business from us and I wouldn t recommend them to anyone

Rob was very good at explaining the issue with the pressure valve. He made the needed repairs and the pressure valve is holding. No more leaking.
